Using Your Heating Pad

Steps:

  1. Connect A Controller Connector to B Pad Connector securely.
  2. Plug into an electrical outlet.
  3. Hold Power button for 2 seconds to turn on.
  4. Press + or - to select heating level (1-6).

Care and Cleaning

⚠️ DO NOT DRY CLEAN! DO NOT BLEACH! DO NOT USE WRINGER!

• Do not use strong detergents or hard brushes. Do not iron your heating pad.

• Do not plug in pad until it is completely dry.

Cleaning Steps:

  1. Disconnect pad from outlet and cool it down.
  2. Detach pad connector from control connector.
  3. Machine wash in Gentle Cycle or by hands at max of 86°F/30°C.
  4. Air dry completely. Store in the original packaging, in a cool, dark, dry place.

Problem Solution
The controller display does not light up
  • Check if the heating pad is properly connected to the electrical outlet. If problem persists, please contact Customer Support for help.
What should I do if the heating pad automatically turns off after 2 hours of continuous use
  • Restart the heating pad by unplugging it from the outlet and plugging it again after 30 seconds.
What can I do if the product feels too hot for me
  • Lower the heat level. If it still feels uncomfortably warm, discontinue use.
What can I do if the product does not feel warm enough
  • Adjust to a higher heat level.
  • For optimal heating results, you can wear thin clothes when using, add a blanket outside the heating pad or use it in a wind-free environment to avoid heat dissipation.
  • If you still cannot feel any warmth, please contact Customer Support for help.
Error code appears
  • EO - Incorrect voltage input. Make sure the voltage indicated on the label is the same as your local supply.
  • E1 - Connector not properly connected. Make sure the controller is securely connected to the pad before plugging into an electrical outlet.
  • E2 & Others - Check if the heating pad is properly connected to the electrical outlet. Unplug and restart after a few seconds. If error code still appears, please contact Customer Support for help.
