Signal Transmitting & Range Extension
A single strip controller can relay signals from a remote control to another controller within a 30m range. If there are multiple controllers within 30m of each other, the effective remote control distance can become limitless, creating a mesh network for extended coverage.
Signal transmitting: Controller (30m range) -> Controller -> ...
Link/Unlink with Remote Controls
These controllers are compatible with various Mi-Light remote controls, such as FUT006, FUT007, and FUT087 (sold separately). Linking allows the remote to control the connected LED system.
A 2.4GHz gateway (Model No.: WL-Box1) is required for smart phone APP control and third-party voice assistant integration (e.g., Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant).
Note: Lights will function after successful linking with a remote control. Refer to the remote control's instruction manual for detailed linking procedures.
PWM High Frequency / Low Frequency Switching
To switch to High Frequency (8KHz):
- With the light on, short press the "OFF" button on the remote control once.
- Within 3 seconds, short press the "ON" button five times. The white light will blink twice quickly, confirming the change.
To switch to Low Frequency (500Hz):
- With the light off, short press the "ON" button on the remote control once.
- Within 3 seconds, short press the "OFF" button five times. The white light will blink twice slowly, confirming the change.
Attention & Safety Precautions
- Verify that the power supply voltage matches the controller's requirements. Ensure correct connection of both positive (+) and negative (-) terminals to prevent damage.
- Never connect or disconnect wires while the power is on. Ensure correct wiring and no short circuits before powering up.
- Avoid using the controller in areas with large metal structures or strong electromagnetic interference, as this can significantly reduce the remote control's effective range.
- Controller is not suitable for humid environments. ?❌
