Assembly Steps

Step 1

Lay the base panel flat. Attach the two side panels to the base panel using the provided brackets (Part No. 10095544) and screws (Part No. 159017).

Step 2

Position the back support rail at the top between the two side panels and secure it into the designated slots.

Step 3

Slide the back panel into the grooves on the side and base panels. Ensure it is fully seated.

Step 4

Place the top panel onto the assembled structure. Secure it using four (4x) brackets (Part No. 109560) and screws.

Step 5

Attach the side panels to the top panel using four (4x) brackets (Part No. 109560) and screws.

Step 6

Attach the bottom panel to the side panels using the provided brackets and screws.

Step 7

Insert the shelf supports (Part No. 190171) into the pre-drilled holes on the inside of the side panels at the desired heights. Ensure they are fully inserted.

Step 8

Attach the wall mounting bracket to the top of the cabinet using the provided screw (Part No. 151814). Remember: Wall screws and plugs are not included and must be purchased separately according to your wall type.

Step 9

Assemble the main cabinet frame by connecting the side panels, top, and bottom panels using the provided brackets (Part No. 109560) and screws (Part No. 10095544).

Step 10

Carefully insert the door into the assembled frame. Align the hinges with the corresponding slots on the frame and secure them using the provided brackets (Part No. 109560).

Step 11

Secure the door hinges to the frame using four (4x) brackets (Part No. 109560) and screws.

Step 12

Insert the bottom of the door into the corresponding slot at the base of the cabinet.

Step 13

Attach the door to the frame by securing the top and bottom hinges using brackets (Part No. 102720) and screws (Part No. 109560).

Step 14

Insert the shelves into the cabinet by sliding them onto the shelf supports.

Step 15

Install the shelf clips (Part No. 114594) into the pre-drilled holes on the inside of the cabinet to support the shelves.

Step 16

Check that the shelves are correctly positioned and stable.

Step 17

Install the remaining shelf clips (Part No. 152694) into the pre-drilled holes for any adjustable shelves.

Step 18

Attach the door handle using the provided bolt (Part No. 151814).

Step 19

Attach the lock mechanism to the door.

Step 20

Secure the door by attaching the locking mechanism to the frame using the provided rod (Part No. 114263).

Step 21

Perform a final check of all connections. Use the provided key (Part No. 151214) to operate the lock. Ensure the cabinet is securely attached to the wall.
