This document outlines the limited consumer warranties provided by Cree for various lighting products. The warranties are provided by the Cree company listed as "Seller" and cover defects in materials or workmanship.

CREE® TRUEWHITE® TECHNOLOGY FIXTURE LIMITED CONSUMER WARRANTY

Warranty Period: FIVE (5) YEARS.

CREE® TRUEWHITE® TECHNOLOGY LAMP/BULB LIMITED CONSUMER WARRANTY

Warranty Period: THREE (3) YEARS.

CREE® TRUEWHITE® TECHNOLOGY CR SERIES 4000 LUMEN HIGH EFFICIENCY (HE) TROFFER LIMITED CONSUMER WARRANTY

Warranty Period: SEVEN (7) YEARS.

CREE® TRUEWHITE® TECHNOLOGY FIXTURE ACCESSORY LIMITED CONSUMER WARRANTY

Warranty Period: ONE (1) YEAR.

CREE® BETALED® TECHNOLOGY FIXTURE AND FIXTURE ACCESSORY LIMITED CONSUMER WARRANTY

Warranty Period: FIVE (5) YEARS.

CREE® BETALED® TECHNOLOGY COLORFAST DELTAGUARD® FIXTURE FINISH LIMITED CONSUMER WARRANTY

Warranty Period: TEN (10) YEARS (ONE YEAR FOR CUSTOM COLORS).

Covers cracking, peeling, excessive fading, or corrosion of the Colorfast DeltaGuard® finish.

CREE® LIGHTING PRODUCTS (NON-LED)

CREE® LIGHTING FIXTURE AND FIXTURE ACCESSORY LIMITED CONSUMER WARRANTY

Warranty Period: THREE (3) YEARS.

CREE® LIGHTING COLORFAST DELTAGUARD® FIXTURE FINISH LIMITED CONSUMER WARRANTY

Warranty Period: SEVEN (7) YEARS (ONE YEAR FOR CUSTOM COLORS).

Covers cracking, peeling, excessive fading, or corrosion of the Colorfast DeltaGuard® finish.

CREE® LIGHTING LAMP/BULB LIMITED CONSUMER WARRANTY

Warranty Periods:

• THREE (3) MONTHS: Incandescent (including halogen and quartz)
• SIX (6) MONTHS: HID lamps/bulbs less than 10,000 Hours.
• ONE (1) YEAR: HID lamps/bulbs greater than 10,000 Hours.
• ONE (1) YEAR: Compact and Linear Fluorescent lamps/bulbs greater than 10,000 Hours (excluding those connected to control gear/occupancy sensors causing frequent switching).

KRAMER LIGHTING® FIXTURE AND FIXTURE ACCESSORY LIMITED CONSUMER WARRANTY

Warranty Period: ONE (1) YEAR.

General Warranty Terms and Exclusions

The following terms and exclusions apply to the limited warranties described above:

Warranty Coverage: Covers defects in materials or workmanship encountered in normal use.

Exclusions: This warranty does not apply to loss or damage resulting from acts of God, fire, vandalism, civil disturbances, power surges, improper power supply, electrical current fluctuations, corrosive environment installations, induced vibration, harmonic oscillation or resonance associated with air currents, abuse, alteration, accident, mishandling, failure to follow operating/maintenance/environmental instructions, or services performed by unauthorized personnel.

Void Conditions: Warranty is void if the Product is not used for its intended manufactured purpose.

Notification and Return: Seller must be notified in writing within sixty (60) days of defect discovery. Defective items must be promptly returned, freight prepaid.

Excluded Costs: Field labor and service charges related to repair or replacement are excluded.

Implied Warranties: No implied warranties (including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose) apply after the express warranty period. Limitations may vary by state/province.
