FOR SAFETY REASONS AND TO ENSURE THE TROUBLE-FREE OPERATION, CAREFULLY READ THE INSTRUCTIONS. 2. SAFETY INFORMATION · Please keep this User Manual for future consultation. If you sell the fixture to another user, be sure that they also receive this instruction booklet. · Unpack and check carefully there is no transportation damage before using the fixture. · Before operating, ensure that the voltage and frequency of power supply match the power requirements of the fixture. · It's important to ground the yellow/green conductor to earth in order to avoid electric shock. · Disconnect main power before servicing and maintenance. · Use safety chain when fixes this fixture. Don't handle the fixture by taking its head only, but always by taking its base. · Maximum ambient temperature is: 400C Don't operate it where the temperature is higher than this. · In the event of serious operating problem, stop using the fixture immediately. Never try to repair the fixture by yourself. Repairs carried out by unskilled people can lead to damage or malfunction. Please contact the nearest authorized technical assistance center. Always use the same type spare parts. · Do not connect the device to any dimmer pack. · Do not touch any wire during operation and there might be a hazard of electric shock. · To prevent or reduce the risk of electrical shock or fire, do not expose the fixture to rain or moisture. · The housing must be replaced if they are visibly damaged. · Do not look directly at the LED light spot while the fixture is on. WARNING! IMPORTANT! Do not point strong light output from other fixtures at the Mega FOAM Machine, as intense illumination can damaged the equipment. Figure 2. (case): H(120/wh.131)xW(120)xD(63) cm The unit should be mounted via its screw holes on the bracket. Always ensure that the unit is firmly fixed to avoid vibration and slipping while operating. Always ensure that the structure to which you are attaching the unit is secure and is able to support a weight of 10 times of the unit's weight. Also always use a safety cable that can hold 12 times of the weight of the unit when installing the fixture. The equipment must be fixed by professionals. And it must be fixed at a place where is out of the touch of people and has no one pass by or under it. 5. MACHINE OPERATIONS STEPS 1. First check the switch of the Control Panel, which must be in the OFF state. CONTROL PANEL 2. Adjust the angle button and fix it. Machine fixing The maximum angle of machine angle adjustment range is 45° and cannot be too high. 3. Open the Control Panel of the machine, and the check button must be in the OFF state. 4. Put the water pump directly into the foam water pail that has been deployed. 5. Plug in the power supply, turn on the fan and let it work for 30 seconds first. Up is CLOSE Down is OPEN BE CAREFULL!!! OPERATION MODE OF FOAM POWDER Foam powder is divided into: red, green, yellow, purple, blue, white or other colors. Scale: 1:200 scale and 1:300 scale One kilogram of foam powder can be mixed with 200l water; one kilogram of foam powder can be diluted with 300l water. Art. No F5900348 The mixing powder is clear and transparent. CAUTION: IT IS DIFFICULT TO CLEAN THE COLOR FOAM POWDER. PLEASE USE PROTECTIVE TOOLS. 7. MACHINE CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE 1. Start the fan first and then the water pump. Shut down the water pump first and then the fan. 2. After using the machine, the machine water pump must be turned OFF first stop working. 3. Put the water pump into the prepared water. Press the machine angle to the minimum, witch the machine head down. 4. Turn on the water pump of the machine again, until spray is clear water. 5. Wipe clean, Put it in. Pump Switch 8. MATTERS NEEDING ATTENTION 1. When preparing for operation. The machine must switched ON and OFF, ,,Water Switch" is all closed. 2. When cleaning, the ,,water pump switch" must be turned OFF. 3. Please keep the machine out of the reach of children. 4. Due to the high power of the fan, please do not touch the inside of the machine when it is powered on. The power must be cut off. 5. The color of foam powder is not easy to clean. Please protect well. 6. The foam machine is working, foam, please do not spray on the childs head. 7. Foam into eyes or mouth. Please rinse with water in time.
