End-of-Sale and End-of-Life Announcement for Cisco 350 Series Managed Switches (Select Models)
Cisco announces the end-of-sale for select models of the Cisco 350 Series Managed Switches. The last day to order these affected products was July 30, 2022.
Customers will continue to receive phone support from the Cisco Small Business Support Center (SBSC) as outlined in the end-of-life bulletin. Table 1 details the end-of-life milestones, definitions, and dates for the affected products. Table 2 lists the specific product part numbers impacted by this announcement.
For customers with active product warranties, support will be provided according to the product warranty terms and conditions.
End-of-Life Milestones
The following table outlines the key end-of-life milestones and their corresponding dates for the Cisco 350 Series Managed Switches (Select Models).

| End-of-Sale Date: HW | The last date to order the product through Cisco point-of-sale mechanisms. The product is no longer for sale after this date. | July 30, 2022 |
| End of Phone Support: HW | The last date to receive phone support as part of the product warranty. After this date, all phone support services for the product are available with additional charges or support fees. In some cases, support may not be available. | July 30, 2023 |
| Last Ship Date: HW | The last-possible ship date that can be requested of Cisco and/or its contract manufacturers. Actual ship date is dependent on lead time. | October 28, 2022 |
| End of SW Maintenance Releases Date: HW | The last date that Cisco Engineering may release any final software maintenance releases or bug fixes. After this date, Cisco Engineering will no longer develop, repair, maintain, or test the product software. | July 30, 2023 |
| Last Date of Support: HW | The last date to receive applicable service and support for the product as entitled by active service contracts or by warranty terms and conditions. After this date, all support services for the product are unavailable, and the product becomes obsolete. Warranty duration is based on product ship dates; refer to warranty terms and conditions for details. | July 31, 2027 |

Cisco is committed to the End-of-sale milestone. However, based on inventory and supply status, Cisco may adjust the orderability for SKUs before or after the End-of-sale date. Customers are encouraged to migrate to the replacement products as soon as possible for better availability and support.
