Functions
The Mycook PRO offers various functions:
General Operation
Place the appliance on a flat, stable surface capable of withstanding high temperatures, away from other heat sources and potential water splashes. Do not cover or obstruct ventilation grills. Connect the appliance to the electrical outlet. Turn on the appliance by pressing the main power switch. The appliance performs a self-check, and the digital display shows time and speed settings at 0 and temperature as "--". The appliance is now ready to work.
Time Selection
Turn the time selector knob to modify parameters. Turn right to increase time, left to decrease. Quick turning speeds up selection. Increments: 1 second (0-1 minute), 30 seconds (1-10 minutes), 1 minute (10-99 minutes).
Temperature Selection
Turn the temperature selector knob to modify parameters. Turn right to increase temperature, left to decrease. Selectable temperatures range from 27°C to 140°C, degree by degree, plus a [High Temp] setting.
Speed Selection
Turn the speed icon/knob to modify parameters. Turn right to increase speed, left to decrease. Selectable speeds are from 1 to 20. Speed 1 is a special speed for chopping vegetables and can be used with the [High Temp] setting for sautéing. A table details speed settings and corresponding RPM values.
Knead Function
Press the [Knead] button to activate this function, suitable for preparing homogeneous dough mixtures. The maximum time is 4 minutes. If a time exceeding 4 minutes is selected, the function will not activate and will prompt for correction. If no time is selected, it starts automatically for 4 minutes. The [Knead] button light remains on during the process. At the end, an acoustic signal sounds, and the [Start/Stop] button light blinks. To stop, press the [Knead] or [Start/Stop] button. This function is activated only when the machine is stationary.
Turbo Function
The [Turbo] function is the fastest and most powerful, ideal for grinding hard foods or large quantities. Activate by pressing and holding the [Turbo] icon.
Processing in Hot
Follow this procedure: 1. Select Time. 2. Select Temperature. 3. Select Speed. IMPORTANT: Do not activate the heating function with an empty jar. During heating, the temperature icon flashes red and remains solid red when the selected temperature is reached. The [High Temp] function can be used with speed 1 for sautéing or to reach the desired temperature more quickly. WARNING: Do not use [High Temp] with recipes containing small amounts of liquid, as high heat concentration can cause food to stick. At the end of the operation, an acoustic signal sounds, and the blades spin at speed 2 to prevent food from sticking or burning. To stop, press [Start/Stop] and wait for the unlocking process to complete before removing the jar.
Processing in Cold
Select operating speed slowly and press the [Start/Stop] button. The device will start. If no time is selected beforehand, the timer counts forward up to 99:00 minutes. At the end of the operation, if time was pre-selected, an acoustic warning signal sounds, and the screen displays a completion message. Wait for the unlocking process to finish before removing the jar.
