Product Description and Assembly

Front and Side Views:

The TV features a screen (1) and stands (2). The front panel includes an earphone jack (3), CI slot (4), MINI YPBPR IN (5), USB port (6), and HDMI ports (7).

Bottom View:

Ports include AV IN (VIDEO/AUDIO L/R) (9), COAXIAL DIGITAL OUTPUT (10), and RF IN (11). Button for power/standby (8).

Assembly:

Attaching the Feet: Place the screen face down on a soft, flat surface to protect the screen from scratches before attaching the feet. Ensure screws are tightened firmly but not excessively.

Wall Mounting: Before wall mounting, remove the feet by reversing the installation procedure. The wall mount hole spacing is 100 mm wide. Use appropriate screws (M4 x 8, not supplied) and tighten them securely to prevent the TV from tilting forward.

Remote Control

The remote control (model RM-C3310) provides access to all TV functions. Key buttons include:

Remote Control Battery Installation:

Open the battery compartment cover. Insert two AAA batteries (not supplied), observing polarity. Close the cover. Do not mix new and used batteries. Remove batteries if the remote will not be used for an extended period.

The TV supports various connections:

Using Your TV

Powering On/Off:

Connect the power cord. The TV enters standby mode with a red LED indicator. Press the power button on the TV or remote to turn it on; the LED turns blue.

Initial Setup:

When first powered on, a setup wizard guides you through selecting language, country, and environment (Home or Store mode). Use the arrow keys to navigate and ENTER to confirm.

Selecting Input Source:

Press the SOURCE button on the remote to display the input list. Use the arrow keys to select the desired source (DTV, ATV, AV, Component, HDMI 1, HDMI 2, Media) and press ENTER to confirm.

Electronic Program Guide (EPG):

The EPG provides program information. Press the EPG button on the remote to access it. Use arrow keys to navigate channels and buttons (Red, Green, Yellow, Blue) to record, set reminders, or view previous/next day's programs.

Digital Teletext (DTV):

In DTV mode, press TEXT to display teletext. Use arrow keys to select page numbers and ENTER to navigate. Press TEXT again to exit.

Recording:

Insert a formatted USB storage device. In DTV mode, press the record button to record the current program. Recording stops automatically when the USB device is full. The maximum USB capacity is 1TB. A minimum transfer speed of 5 MB/s is recommended for smooth recording.

Using the Menus

The MENU button accesses various TV settings.

Menu Navigation: Use arrow keys (▲▼◄►) to highlight options and ENTER to confirm or proceed. Use the back arrow (◄) or EXIT to return to the previous screen or setting.

Channels (ATV/DTV):

Manage channels, perform automatic or manual tuning, edit programs, view program lists, check signal information, and manage CI information.

Manual Tuning (ATV/DTV):

Allows manual adjustment of channel number, color system (AUTO, PAL, SECAM), audio system, and fine-tuning of frequency. Search function initiates channel scanning.

Program Editing:

Allows you to delete, move, skip, or add channels to favorites.

Signal Information:

Displays detailed signal information for DTV sources (Channel, Frequency, Modulation, Quality, Strength).

CI Information:

For inserting a Common Interface module to access encrypted content. Instructions are provided for inserting and removing the module.

Image Settings:

Adjust Contrast, Brightness, Color, Tint, Sharpness, Color Temperature, Noise Reduction, and HDMI Mode.

Audio Settings:

Customize Treble, Bass, Balance, Volume Level, Auto Volume (On/Off), SPDIF Mode, and AD Switcher.

OSD Timer:

Sets the duration for displaying on-screen menus (5s, 15s, 30s).

Locking:

Features include System Lock (default password '1234'), Channel Lock, Parental Control (age setting), and Keyboard Lock.

Hotel Mode:

Allows configuration of source lock, default source, default program, default volume, and max volume.

Data Management: Import/export data from/to USB. Reset locking settings to factory defaults.

Parameters:

Adjust audio/subtitle languages, picture format, and restoration settings. The TV supports HDMI CEC (Consumer Electronics Control), allowing control of connected HDMI CEC devices with the TV remote. Activating HDMI CEC in the TV's settings menu is required.

Auto TV Power On:

The TV can automatically turn on when an HDMI CEC device is powered on or starts playback.

HDMI ARC:

Connect your TV and ARC-compatible receiver with an HDMI cable for audio return. Ensure ARC is enabled in the receiver's settings.

USB Multimedia

Connect a USB storage device to the TV's USB port (ensure TV is off before connecting). Select MEDIA source via the SOURCE button.

Viewing Photos:

Navigate to Photos, select image files using arrow keys, and press ENTER to view. Use playback controls (Play/Pause, Next, Previous, Rotate) and zoom functions. MOVE VIEW allows image panning.

Listening to Music:

Navigate to Music, select audio files, and press ENTER to play. Use playback controls (Play/Pause, Next, Previous, Rewind, Fast Forward, Stop). You can select music to play in the background while viewing photos.

Viewing Movies:

Navigate to Video, select movie files, and press ENTER to play. Use playback controls for movies, including Pause, Play, Stop, Next, Previous, Rewind (FB), and Fast Forward (FF). The AB Repeat function allows repeated playback of a specific section of a movie.

Viewing Text:

Navigate to Text, select text files, and press ENTER to view. Use playback controls for text files. Subtitle files (.srt, .ssa/.ass, .smi, .sub) are supported.

Troubleshooting

ProblemPossible Solution
Screen does not turn on or display anything.1. Check if the power plug is securely inserted into the wall socket. 2. Verify the appliance is receiving power. 1. Press the MUTE button. 2. Increase the volume using the volume buttons.
Image displays, but there is no sound.3. Check if the audio connector from your external source is correctly connected. 4. Verify audio cables are properly connected. 5. Select and check other inputs.
Image is noisy or of poor quality.Stop using cordless phones, hair dryers, and other electrical appliances near the TV.
The remote control does not work.1. Check if the TV is powered on. 2. Ensure the remote control batteries are correctly inserted. 3. Check for obstacles between the TV's signal sensor and the remote. Remove them if necessary. 4. If batteries are worn out, replace them with two new batteries of the same type.
