This pad is not to be used on or by an invalid, sleeping, helpless or unconscious person, a person with diabetes, a person with poor blood circulation or insensitivity to heat.
This appliance is not to be used by children. Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used near children. Children should not play with the appliance.
DO NOT USE ON AREAS OF INSENSITIVE SKIN.
Burns can occur regardless of control setting; check skin under pad frequently.
DO NOT USE PINS OR OTHER METALLIC MEANS TO FASTEN THIS PAD IN PLACE.
DO NOT SIT ON, AGAINST, OR CRUSH PAD – AVOID SHARP FOLDS. PLACE PAD ON TOP OF AND NOT UNDER THE PART OF BODY NEEDING HEAT.
UNPLUG WHEN NOT IN USE. NEVER LEAVE APPLIANCE UNATTENDED, ESPECIALLY IF CHILDREN ARE PRESENT.
NEVER PULL THIS PAD BY THE SUPPLY CORD. DO NOT USE THE CORD AS A HANDLE.
DO NOT TUCK IN, TRAP, FOLD, CROSS, PINCH OR WRAP CONTROL OR CORD WITH HEATING PAD DURING USE.
CAREFULLY EXAMINE PAD, CORD AND CONTROLLER BEFORE EACH USE. DISCARD THE PAD IF ANY SIGN OF DETERIORATION, WEAR OR DAMAGE. DO NOT TAMPER WITH THIS PAD IN ANY WAY. THERE ARE NO USER SERVICEABLE PARTS. IF PAD DOES NOT FUNCTION SATISFACTORILY, SEE WARRANTY FOR CUSTOMER CONTACT INFORMATION.
IF PROVIDED WITH A DETACHABLE CONTROLLER, USE ONLY WITH THE PROVIDED CONTROLLER.
USE THIS PAD ONLY AT RATED VOLTAGE, AS MARKED ON THE PRODUCT. DO NOT USE WITH GENERATORS, POWER CONVERTERS, OR INVERTERS.
DO NOT USE THIS PAD WITH LINIMENT, SALVE OR OINTMENT PREPARATIONS, ESPECIALLY ONES THAT CONTAIN HEAT-PRODUCING INGREDIENTS. SKIN BURNS COULD RESULT.
DO NOT BEND OR PINCH CORD AND DO NOT USE IF CORD IS DAMAGED.
IF PAD IS PROVIDED WITH MAGNETIC CLOSURES: DO NOT USE IF YOU HAVE A PACEMAKER, ICD (IMPLANTABLE CARDIOVERTER DEFIBRILLATOR), INTERNAL INSULIN PUMP OR OTHER MEDICAL DEVICES SENSITIVE TO MAGNETS.
DO NOT SUBMERGE THE CONTROLLER IN WATER. THE CONTROLLER MUST NEVER CONTACT WATER OR OTHER LIQUIDS DIRECTLY. TO CLEAN THE CONTROLLER, USE A DRY, LINT-FREE CLOTH.
LOOP CORD LOOSELY WHEN STORING, TIGHT WRAPPING MAY DAMAGE CORD AND INTERNAL PARTS. ALLOW TO COOL BEFORE STORING AND DO NOT CREASE BY PLACING ITEMS ON TOP OF IT. STORE IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING, IN A COOL, DARK, DRY PLACE.
FOR US MODELS – THIS APPLIANCE HAS A POLARIZED PLUG (ONE BLADE IS WIDER THAN THE OTHER). TO REDUCE THE RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK, THIS PLUG IS INTENDED TO FIT IN A POLARIZED OUTLET ONLY ONE WAY. IF THE PLUG DOES NOT FIT FULLY IN THE OUTLET, REVERSE THE PLUG. IF IT STILL DOES NOT FIT, CONTACT A QUALIFIED ELECTRICIAN. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO RIG THIS SAFETY FEATURE.

Using Your Heating Pad

Make sure the controller is securely connected to the pad before plugging into an electrical outlet.
2-Hour Auto OFF: The heating pad will stop heating automatically (with “-” on display) after 2 hours of continuous use. To manually turn it off, hold Power button for 2 seconds.

Steps:

Connect A Controller Connector to B Pad Connector securely.
Plug into an electrical outlet.
Hold Power button for 2 seconds to turn on.
Press + or - to select heating level (1-6).

Care and Cleaning

⚠️ DO NOT DRY CLEAN! DO NOT BLEACH! DO NOT USE WRINGER!

• Do not use strong detergents or hard brushes. Do not iron your heating pad.

• Do not plug in pad until it is completely dry.

Cleaning Steps:

Disconnect pad from outlet and cool it down.
Detach pad connector from control connector.
Machine wash in Gentle Cycle or by hands at max of 86°F/30°C.
Air dry completely. Store in the original packaging, in a cool, dark, dry place.

Problem	Solution
The controller display does not light up	Check if the heating pad is properly connected to the electrical outlet. If problem persists, please contact Customer Support for help.
What should I do if the heating pad automatically turns off after 2 hours of continuous use	Restart the heating pad by unplugging it from the outlet and plugging it again after 30 seconds.
What can I do if the product feels too hot for me	Lower the heat level. If it still feels uncomfortably warm, discontinue use.
What can I do if the product does not feel warm enough	Adjust to a higher heat level. For optimal heating results, you can wear thin clothes when using, add a blanket outside the heating pad or use it in a wind-free environment to avoid heat dissipation. If you still cannot feel any warmth, please contact Customer Support for help.
Error code appears	EO - Incorrect voltage input. Make sure the voltage indicated on the label is the same as your local supply. E1 - Connector not properly connected. Make sure the controller is securely connected to the pad before plugging into an electrical outlet. E2 & Others - Check if the heating pad is properly connected to the electrical outlet. Unplug and restart after a few seconds. If error code still appears, please contact Customer Support for help.
