Key Features
Getting Started: App Download and Connection
This manual provides instructions for the Linktech LPW-S88 Smart Watch.
App Compatibility: iOS 9.0 & Android 5.0 or later.
Software Updates: Ensure your Watch and App are updated to the latest version. Update via the App: [LT Watch] → [Profile] → [update] for App version, and [LT Watch] → [Device] → [Firmware upgrade] → [upgrades] for watch version.
App Connection:
- Turn on your mobile phone's Bluetooth and GPS.
- Open the [LT Watch] app, navigate to [Device] → [Add Device].
- Tap on the watch name to pair it.
Special Attention for Android Users: Android phones may close background apps to save power. To ensure normal operation and receive notifications, please grant the necessary background permissions for the LT Watch app.

Smartphone Settings for Notifications
To receive app notifications on your smart watch, ensure the following settings are enabled:
For Android:
- Go to [Smart phone] → [Settings] → [App and notifications] → [Permissions].
- Select [LT Watch] and enable all permissions.
For iOS (version 12 and above):
- Go to [Settings] → [Bluetooth].
- Tap on your device name.
- Enable [share system notifications].
Note: If an application (e.g., WeChat, WhatsApp, Skype) is logged into multiple devices (computers and phones), messages may not display correctly on the watch.
App Permission Settings (Android):
To prevent the app from being closed by the system, enable the following permissions:
- Autostart: In the phone's manager (e.g., Samsung Smart Manager), find LT Watch and enable its autostart function. [Figure 2 Description: Shows Samsung's Smart Manager interface with an 'Autostart' option for apps.]
- Battery Management: Navigate to [Settings] → [Apps] → [LT Watch] → [Battery]. Activate [Allow background activity] and review [Optimise battery usage] settings. Ensure LT Watch is not restricted. [Note: Sometimes, settings may need to be applied twice.]
Watch Functions
The LPW-S88 offers a variety of functions:
1. Change Watch Face
Method 1 (Via Watch): Navigate to [Setting] or [More] → [Watch faces] on the watch.
Method 2 (Via App): Use the DIY Watch Face or Watch Face Market in the LT Watch app: [LT Watch] → [Device] → [Watch faces] → [Edit] or [More] → [Select picture]. Ensure the download completes to 100%.
2. Step Tracking
Activity data resets daily after 00:00. All history records are available in the LT Watch app.
3. Sleep Tracking
Records sleep time. Default sleep statistics period: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM.
4. Weather
Requires connection to the watch and LT Watch app to display weather information, sourced from your mobile phone.
5. Message Notification
The watch can store the latest 5 messages.
6. Heart Rate
Tests your heart rate data. For automatic heart rate measurement, enable [Automatic heart rate detection] in the app: [LT Watch] → [Device].
Tips for Accurate Measurement:
- Remain still and ensure the watch is positioned horizontally on your wrist.
- For exercise heart rate, keep the watch in exercise mode.
7. Blood Oxygen (O2)
Test your blood oxygen levels. View historical measurements in the Blood Oxygen interface within the LT Watch app.
8. Wake Screen on Wrist Raising
The screen automatically lights up when you raise your arm.
9. Sport Mode
Exercise data syncs with the LT Watch app, where you can view detailed records.
Advanced Functions
10. Breath Training
Follow guided inhalation/exhalation exercises to relax, reduce stress, and improve vital capacity.
11. Shutter Control
Connect with the app to use the watch as a remote camera shutter.
- Via App: [LT Watch] → [Device] → [Easy camera].
- Via Watch: From the main interface, swipe up to the "More" menu, tap it, then tap "Shutter".
12. Sedentary Reminder
Receive reminders if you remain inactive or haven't met your step goals for an hour. Access via [LT Watch] → [Device] → [Idle alert].
13. Alarm
Set up to 5 alarms. Alarms will only trigger if the set time is more than 2 minutes away.
14. Dialing Function (Call Reminder)
The watch can answer and make calls. Ensure the watch and app are connected and the audio Bluetooth icon is enabled.
Pairing for Calls:
- Connect watch and app.
- Turn on the audio Bluetooth icon on the watch.
- On your mobile phone's Bluetooth list, find your watch's Bluetooth name (e.g., CW-BK).
- Connect to "CW-BK". If other Bluetooth devices are connected, it's recommended to disconnect them first to ensure proper connection with the watch.

Intelligent Power Consumption:
- For call functionality, ensure CW-BK, call reminder permission, and Audio Bluetooth are all connected.
- The watch may enter low power mode five minutes after a call.
- If the app is disconnected or incoming call notifications are disabled, phone calls will not work.
Selecting Audio Devices for Calls:
In the call interface on your mobile phone, you can select different audio output devices such as Speaker, Handset earpiece, or CW-BK. Music Control
A: Music Control via Watch: After connecting the watch to the app and starting music playback on your phone, you can control play/pause directly from the watch.
B: Play Music via Watch Speaker:
- Ensure CW-BK, call reminder permission, and Audio Bluetooth are connected.
- Confirm the music player is active on your phone.
- Keep [Notification Permission] enabled in [No Message Notification] settings.
Notes:
- When audio Bluetooth is on, music plays from the watch. When off, music plays from the phone.
- If the watch is not on the music interface for over 5 minutes during playback, audio Bluetooth may turn off to save power. Re-enable it manually if needed.
- When connected, the watch offers two volume controls: one for the watch and one for the phone.
