Product Description
This section details the components of the wristband printer.
Front View
The front view shows the printer's exterior. Key visible parts include:
- 1. Paper viewing window: Allows checking the paper level.
- 2. Button to open the cover: Used to access the printer's interior.
- 3. FEED button and indicator light: For feeding paper and status indication.
- 4. PAUSE key and indicator light: For pausing printing and status indication.
- 5. Paper tearing knife: For tearing printed labels or wristbands.
Internal View
The internal view reveals the printer's mechanisms:
- 6. Print heads: Where the printing occurs.
- 7. Through-beam optocoupler: Detects paper presence.
- 8. Paper width adjustment buttons: To set the printer for different paper widths.
- 9. Fallback optocoupler: Secondary paper detection sensor.
- 10. Paper width adjustment block: Guides the paper width adjustment.
- 11. Reflective optocoupler: Detects the end of the paper or black marks.
- 12. Cots: Rollers that guide the paper.

Connection Cable
Connect the power cord
Follow these steps to connect the power:
- Ensure the printer's power switch is in the [power-off] state (marked 'O').
- Connect one end of the power cord to the printer.
- Connect the other end of the power cord to a nearby power socket.
- Press the [Switch] button on the printer to turn it on.
Connect USB cable
Follow these steps to connect to a PC:
- Connect the USB cable to the printer.
- Connect the other end of the USB cable to the PC host.
- Turn the printer power switch to the [power-on] state (marked 'I').
Instructions for Use of Indicators / Keys
Key Function Description

| FEED key (Right) | Paper feed | In standby mode, press the [FEED] key to feed a label for non-continuous paper. When continuous paper feeds, release the button to stop. |
| Paper study | Press and hold the [FEED] key for 3 seconds in standby mode. You will hear one beep. Release the [FEED] key, and the printer will start paper learning. | |
| Self-test page | Press and hold the [FEED] key for 5 seconds in standby mode. You will hear two beeps. Release the [FEED] key, and the printer will print a self-test page. | |
| PAUSE key (left side) | PAUSE | Press the [PAUSE] key while printing is in progress to pause the current printing task. When the [PAUSE] key is pressed again, the printer will continue the original printing task. |
| Command switching | Press and hold the [FEED] key for 7 seconds in standby mode. You will hear three beeps. Release the [FEED] key, and the printer will switch between TSC/ZPL commands and print a self-test page. | |

Indicator Light Description

Install Consumables
Roll Installation
Steps for installing a paper roll:
- Press the cover open button to open the paper compartment cover.
- Adjust the paper width by sliding the paper width adjustment buttons according to the paper width.
- Load the paper roll with the printing side up.
- Center the end of the paper on the platen roller, extending slightly beyond the paper outlet.
Diagrams illustrate the process: 1. Opening the printer cover. 2. Adjusting the paper width using the buttons. 3. Placing the paper roll inside with the paper feeding towards the front. 4. Positioning the paper end on the roller. 5. Closing the printer cover.
Folding Paper Installation
Steps for installing folded paper:
- Press the cover open button to open the paper compartment cover.
- Adjust the appropriate width by sliding the paper width adjustment button according to the paper width.
- Use the rear paper inlet and load the folded paper along the indicated direction.
- Center the end of the paper on the platen roller, extending slightly beyond the paper outlet.
- Press down on the center of the top cover to close it, ensuring it snaps securely into place.
Diagrams illustrate the process: 1. Opening the printer cover. 2. Adjusting the paper width using the buttons. 3. Inserting folded paper into the rear paper inlet. 4. Positioning the paper end on the roller. 5. Closing the printer cover.
Remarks:
- Paper width supported by the printer: 20~60mm.
