Connect Item 1 pipes using A-type (6pcs) and B-type (15pcs) connectors. There are 3 sections to be assembled. Each section consists of Item 1 pipes connected by B-type connectors in the middle and A-type connectors at the ends. Ensure the pipes are fully inserted into the connectors.
Connect Item 2 pipes with Item 3 pipes. There are 14 sets of Item 2 and Item 3 pipes to be connected. Ensure the pipes are fully inserted.
Assemble the main roof structure by connecting the sections from Step 1. Then, attach the side frame sections (from Step 2) to the roof structure. The diagram shows the overall structure with numbered connection points (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7).
Every part marked in blue in the diagram must be installed with 6 bungee cord fasteners. Parts marked in red must be installed with 4 bungee cord fasteners. The poles marked in red can be temporarily secured first. These fasteners are also used to secure the cover cloth during Step 9. The diagram shows the tent frame with various connection points where bungee cords are attached, securing the frame components.
Attach Item 4 or Item 5 pipes to the designated connection points on the roof structure. The diagram shows individuals lifting and inserting these pipes into the frame. There are 5 connection points for Item 4 pipes and 2 connection points for Item 5 pipes. Ensure proper insertion into the existing frame.
Continue attaching Item 4 or Item 5 pipes to the remaining designated connection points on the roof structure. Similar to Step 5, this involves lifting and inserting pipes. There are 5 connection points for Item 4 pipes and 2 connection points for Item 5 pipes. Ensure proper insertion into the existing frame.
Assemble the base frame using Item 1 (12pcs), Item 6 (2pcs), Item 7 (4pcs), Item F (10pcs), and Item G (4pcs) parts. The diagram shows a rectangular base structure being formed, with Item G (foot plates) at the corners and Item F (T-connectors) along the sides. Item 1 pipes connect these components, and Item 6 and 7 pipes form the end sections of the base.
Attach the assembled base frame (from Step 7) to the main tent structure. The diagram shows the foot plates (Item G) of the base frame connecting to the vertical poles of the main structure. Ensure all connections are secure.
The fasteners marked in red are the same ones used in Step 4. 4 bungee cord fasteners are needed for part 4 (marked in blue). 12 bungee cord fasteners are needed for part 1 (marked in yellow). 8 bungee cord fasteners are needed for part 6 & 7 (marked in green). Hang Side Wall A, B, C from left to right. The diagram shows the tent frame with the main cover draped over it and side walls being attached using bungee cords and velcro straps.
Use the φ5 tent pegs (18pcs) and ropes (4pcs) to secure the tent to the ground. The diagram shows the tent pegs being driven into the ground through the foot plates and ropes being tied from the tent frame to the pegs for added stability.
To improve wind resistance, complete this installation step. If expansion screws or ground nails are not installed, strong winds may topple the gazebo. Expansion screws are essential for stability on cement surfaces, and ground nails are for grassy surfaces. Ground nails are included in the package, while expansion screws are not provided. The diagram illustrates correct installation methods for both grassy surfaces (using ground nails) and cement surfaces (using expansion screws), and incorrect methods where the tent is not properly secured.
The tent assembly is now complete. The diagram shows the fully assembled 20x40 FT Party Tent.
