Introduction
Thanks for choosing the Smart Body Fat Scale. This scale helps you conveniently measure body weight, body balance, BMI, body fat rate, visceral fat, body water, skeletal muscle rate, muscle mass, bone mass, protein, BMR, body age, heart rate, heart index, and more.
IMPORTANT: Please read these instructions carefully before using the device. Failure to comply may result in injury or damage to the scale.

Indication Symbols
- LO: Low battery - please change the batteries (3x1.5V AAA battery).
- Err: Overload
- C: An error has occurred during measurement. Step off the scales and step onto them again to repeat the measuring process.

Warning
- DO NOT use with medical implants such as pacemakers.
- DO NOT stand on the edge of the scale or jump on it.
- DO NOT overload the scale (Max.180kg).
- DO NOT drop the scale or drop objects on it, as this may damage the sensors.
- DO NOT immerse the scale in water or use chemical cleaning agents. Clean the scale with a slightly damp cloth.
- Not recommended for pregnant women.
- Not recommended for infants, toddlers, and children under 10 years of age.
- Any measurement obtained using this device is for reference only and should not be considered as a medical opinion.
- Consult your primary care doctor or physician before making changes to your diet, exercise plan, or physical activities.
- Always place the scale on a hard, dry, and flat surface before measurement.
- Make sure your feet are dry before stepping on the scale.
- Connect the batteries in accordance with the correct polarities indicated.
- Remove batteries if the scale is not in use for a prolonged period of time.

Install Onfit App
- Search "Onfit" in Apple Store or Google Play or scan the QR Code to download the app.
- Download and install the App on your device.
- The App icon will appear on your phone or tablet after installation.
How to Use Fitdays App
- Insert 3xAAA batteries into the battery holder on the back of the scale. Place the scale on a hard, flat ground.
- Turn on the Bluetooth on your smartphone or tablet.
- Register your own ID by email or social media account.
- Add personal data and confirm OK. Ensure correct gender, age, and height are entered for accurate measurements.
Note: Entering incorrect gender, age, height, or corporeal level may result in inaccurate measurements.
Pairing and Measurement
- Pair the scale through Bluetooth. Click the device icon to find the scale "Yologram".
- Tap your foot on the scales to activate the display. Wait until the display shows "0.0"kg.
- Step on the scale with BARE feet to turn the scale on. If stepping on the scale with socks, only weight and BMI will be measured and displayed.
- The number on the display will flash while the scale is weighing and analyzing. Keep standing still on the scale until it finishes showing "0000", and your phone has received all the data from the scale.
Analyzing Report and History
You can find the analyzing report on Body Weight, BMI, BFR, Muscle, Bone Mass etc. When you click the chart, you can see your long-term track chart form. Slide left or right or drag with two fingers to see more records.
User Management
Add or switch users by clicking the user icon or navigating to "Manage users". The Smart Scale can recognize which user is stepping on it and remind the user to switch to the correct user. Each account can support 24 users.
Weighing Baby
- In Baby mode, step on the scale by yourself first. After the scale gets your weight, hold the baby to get the combined weight.
- The App will automatically calculate the baby's weight.
Manual Height Record
For users under 16 years old, slide to the "Height" section to manually add the height record.
Troubleshooting Guide
1. Bluetooth not connected
- The scale and smartphone must both have Bluetooth enabled.
- For Android, allow location permission for the APP.
- Open the APP during scale use.
- Ensure the connection icon is showing on the scale display.
- Check your smartphone's iOS version (must be iOS 8.0 or higher/Android 6.0 or higher).
- Click the user icon, then navigate to Device -> + or Setting -> My device -> + to find the scale 'My_scale'.
2. No body fat data measured
- User must be barefoot to measure body fat.
- Ensure feet and scale are dry.
- Keep standing on the scale until the number stops flashing (approx. 10 seconds).
- Bluetooth is not turned on or is paired with a different scale.
- If feet are too dry, try adding a little water.
- If the scale is connected to more than 2 phone devices, turn off devices not in use.
3. Inconsistent weight
- Check if the scale is on a hard, flat surface.
- Ensure no obstructions are stuck to the sensor feet on the back.
- Remove and reinsert batteries to restart the scale.
4. Incorrect fat-muscle ratio displayed
Ensure the correct gender, height, and age are entered in the body parameter settings.
5. Re-calibrating the scale
Step on the scale to turn it on. Let it automatically drop to 0.0kg to calibrate.
6. Scale does not turn on
Remove and reinsert batteries, ensuring correct polarity.
