SPECIFICATIONS
Battery
Battery life is influenced by several factors. A full charge typically lasts between 2-5 days for most customers. To increase battery life:
- Change the Location Update Frequency setting to send location updates less often. This increases the time between updates when the app is not in use and reduces power consumption.
- Remove some Virtual Boundary notifications.
You will receive a low battery notification when the battery reaches 15%. It is recommended to charge the tracker at this point to ensure uninterrupted functionality.

The most prominent features you'll see on this screen are adding a new tracker, viewing your devices on the map, adding a virtual boundary, viewing a list of your devices in the drawer, and accessing the Notifications and More tabs.
NOTE: The magenta ring appears around the icon when you tap your tracker in the tracker drawer.
Know Your Other Screens
Notifications
This is where all your notifications will exist. The notifications will be organized and separated by date and will show what type of notification you're getting for which item you're tracking (these are shown with icons fixed to the left and right of the notification text).

This screen is where you'll be able to access your app's settings and look for any help and provide feedback. You can log out of your account or delete it.
How to Create a Virtual Boundary
A Virtual Boundary is an imaginary border drawn around a point by a GPS tracking system. You pick a location and decide how large of an area to include inside the imaginary border. Virtual Boundaries can have a radius as small as 50 meters (165 feet) and as large as 50 miles. A radius of less than 300 feet is not recommended to minimize false exit notifications.
NOTE: The app will prompt for Settings if you haven't previously opted into accepting notifications, if you deny notifications, or if your notifications are turned off.
- On your home screen, tap “Virtual Boundaries” and you will be directed to this screen show below (if you have no existing virtual boundaries). Tap “Add a virtual boundary” to begin.
- Drag the map or enter the address to your desired location. You can adjust the size of your virtual boundary by pinching the virtual boundary.
- Once your virtual boundary is set, give the virtual boundary a name, assign it to the item(s) you are tracking, and enable/disable notification alerts.
- Once you're finished, save your virtual boundary by tapping Save.
NOTE: If your item leaves a Virtual Boundary, the app sends a notification as soon as the location updates. It also sends a notification once the item has re-entered the Virtual Boundary. For faster Location Update Frequencies, Virtual Boundary notifications are recommended. If you'd like to create additional Virtual Boundaries, simply tap Virtual Boundaries on the item map.
How to Delete a Virtual Boundaries
- From your home screen/map screen, tap on “Virtual Boundaries”. Once you enter the Virtual boundaries screen, tap on the name of the virtual boundary you wish to delete.
- Tap Delete virtual boundary.
- You will see a message confirming you'd like to delete your Virtual Boundary. Tap Delete again. Your Virtual Boundary should now be deleted.
How to Use Quick Tracking Mode
Quick Tracking Mode allows you to find your item quickly by increasing the frequency at which your device sends location updates when on the map screen. This is enabled by default.
- To disable Quick Tracking Mode, Tap on the “More” tab, then Quick Tracking Mode, and then toggle the enabled feature to disabled.
How to Turn on the Light Sensor
Device light is a feature that helps you know that your items aren't being tampered with. The sensor detects changes from Dark to Light and Light to Dark and can be enabled individually.
- To turn on the light sensor, navigate to the More tab, and then tap Notification Settings.
- Once you enter into “Light Sensor”, you can enable light sensors.
APPENDIX A
Regulatory Notices and Cautions
FCC ID: R38YLCP314AT
This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. This equipment generates, uses, and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation. If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one of the following measures:
- Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.
- Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver.
- Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected.
- Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help.
FCC Caution: Any changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the user's authority to operate this equipment.
This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) This device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation.
This transmitter must not be co-located or operating in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter.
Use of Your Device on an Aircraft: Using your Device on an aircraft may violate FAA regulations. Because your Device may interfere with onboard electronic equipment, always follow the instructions of airline personnel regarding use of your Device. Always turn your Device OFF when instructed to do so.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Consumer Information on SAR:
This Model Device Meets the Government's Requirements for Exposure to Radio Waves. Your wireless device is a radio transmitter and receiver. It is designed and manufactured not to exceed the emission limits for exposure to radiofrequency (RF) energy set by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) of the U.S. Government. These FCC exposure limits are derived from the recommendations of two expert organizations, the National Council on Radiation Protection and Measurement (NCRP) and the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE). In both cases, the recommendations were developed by scientific and engineering experts drawn from industry, government, and academia after extensive reviews of the scientific literature related to the biological effects of RF energy. The exposure limit for wireless mobile devices employs a unit of measurement known as the Specific Absorption Rate, or SAR. The SAR is a measure of the rate of absorption of RF energy by the human body expressed in units of watts per kilogram (W/kg). The FCC requires wireless devices to comply with a safety limit of 1.6 watts per kilogram (1.6 W/kg). The FCC exposure limit incorporates a substantial margin of safety to give additional protection to the public and to account for any variations in measurements. Tests for SAR are conducted using standard operating positions specified by the FCC with the device transmitting at its highest certified power level in all tested frequency bands. Although SAR is determined at the highest certified power level, the actual SAR level of the device while operating can be well below the maximum value. Because the device is designed to operate at multiple power levels to use only the power required to reach the network, generally, the closer you are to a wireless base station antenna, the lower the power output. Before a device model is available for sale to the public, it must be tested and certified to the FCC that it does not exceed the limit established by the government adopted requirement for safe exposure. The tests are performed in positions and locations (e.g., at the ear and worn on the body) as required by the FCC for each model. This device was tested for typical body-worn operations. Third-party belt clips, holsters, and similar accessories containing metallic components should not be used.
APPENDIX B
