FCC and IC Statement for Users
General Compliance
This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules and Canada's license-exempt RSS standards. Operation is subject to two conditions: (1) the device must not cause harmful interference, and (2) it must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation.
Caution: Changes or modifications not expressly approved by the responsible party for compliance may void the user's authority to operate the equipment.
Class B Digital Device
This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to FCC Part 15. These limits provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in residential installations. The equipment generates, uses, and can radiate radio frequency energy. If not installed and used per instructions, it may cause harmful interference to radio communications. No guarantee is made against interference in a particular installation. If interference occurs, users are encouraged to try correcting it by:
- Reorienting or relocating the receiving antenna.
- Increasing the separation between the equipment and receiver.
- Connecting the equipment to an outlet on a different circuit than the receiver.
- Consulting the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician.
CAN ICES-003(B)/NMB-003(B)
FCC Caution (5150-5850MHz)
High power radars are primary users of the 5.25-5.35 GHz and 5.65-5.85 GHz bands. These radar stations can cause interference with or damage LE LAN devices. No configuration controls are provided to change operating frequencies outside FCC authorization.
IC Caution
The device is designed for indoor use in the 5150-5250 MHz band to reduce interference with co-channel mobile satellite systems. Maximum antenna gain must comply with EIRP limits for specified bands.
This equipment complies with FCC and ISED radiation exposure limits for uncontrolled environments.
FCC regulations restrict use to indoor only.
Operation is prohibited on oil platforms, cars, trains, boats, and aircraft, except for large aircraft flying above 10,000 feet.
Operation of transmitters in the 5.925-7.125 GHz band is prohibited for control or communication with unmanned aircraft systems.
Operation must be limited to indoor use.
