For proper operation, please read the following instructions carefully before using the device. Improper use can cause personal injury and electrical damage.

Storage room details: The storage room is divided into two parts, the upper half is the ice storage area, and the lower half is the lower water tank.

General Safety Warnings
- This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
- Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
- Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play and climb on the ice machine, and do not allow anyone to climb, sit, stand or lean on the door (cover) of the ice machine to prevent personal injury and damage to the ice machine.
- If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its service agent or a similarly qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.
- All parts should be replaced with the same parts and should be repaired by factory authorized maintenance personnel to minimize the risk of fire caused by incorrect parts or improper repairs.
- When pulling out the power plug, do not pull the power cord directly to prevent it from breaking.
- The power plug must be pulled out when servicing or cleaning the ice machine.
- The ice maker is mainly used for making and storing ice cubes for a short period of time, not suitable for cooling or storing other food and beverages.
- Use only potable water to make ice, otherwise it may result in personal injury and product damage.
- Do not store explosive substances such as aerosol cans with a flammable propellant in this appliance.
- Danger: Do not store or use flammable items such as gas, paint, gasoline, etc. near the ice machine and prohibit placing flammable or explosive items such as alcohol, gasoline, etc. in the ice machine to prevent explosions and fires.
- Danger: Do not place the ice maker in damp and splashy locations.
- Warning: This product is only suitable for making and storing ice cubes, cannot be used for other purposes, such as storing blood and its products, medicines, biological products, chemicals and technical data.
- Warning: Do not use electrical appliances inside the food storage compartments of the appliance, unless they are of the type recommended by the manufacturer.
- Warning: It is not advisable to place and use electrical devices such as microwave ovens, electric pans, voltage stabilizers, etc. on the top of the ice maker, nor to place heavy objects and containers with liquids on the top of the ice maker, in order to prevent them from falling and causing injury or liquid spillage that may lead to electric shock and fires.
- Warning: When flammable gas leaks, the valve of the leak source should be closed first and try to exhaust the indoor air. Do not unplug the appliance or operate the ice maker to prevent fire.
- Warning: Keep ventilation openings, in the appliance enclosure or in the built-in structure, clear of obstruction.
- Warning: Do not use mechanical devices or other means to accelerate the defrosting process, other than those recommended by the manufacturer.
- Warning: Do not damage the refrigerant circuit. Risk of fire / flammable materials, taking care to avoid causing a fire by igniting flammable material.
- Please according to local regulations regarding disposal of the appliance for its flammable blowing gas.
- Component parts shall be replaced with like components and that servicing shall be done by factory authorized service personnel, so as to minimize the risk of possible ignition due to incorrect parts or improper service.
- The ice maker is to be installed in accordance with the Safety Standard for Refrigeration Systems, ASHRAE 15.
- The ice maker shall not be installed in corridors or hallways of public buildings.
Handling and Placing
Handling
- Do not hold the door (cover) to move the ice maker; lift it from the lift structure or bottom of the product design.
- Do not lift or turn the ice maker upside down.
Placing
- The ice maker must be placed on a smooth, horizontal surface, otherwise it will be dangerous to the user.
- The ice maker should be placed in a dry, ventilated place with free flowing air. In order to avoid overheating, affect the ice making machine use effect and prevent the occurrence of hazards, the ice making machine ventilation grid to retain more than 8 inches around the space, the top to retain more than 12 inches space.
- Do not cover or block the ice maker's grille, and keep away from curtains and other flammable materials. Avoid direct exposure to heat or sunlight.
- Warning: When positioning the appliance, ensure the supply cord is not trapped or damaged. Do not locate multiple portable socket-outlets or portable power supplies at the rear of the appliance.
- Warning: Ice machine must not be installed in corridors or corridors of public buildings.
Electrical connection
- Power supply: The ice maker is powered by alternating current (see product nameplate for specific power supply specifications), and the allowable voltage fluctuation range is ±10%.
- To ensure safe use, the socket and its connecting wire must be able to withstand more than 10A current.
- Be sure to use a separate three-core power outlet with a reliable grounding wire.
Preparation before use
- Clean the machine and its components before use.
- The appliance needs to sit down for 30 minutes after moving, before switching the power on. Failure to follow this instruction might cause damage to your Ice Maker.
- Pour the water into water storage box (Only allow water conformed to drinking standard).
Using and Operating
Start using
- Refer to the instructions for electrical connection. Plug in and turn on the power.
- Follow the water injection and drainage instructions.
- Refer to the instructions of the operation panel and function Settings for setting and starting up.
- Important: If the ice machine has been moved, please stop for 30 minutes before starting to make ice, otherwise the refrigeration effect will be affected and the refrigeration system will be seriously damaged.
- Please make sure the plug is firmly connected. Loose plugs can cause wires and sockets to heat up, break, and even catch fire.
- Please ensure that the product ventilation grille and surrounding obstacles are clear to ensure product ventilation.
Standby mode
Turn on the power; the work button flashes, the cleaning button and appointment button stay on, and the machine enters standby mode.
If there is no button operation within 1 minute, the display will dim, and pressing any key can restore brightness.
Ice making mode
- In standby mode, short press the work button once; the work button and ice making icon will stay on, and the machine will enter ice making mode.
- During the ice making process, short press the work button to stop ice making and enter standby mode.
Flushing (cleaning) mode
- In standby mode, short press the cleaning button; the cleaning button flashes, the work button stays on, and the machine enters flushing mode.
- The flushing process takes about 10 minutes, and after it ends, it automatically enters standby mode.
- During the flushing process, short press the work button or cleaning button to exit the flushing mode.
Appointment mode*
This function is to make an appointment to start making ice, not to make an appointment to stop making ice.
- In standby mode, press the appointment button. When the appointment button lights up and the timer icon flashes, you can use the appointment button to set the countdown and schedule the ice making time.
- The longest countdown for ice making appointment is 15 hours, and the shortest is 1 hour. The time is the accumulated value of the timer icon. For example: when timing icons 1 and 2 flash at the same time, it means to set the appointment time to 3 hours; when timing icons 1, 2, 4, and 8 light up at the same time, it means to set the appointment time to 15 hours.
- When the timing icon no longer flashes and the appointment button flashes, it indicates that the appointment function is activated. After the timing is completed, ice making begins.
- When the appointment function is enabled, short press the work button or appointment button to exit the appointment mode and enter standby mode.
- Each press of the button will emit a "beep" sound. When there is a reminder of ice being full, water shortage, or the ice box not being reset, a "beep beep" sound will be emitted.
Ice Full Reminder Mode
- During the ice making process, when the ice blocks the transmission of the photoelectric sensor signal at the ice outlet position for more than 30 seconds, the ice full icon will remain on, the work button will flash, and the ice full reminder mode will be automatically entered.
- When the ice melts or is manually removed and the photoelectric sensor signal transmission is restored, ice making will automatically resume.
- When in ice full reminder mode, short press the work button to enter standby mode.
- When there is no ice or other foreign object blocking the signal transmission of the photoelectric sensor, but it also indicates that the ice is full, it indicates that the photoelectric sensor is faulty. At this time, if you need to make ice, you can press and hold the work button for 5 seconds to force ice making. At this time, the ice full icon will flash; Stop ice making after 1 hour and enter ice full reminder mode.
Water shortage reminder mode
- During the operation of ice making and flushing mode, when the water volume in the upper water tank is lower than the lowest position of the float switch, the water adding icon will be displayed and the water shortage reminder mode will be automatically entered.
- If there is a shortage of water during ice making, it will automatically enter ice making mode after 20 minutes. Alternatively, adding water to the upper water tank can automatically enter ice making mode when the float switch is moved away from the lowest position.
- If there is a shortage of water during flushing mode, it will automatically enter standby mode after 5 minutes.
- Short press the work button in water shortage reminder mode to enter standby mode.
Water injection and drainage
Water injection (manual)
- When the water volume in the water tank is too low or there is a water shortage reminder, it is necessary to fill it with water.
- Manually inject drinking water into the water tank.
- When filling the upper water tank, it needs to be slowly injected. When it exceeds the overflow port of the upper water tank, the water will naturally flow to the lower water tank.
- The lower water tank is marked with a maximum water level mark, and the amount of water injected each time shall not exceed the maximum water level mark line.
- Warning: Fill with potable water only.
Water injection (automatic)
- Insert one end of the water inlet pipe into the external water outlet of the ice maker, and the other end into the water bucket (can) and place it in the water.
- When there is no water in the current water tank and the water level in the upper water tank is lower than the lowest position of the float switch, the ice maker will automatically fill the water.
- Warning: Fill with drinking water only.
- Warning: The machine can only be connected to an external water source without pressure.
Drainage (upper water tank)
- When the water in the upper water tank is contaminated or the inner wall needs to be cleaned, drainage is necessary.
- Removing the plug from the drain of the upper water tank can drain the water from the upper water tank and the ice pump.
- After the drainage is completed, the drain plug should be immediately plugged back into the drain outlet.
Drainage (lower water tank)
- When the water in the current water tank is contaminated or the storage room walls need to be cleaned, drainage is necessary.
- Before draining, the power plug should be unplugged first.
- Move the ice maker appropriately and place a water storage container directly below the drain outlet of the water tank under the ice maker.
- Pull out the drain plug, and the water will automatically flow out.
- After the drainage is completed, the drain plug should be immediately plugged back into the drain outlet.
- When injecting or draining water, it should be ensured that water is not injected or splashed onto the live parts of the equipment to avoid danger.
- When using it again after draining, check if there is any water leakage at the drainage outlet to ensure that there is no water leakage before continuing to use.
Kind reminder
- When the ice making mode is turned on, avoid reaching into the ice outlet to prevent danger.
- When the water pump frequently operates, it is necessary to check whether the drain plug of the upper water tank is properly plugged.
- To avoid contaminating food, please follow the following instructions:
- Opening the door (cover) for a long time can cause a significant increase in the temperature of the ice maker storage room.
- Regularly clean surfaces that may come in contact with food and accessible drainage systems; Clean the water tank if it has not been used for 48 hours; If water is in the tank for more than 5 days, flush the water circulation system connected to the water supply system.
- If the ice maker is empty for a long period of time, close, defrost, clean, dry, and keep the door (cover) open to prevent mold from forming inside the ice maker.
Cleaning and maintaining
cleaning
- Precautions for storage room and external cleaning: You must unplug the plug before cleaning.
- When cleaning, ensure that water does not enter the live area.
- Use a soft towel dipped in warm water or a neutral cleaner to scrub the inside and outside surfaces of the ice maker.
- Do not scrub with a cleaner that contains an abrasive (such as toothpaste), an acid, a chemical solvent (such as alcohol), or a polish.
- Do not rinse with water.
Inner cleaning
- Refer to the water injection, add the water mixed with 50% vinegar.
- Open the washing mode.
- After the washing mode ends, refer to the drainage to expel the fluid.
- Circulate the process of add water-drainage- washing, until the water expelled is clean.
Maintains
- The ice maker should be put at the place where is dry and ventilated to prevent the machine from the heat source and sunshine.
- The over-temperature water should be cooled down to indoor temperature for ice-making.
- Reduce the time of keeping the door/cover open.
- Clear the ventilating grill at regular time.
Other attentions
- Turn off, stop using: Take out the plug if you want to turn off the machine.
- If the machine will stop using for a long time, please work as these steps: cleaning, turn off the machine, and leave a little gap between the door and the machine.
ATTENTION: IF YOU DECIDE NOT TO USE THE ICE MAKER ANY MORE, THE STORAGE COULD NOT STORE ANY FOOD.
Analysis and elimination of non-fault phenomenon
- Condensation appears on the outer surface of the ice machine: When the air humidity is high, this phenomenon will occur; just wipe it with a dry cloth.
- Strange noise (“si-si”, “hu-hu”, “di-da”, “wu-wu”):
- When the cooling system is working, the freezing medium flowing in the tube will cause the noise of “si-si”.
- When the cooling system is working, the wind fan will cause the noise of “hu-hu”.
- When squeezing ice, there will be a clicking sound.
- When it is watering to the inner box, it will cause the noise of “wu-wu”.
- The above situations are all normal phenomena during the operation of the ice maker.
