INLEIDING Hartelijk dank dat u heeft gekozen voor een laadzuil van Ecotap®. Deze handleiding beschrijft de laadzuil DUO Wide. In deze handleiding staat belangrijke informatie voor een goede en veilige installatie en gebruik van de laadzuil. De laadzuil is ontworpen om voertuigen die voorzien zijn van een mode 3 laadsysteem conform IEC 61851-1 (editie2.0) met stekkersysteem conform VDE-AR-E 2623-2-2 / IEC 62196-2 te laden, de oplaadzuil zal samen met het voertuig en installatie de veiligste keuze maken waardoor het voertuig snel en veilig zal worden opgeladen. De gehele laadzuil voldoet aan de richtlijn 2014/35/EU betreffende de harmonisatie van de wetgevingen inzake elektrisch materiaal binnen bepaalde spanningsgrenzen (herschikking van alle eerdere uitgebrachte versies). De handleiding geeft inzicht hoe de laadzuil veilig geïnstalleerd en gebruikt kan worden. Deze handleiding is opgesteld zodat de werking en levensduur van de laadzuil maximaal zullen zijn. Deze handleiding is met grote zorg opgesteld. Echter, mochten er toch nog onduidelijkheden zijn, neem dan contact op met uw leverancier alvorens u de laadzuil gaat installeren. Het goed functioneren van de laadzuil kan uitsluitend worden gegarandeerd indien de laadzuil door gemachtigde of erkende installateur / monteur wordt aangesloten. Lees deze handleiding nauwkeurig door voordat u het laadsysteem gaat installeren en gebruiken. Ecotap® B.V. kan niet aansprakelijk worden gesteld voor letsel of schade indien het laadsysteem wordt gewijzigd, beschadigd, omgebouwd of wordt uitgebreid met andere componenten of niet wordt gebruikt volgens de gestelde instructies en voorwaarden. 2.2 Symbolen in deze handleiding en laadsysteem Symbool Betekenis Let op! Belangrijke instructie. Elektrisch gevaar. Bij onderhoud: eerst spanningsvrij maken en diverse meettesten uitvoeren alvorens onderhoud te plegen. Dragen van speciale handschoenen. Spanningsvrij maken van elektrische installatie. Handleiding lezen verplicht. 3. APPARAAT OMSCHRIJVING 3.1 Toepassing De laadzuil is speciaal ontworpen voor openbare terreinen. De laadzuil kan in opgesloten straatwerk alsmede in opengrond/zand en geasfalteerd terrein worden geplaatst. Locatie die niet geschikt zijn om de laadzuil te plaatsen: - Gronden die tijdens hoogwater kunnen onderlopen - Laad en los kade 5. www.ecotap.nl 18-11-21 NEDERLANDS - Schuine helling meer dan 4% 3.2 Accessoires De volgende accessoires maken geen deel uit van de leveringsomvang: - Gereedschappen - Fundatie 3.3 Veiligheidsvoorzieningen - Afsluitbaar door middel van euro profielcilinder (half) - Kunststof deksels achter frontdeur - Zekeringhouders / aardlekautomaten. - 12 Volt stuurspanning - Componenten minimaal IP2 - Trekontlastingen - 3,6 mm stalen behuizing - IP54 (laagste waterdichtheidsklasse van de Mennekes stopcontacten). 4. VEILIGHEID Lees de volgende veiligheidsvoorschriften goed door voordat u het laadsysteem gaat installeren en in gebruik gaat nemen. 4.1 Veiligheidsvoorschriften Voordat u de laadzuil gaat plaatsen maak u de locatie veilig voor omstanders. Laat op deze werkplek NOOIT kinderen toe. Zorg dat NIEMAND die niets met de werkzaamheden heeft te maken op de werkplek komt. Laat u nooit afleiden tijdens de werkzaamheden. Zorg te allen tijde voor een gezonde houding tijdens u werkzaamheden. Laat gereedschappen en onderdelen van de laadzuil niet onbeheerd. Zorg dat het gereedschap schoon en droog is. Tijdens slecht weer met regenval zorgen dat laadzuil, gereedschap en onderdelen droog blijven. Tijdens de graafwerkzaamheden zorg dragen dat er geen struikelgevaar ontstaat door objecten of straatwerk. Draag tijdens de gehele handeling van het plaatsen en aansluiten goede en geschikte handschoenen bij bijzondere handelingen. Zorg te allen tijde dat bij het spanningsvrij maken van de installatie dat het meetinstrument dat voor het controleren hiervan meerdere malen wordt gecontroleerd of werking. 6. www.ecotap.nl 18-11-21 NEDERLANDS 5. VERPLICHTE CONTROLES VOOR INGEBRUIKNAME De volgende controles zijn verplicht voor de ingebruikname van de oplaadzuil. Gebruik de oplaadzuil NOOIT als uit 1 of meerdere controles blijkt dat stroomtoevoer of stabiliteit van de oplaadzuil niet voldoet. Controleer de isolatie weerstand tussen de fasen onderling volgens NEN1010 bepaling 61.3.3. Voer de onderstaande controles altijd uit voordat er spanning op de laadzuil Duo wordt gezet. Alle onderstaande werkzaamheden dienen volledig conform NEN 3140 worden uitgevoerd. Controleer bij de aansluitklemmen of de juiste volgorde van de aangesloten bekabeling is gehandhaafd. Controleer of de aders in de klemmen van de nog aan te sluiten draden of deze goed zijn vast gedraaid 4 tot 5 NM voor de voedingskabels en 1 Nm voor de evt. besturingskabels. Alle andere aansluitingen in de laadzuil zijn reeds met de juiste Nm in de fabriek gecontroleerd. Controleer of de aardverbinding is gemonteerd op de gecodeerde aansluitklem en is verbonden met de aardpen of aangeleverde aarding. Dit geheel moet voldoen aan de NEN1010/EU/35. Controleer de stabiliteit van de geplaatste oplaadzuil. (als er gebruik wordt gemaakt van het Ecotap® fundatie systeem moet er minimaal 20kg beton worden gebruikt). Controleer of de afdichtingen van de laadzuil deksels goed zijn gemonteerd tijdens de montage, eventueel met siliconenkit de transparante kunststofdeksels nabehandelen. Controleer de handelingen die nog moeten worden gedaan, zodat deze veilig kunnen worden uitgevoerd. Hou de omgeving van de werkplek vrij van obstakels. Voordat er spanning op de laadzuil wordt gezet is het noodzakelijk om contact op te nemen met Ecotap® B.V. via telefoon nummer 0031 (0) 411745020 zodat wij de laadzuil softwarematig kunnen activeren. Het unieke laadzuil nummer is hierbij nodig. U kunt dit unieke nummer terugvinden in de binnenzijde in een van de zwarte klepjes. 6. GEBRUIK / INSTALLATIE HANDLEIDING 6.1 Montage op de fundatie · De fundatie moet in een gat van 50x70 centimeter. · De bodem dient stabiel en vlak te zijn gemaakt. · Plaats de fundatie waterpas in het gat en controleer dit met een waterpas. · Gebruik 1 zak (20Kg) SNELBETON voor de bodem van de fundatie. · Plaats de oplaadzuil zonder de 2 gebogen stalen dekseldelen op de fundatie. Dit i.v.m. het totaalgewicht. · Let op met tillen van de laadzuil, dit dient door minimaal 2 personen plaats 7. www.ecotap.nl 18-11-21 NEDERLANDS te vinden · Een kleine afwijking op de waterpas kan nog worden gecorrigeerd tijdens het verdichten van het gat. (Met de grond die eerder is verwijderd). · Door het losdraaien van 8 moeren aan de binnenzijde van de laadzuil kunnen de deksels worden verwijderd. · Houd rekening met de aansluitkant van de oplaadzuil, i.v.m. bv. Heg, muur enz. · Monteer de deksels door middel van de bijgeleverde moeren. · Houd er ook rekening mee dat er voldoende ruimte om het laadstation beschikbaar moet zijn en er voldoende bewegingsruimte is ten behoeve van de bediening van de laadpaal. Hiervoor adviseren wij ten minste 1 meter om het laadstation vrij te houden. T 1.0 8. www.ecotap.nl 18-11-21 NEDERLANDS T 1.1 9 T 1.2 NEDERLANDS 10. www.ecotap.nl 18-11-21 NEDERLANDS 6.2 Mantelbuis monteren De mantelbuis wordt bij de fundatie bijgeleverd (1 mtr). Nadat de oplaadzuil op de fundatie is gemonteerd kan de transparante kunststof beschermplaat aan de onderzijde van de oplaadzuil worden verwijderd. De mantelbuis aanbrengen vanuit onderkant en met de borgklem vastzetten (tekening 1.2). 6.3 Kabelinvoeren en vastzetten met trekontlasting Voedingskabel invoeren door de mantelbuis. Voorkom te veel lengte. Monteer de kabelklem om de kabel en zet deze vast (max.3 Nm). (tekening 1.2) 6.4 Aansluiten van de voedingskabel De meterbord opstelling moet geheel volgens de specificaties afgemonteerd worden zoals de netwerkbeheerder in de betreffende regio eist. 6.5 Aansluiten van de aardpen/aarddraad Monteer de aarddraad van de aansluitkabel aan de HAR. Ook de aarddraad, die een verbinding heeft met de geslagen aardpen aansluiten op de aardklem HAR. Gepositioneerd zoals op tekening 1.2. De volledige aarding geheel uitvoeren volgens de geldende richtlijnen NEN1010 /EU/35. 6.6 Openen en sluiten van de oplaadzuil Het plaatsen van de deksel met de europrofiel cilinders kan alleen met de bijbehorende sleutels. Standaard is er reeds 1 europrofiel cilinder geplaatst vanuit Ecotap®. Deze sleutel is alleen voor monteurs van Ecotap® bestemd. De andere cilinderpositie is opengelaten en kan met een dummy loper worden geopend. U dient zelf een halve europrofiel cilinder te plaatsen als U een sleutelplan / eigenaar toe wilt kennen aan deze laadzuil. De netwerkbeheerders dienen ook zelf een europrofiel cilinder te plaatsen. 11. www.ecotap.nl 18-11-21 T 1.3 NEDERLANDS 7. ONDERHOUD Maak de laadzuil altijd spanningsvrij en lees de gebruiksaanwijzing voordat u onderhoud of storingen gaat behandelen. Reparatie of vervangen van componenten mag alleen met de door de leverancier goed bevonden producten. Bij twijfel neem dan contact op met Ecotap® Reparaties en vervangingen dienen altijd door een bevoegd / specialist worden uitgevoerd. Het onderhoud moet altijd voldoen en worden uitgevoerd conform NEN3140 en NEN 50110 laagspanning euro norm. Controleer de oplaadzuil op lekkages. Test het verwarmingselement in combinatie met de thermostaat op de juiste werking. De thermostaat dient op 5 graden te zijn ingesteld of op vorstbeveiliging. Contoleer de aansluitingen van de hoofdstroombekabeling en zorg voor een vaste verbinding van min. 4 tot 5 Nm. Beschadigingen aan de laadzuil behandelen met roestwerende verf in de juiste kleur (Ecotap® groen ral.6018 & wit ral.9016). Cilindersloten met grafietpoeder of geschikte olie gangbaar maken indien nodig. 12. www.ecotap.nl 18-11-21 NEDERLANDS 8. TRANSPORT EN OPSLAG Vervoer de laadzuil (kern met techniek) rechtop en voorkom dat de lak beschadigt. Dit zou roestvorming kunnen veroorzaken. De deksels kunnen, mits beschermd tegen beschadigingen, in meerdere posities worden vervoerd. Het opslaan van de oplaadzuil bij voorkeur in een droge, niet vochtige ruimte. 9. STORING UITLEG Bij niet functioneren van de laadzuil DUO Wide, direct contact opnemen met de Ecotap® 24/7 beschikbare helpdesk. (telefoonnummer: 0031 (0) 411-745020) of een erkend installateur die beschikt over meet en test apparatuur met autosimulatie. LET OP ! Alle werkzaamheden en aanpassingen aan de laadzuil dienen minimaal te voldoen aan de NEN10 10. WERKING EN BEDIENING LAADZUIL De laadzuil is te bedienen met een laadpas. De laadzuil DUO Wide uitvoering "Laden Met Registratie / LMR" dient nog wel te worden geregistreerd. Zodra de registratie is voltooid is de oplaadzuil te gebruiken met elke Elektrische Vervoer laadpas / sleutel hanger (EV laadpas) of geschikte mobiele applicatie. De oplaadzuil geeft, indien voorzien van de Ecotap standaard instellingen, in ongebruikte staat met enige regelmaat een oplichtend groen signaal. Bediening De start/stop procedure start door middel van de laadpas voor het scan punt te houden. U hoort 1 geluidsignaal en de lamp gaat groen knipperen. Als eerste wordt de stekker vergrendeld in de Mennekes laadcontactdoos. Daarna communiceert de oplaadzuil met het voertuig en het BackOffice systeem. Als alle veiligheid en betalingsvoorschriften zijn gecontroleerd, wordt de maximale toelaatbare laadstroom doorgegeven. De oplaadprocedure wordt nu automatisch ingeschakeld en de lamp gaat blauw branden. Voor het stoppen van het laadproces houdt u de pas voor het scan punt. U hoort 2 geluidssignalen. De lamp gaat groen knipperen en stopt totdat de stekker wordt ontgrendeld. U kunt de stekker nu verwijderen. 13 NEDERLANDS 11. INTRODUCTION Thank you for choosing for an Ecotap® charging station. This manual is regarding the charge point DUO Wide. This manual contains important information for properly and safely installing and using the charging station. This charging station is designed for vehicles that are equipped with a mode 3 charging system that complies with IEC 61815-1 (version 2.0) and a plug system that complies with VDE-AR-E 2623-2-2. This combination of vehicle and station is the safest, which will thus allow the vehicle to charge quickly and safely. The entire charging station complies with the 2014/35/EU directive dealing with the harmonisation of regulations regarding electric materials within certain voltage limits (a recast of all previously published versions). This manual explains how to safely install and use the charging station. This manual was drawn up in such a way as to ensure the charging station's maximum functioning and lifespan. This manual was drawn up with great care. However, should anything remain unclear after reading it, please contact your supplier before you install the charging station. We cannot guarantee that this charging station will function properly unless it is installed by an authorised or certified installer / mechanic. Disconnect the electrical installation from its power supply Reading this manual is mandatory 16. DEVICE DESCRIPTION 16.1 Use This charging station is especially designed for public areas. The station can be installed in various environments: in paved areas, in open soil/sand, or in asphalt surfaces. The following environments, however, are not suitable: - Any area that could flood during high tide - Loading quays - Any slopes with an incline of 4% or more 16.2 Accessories The following accessories will not be provided: tools, foundation. 16.3 Safety provisions - 2 half euro profile cylinders - Extra caps behind front cap - 12 Volt control voltage - Components comply with IP2 at least - Strain reliefs 19. www.ecotap.nl 18-11-21 ENGLISH - 4 mm steel casing - IP54 (lowest waterproof class for Mennekes outlets). 17. SAFETY Read the following safety regulations carefully before you install and use the charging station. 17.1 Safety regulations Before you install the charging station, you must make sure the location is safe for all bystanders. NEVER allow children onto this worksite. Never allow ANYONE who has nothing to do with the work onto the worksite. - Never be distracted while you are performing the work. - Make sure you maintain a healthy posture at all times while doing the work. - Do not leave any tools or charging station components unattended. - Make sure any tools you are using are clean and dry. - Make sure that the charging station, tools and components will stay dry when it is raining. Make sure that there is no danger of anyone tripping over objects or paving while you are digging the hole for the foundation. Make sure to wear good, suitable gloves for any special actions throughout the entire installation and connection process. Always check any measuring instruments you will be using to disconnect the installation from its power supply before you use them, checking them several times to make sure they are working properly. 18. MANDATORY CHECKS BEFORE INITIAL USE The following checks are mandatory before the charging station goes live. NEVER use the charging station if one or more of the checks indicate that the power supply or stability of the charging station does not suffice. Check the insulation resistance of the various conductors in accordance with NEN1010 provision 61.3.3. Always perform the checks below before voltage is applied to the DUO charging station. 20. www.ecotap.nl 18-11-21 ENGLISH All of the activities listed below must be performed in accordance with NEN 3140. Check whether the terminals have been connected to the wiring in the right order. Check whether the conductors on the terminals have been screwed on properly (4 to 5 NM). Check whether the grounding connector has been connected to the coded terminal and whether it has been connected to the grounding electrode or the supplied grounding device. The entire grounding system must comply with the NEN1010/EU/35. Check whether the charging station is stable. Check whether the seals on the charging station's caps have been installed properly during installation (IP54). Check whether any actions still need to be performed, so that they may be performed safely. Make sure there are no obstacles surrounding the worksite. Before any voltage is applied to the charging station, make sure to contact Ecotap® B.V. by calling 0031 (0) 411-210210 so that we can activate that particular station's software; we will need the station's unique code to do so. 19. USER / INSTALLATION MANUAL 19.1 Mounting the casing on the foundation The soil must be stable and levelled. Place the foundation level in the hole and check with a spirit level. Use 1 bag (20Kg) FAST-DRY CEMENT for the bottom of the foundation. Place the charging station on the foundation without the 2 curved steel covers, and secure it using the nuts and bolts supplied (nuts to the top). Any slight discrepancy of the level can be corrected while closing the hole (using the soil that was previously removed). Covers can be removed by undoing 8 nuts on the inside of the charging station (top & bottom to the side). Take account of the connection face of the charging station in relation to walls, hedges, etc. Mount the rear cover using the nuts supplied. Keep in mind that there is sufficient space for the operation of the charging station. After the charging station is mounted on the foundation, the transparent plastic protective plate can be removed from the bottom of the charging station. Apply the casing from below and secure it using the retention clip. 19.3 Feeding cables and securing with the strain relief Feed the power cable through the casing. Avoid making it too long. Fit the cable clamp to the cable and secure it (max. 3 Nm). 19.4 Connecting the power cable The meter board setup must be mounted fully as per the specifications, as required by the network manager in the region concerned. 19.5 Connecting the earth connector/ earth wire Connect the earth wire of the connection cable to the main earth bar (HAR). Also connect the earth wire, which is connected to the earth connector, to the main earth bar (HAR) terminal, positioned as in Drawing 1.2. Fit the earthing fully in compliance with the applicable NEN1010 /EU/35 regulations. 19.6 Opening and locking the charging station It is only possible to mount the cover with the euro-profile cylinders using the keys supplied. One euro-profile cylinder is fitted by Ecotap® as standard. This key is intended only for use by Ecotap® technicians. The other cylinder position is left open and can be opened with a dummy master key. You must fit a half euro-profile cylinder yourself if you have a key plan for this charging station, or will assign an owner. 25. www.ecotap.nl 18-11-21 Drawing 1.3 ENGLISH 20. MAINTENANCE Always disconnect the charging station from its power supply completely and read the manual before performing any maintenance or fixing any malfunctions. Repairs or replacements of components may only be done if using products that are approved by the supplier. When in doubt, please contact Ecotap® first. Repairs and replacements must always be performed by an authorised person / specialist. The maintenance must always comply with and be performed in compliance with NEN3140 and NEN50110 low voltage EU directives. Check the charging station for any leaks. Test the heating element and the thermostat together to make sure they are working correctly. The thermostat must be set to five degrees or to frost protection mode. Check the connections on the power supply cable and ensure a fixed connection of between 4 and 5 Nm. Treat any minor damage to the charging station with corrosion-resistant paint in the right shades (Ecotap® green ral.6018 & white ral.9016). Treat the cylinder locks with graphite powder or a suitable oil product if they require any maintenance. 26. www.ecotap.nl 18-11-21 ENGLISH 21. TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE Store the charging station (the core housing all of the technology) upright and prevent the coating from being damaged; any such damage might result in corrosion. Provided that they are properly protected to prevent them being damaged, the caps can be transported in a variety of positions. The charging station should be stored in a dry, damp-free area. 22. IN CASE OF MALFUNCTIONS In case the DUO Wide charging station is not functioning (properly), please contact the Ecotap® 24/7 helpdesk immediately (phone number: 0031 (0) 411-745020) or a licensed mechanic in possession of measuring and testing equipment with auto simulation. WARNING! All work performed on and modifications made to the charging station must comply with NEN1010 at the very least. 23. OPERATION AND USE OF CHARGING STATION This charging station is operated via a charging pass. The charging pass first needs to be registered in the Open Charge Point Protocol (OCPP). This necessary registration can be completed by phone by calling Ecotap® B.V. at 0031 (0) 411-210210 during office hours. As soon as the registration has been completed, the charging station can be operated with any electric vehicle charging pass (EV charging pass) or other suitable passes, mobiles and keys. The charging station's green light will blink at regular intervals when the station is not being used. Use: You start the procedure by holding the charging pass in front of the scanner; you will hear a beep and the green light will start blinking. First of all, the plug will be locked into the Mennekes charging socket. The charging station will then communicate with the vehicle and the back office system, and then once all safety regulations and payment arrangements have been checked, the maximum amount of voltage permitted will be transmitted. The charging procedure will now start automatically, and the light will turn blue. When the charging process is finished and you hold your charging pass in front of the scanner again, you will hear two beeps and the green light will start blinking until the plug is unlocked.
