Positioning the Soother

Place the soother more than 1 meter away from your baby. Keep it out of the baby's reach and never place it inside the baby's cot or playpen.

To avoid interference from other electronic devices, place your soother at least 1 meter away from devices such as wireless routers, microwaves, cell phones, and computers. Do not insert the soother in the same socket as these devices.

Overview of Soother Parts

The soother has the following components:

1. - VOLUME: Press to lower the soother speaker volume.
2. Magic key: A multifunctional key for controlling various soother functions.
3. Night light: Provides a soft, calming glow.
4. Glow-on-the-ceiling night light projector: Projects light onto the ceiling.
5. + VOLUME: Press to increase the soother speaker volume.
6. Power jack: Connect the power adaptor here.
7. On/Off switch / Bluetooth pairing key: Press to turn the soother on or off. Press and hold for 5 seconds to enter Bluetooth pairing mode.
8. RESET key: Used for resetting the device.

Download and Install the MyVTech Soother App

Enhance your soother experience by downloading the MyVTech Soother App from the Apple App Store [?] or Google Play Store [?]. This app provides access to premium features and allows convenient control of your soother, including customizing routines.

Connecting and Pairing

1. Connect and Charge: Connect the power adaptor to the soother and an AC outlet. The soother powers on automatically. If the soother is not connected to the power supply, press the On/Off switch to power it on.
2. Power On: Press the On/Off switch to power your soother on.
3. Pair via Bluetooth:
   • On your mobile device, set it to Bluetooth discoverable mode.
   • Place your mobile device next to the soother during the pairing process.
   • On the soother, press and hold the Bluetooth pairing key [?] for 5 seconds to enter Bluetooth pairing mode. The blue light will fade in and out until connected.
   • Your soother will search for nearby devices.
   • Select "V-Hush Mini" from your mobile device's list of available devices to pair.

   Note: Bluetooth audio pairing is a separate connection from the MyVTech Soother App Bluetooth connection.

Using the Soother Features

Glow-on-the-ceiling Night Light Projector

The projection light is located on the top of the soother. Use the MyVTech Soother App to turn it on and select a light color to soothe your baby.

Magic Key Operations

• Tap once: Start and resume the soother to its previous settings.
• Tap twice: Go to the next favorite mode.
• Tap and hold: Adjust the night light brightness level.
• Tap once again: Turn off the soother.

Favourite Mode

Customize night light color, brightness, effects, sound, volume, and projection effects. Set your favorite modes in the MyVTech Soother App.

Night Light

The soother illuminates a soft hue to calm your baby. Control the brightness directly on the soother and adjust the night light color remotely via the MyVTech Soother App.

Audio Streaming

The soother functions as a Bluetooth speaker. Pair your mobile device via Bluetooth to play your own music through the soother.

General Product Care

• Avoid placing the soother near heating appliances and devices that generate electrical noise (e.g., motors, fluorescent lamps).
• Do not expose to direct sunlight or moisture.
• Avoid dropping the product or handling it roughly.
• Clean with a soft damp cloth. Do not immerse in water or use cleaning sprays or liquid cleaners.
• Ensure the soother is dry before connecting it to the mains again.

Storage

When not in use for an extended period, store the soother and adaptor in a cool, dry place.

Adult Supervision

This soother is intended for adult use and supervision. It is not a toy. Do not place the soother inside the baby's cot or playpen. Ensure children do not touch or play with the soother and its accessories.
