Legacy Device Preparation for INC CLOUD Adoption
To adopt the device in INC CLOUD, you must:
- Update the device to version 4.4.108 (or the latest).
- Perform a factory reset.
Note: Access the Intelbras website to check the latest firmware version for integration of legacy devices with INC CLOUD.
Access WEB ZEUS OS – System > Firmware Update screen. Select version 4.4.108 and click “Update”.
The process will occur, and the AP will restart.
After a complete restart, access the WEB interface again and restore the product to factory default. Screen: “System > Backup and restore” - “Restore settings” option.
Note: It is highly recommended to perform the product reset to factory default before adopting it in INC CLOUD.
Product Registration and Adoption
Access the site https://inccloud.intelbras.com.br/ and register a new user by accessing the “Register” option on the login screen.
Note: If necessary, access this video to learn how to create your account in INC CLOUD.
Fill in the fields and register via email message.
After logging in, create a site in “Network > Organization” and select the “Add” option in the “Site Management” section.
Proceed to the “Site Name” step and enter the name. Proceed until completion.
Select the “Network > Sites” option and click on “Add device”.
Enter the device name. In the “SN” field, enter the device's MAC address and select the model from the selection list in the blue link.
Select the product model being registered and click “Add device”.
The entered MAC address will be converted into a larger number, the “SN” - Serial Number.
IMPORTANT: The “SN” is formed by 22 characters: the first 10 characters contain the product identifier, and the last 12 characters are the product's MAC address.
Here is the list of all product identifiers supported for ZEUS-INCCLOUD integration:
PRODUCT | IDENTIFIER |
---|---|
AP310 | IB00000001 |
AP360 | IB00000002 |
AP1210AC | IB00000003 |
AP1250AC-OUT | IB00000004 |
AP1250AC-MAX | IB00000005 |
AP1350AC | IB00000006 |
AP1350AC-S | IB00000007 |
AP1750AC | IB00000008 |
AP1800AX | IB00000010 |
AP3000AX | IB00000011 |
AP3000AX-OUT | IB00000012 |
Note: It is possible to register a product by simply entering its name and SN (“identifier + product MAC”). In this case, it is not necessary to select the product from the list; just click “Add device” to register the product.
After adoption, the product registration is displayed in “Device Information”. It is possible to view, among other things, the connection status with INCCLOUD, the link for product information, and the version.

Observations
- It is possible to access the device's WEB interface while the product is adopted in INCCLOUD. However, it is highly recommended NOT TO MAKE CONFIGURATION CHANGES WHILE THE AP IS ADOPTED IN INCCLOUD. Configurations will become out of sync.
- The integration with the manager is constantly evolving, and more functionalities will be added over time.
