Important Safety Warnings
Thank you for choosing the Aerian AFT50 Tower Fan. Please read the following safety instructions carefully before using the appliance and keep them for future reference.
- This appliance is intended for domestic use only. Any use other than that for which it is intended, or for another application than the one provided, for example commercial use, is prohibited.
- If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its after-sales service, or similarly qualified persons to avoid a hazard.
- This appliance can be used by children aged 8 years and above and by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience or knowledge, if they are correctly supervised or if they have been given instructions on how to use the appliance safely and if the risks involved have been understood. Children must not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance must not be carried out by children without supervision.

- Warning! Once installation is complete, it is strictly forbidden to remove the protective grills for any cleaning or maintenance operation.
- Never use the fan without its protective grills.
- For detailed information on assembly and how to fix the fan with screws, please refer to the "ASSEMBLY" section.
- The battery must be removed from the appliance before it is scrapped.
- The appliance must be disconnected from the power supply when removing the battery.
- The battery must be disposed of safely.
- CAUTION: Risk of fire or explosion if the battery is replaced by an incorrect type.
- Dispose of used batteries according to instructions.
- Use only batteries of the same type as recommended by the manufacturer.
- Batteries must be installed respecting the +/- polarity.
- Used batteries must be removed from the appliance.
- Do not short-circuit the batteries.
- Attention should be drawn to environmental problems caused by the safe disposal of used batteries. Dispose of them in designated collection bins (ask your retailer for information to protect the environment).
- Batteries must not be exposed to excessive heat such as from the sun, fire, or similar sources.
- If electrolyte leakage occurs, avoid contact with skin. Isolate the defective battery in a hermetic plastic bag and dispose of it according to environmental protection guidelines. In case of contact of the electrolyte with skin, mucous membranes or eyes, rinse thoroughly with clear water and consult your doctor or ophthalmologist.
- Do not ingest the battery. Risk of chemical burns.
- The remote control supplied with this product contains a button cell battery. If swallowed, the button cell battery can cause severe internal burns in as little as 2 hours and can be fatal. Keep new and used batteries out of reach of children. If the battery compartment does not close securely, stop using the product and keep it out of reach of children. In case of suspected ingestion of a battery or insertion into any part of the body, seek immediate medical attention.
Precautions
- Turn off and unplug the fan from the mains socket when not in use, when moving it from one place to another, and before assembling or cleaning it.
- To protect against the risk of electric shock, do not immerse the fan, its power cord, or its plug in water or any other liquid.
- Do not let the power cord become tangled, hang over the edge of a bench or table, or come into contact with a hot surface.
- Always use the appliance on a horizontal, dry surface.
- To avoid the risk of material and personal injury, ensure that the moving parts of the fan do not come into contact with hair, curtains, tablecloths, or loose clothing.
- Do not operate the fan near a window covered with condensation.
- Do not operate the fan using a semiconductor speed regulator.
- Do not use this fan in a room where flammable liquids are used or stored.
- This appliance is not intended for outdoor use.
- Never attempt to repair this appliance yourself. Contact a qualified technician or the store where you purchased the appliance to carry out all repairs and maintenance operations.
Battery Removal
The remote control operates with a supplied CR2025 lithium battery. This battery is accessible and can be replaced. When the remote control becomes unusable, it should be disposed of at a recycling center.
When disposing of the remote control, first remove the battery from its housing by following the instructions below:
- Push the release tab to the right.
- Keep the release tab pushed while pulling the battery holder out of the remote control.
- Remove the battery.
- Replace the battery holder in the remote control by pushing it until it clicks.
Assembly
DO NOT plug the fan into the mains socket until it is fully assembled.
- Remove the 3 screws from the lower part of the fan housing.
- Pass the power cord through the central hole of the base.
- Use the 3 screws to fix the base to the fan housing. Tighten the screws.
- Turn the control panel upwards and place the fan on a dry, flat surface before starting.
Operation
Control Panel
- Plug in the fan.
- Press the [power button] to turn the fan on. Press it again to turn off the fan.
- Press the [speed button] multiple times to select the desired fan speed. The display shows the corresponding speed: 1 – Low, 2 – Medium, 3 – High.
- Press the [oscillation button] to activate oscillation. The display shows the oscillation symbol. Press it again to deactivate oscillation.
- Press the [airflow mode button] multiple times to select the desired airflow mode: NORMAL – NATURAL – SLEEP.
- When the display shows "NATURAL", the fan is in natural airflow mode.
- When the display shows "SLEEP", the fan is in sleep airflow mode.
- If no text is displayed, the fan is in normal airflow mode.
Timer Function
The TIMER allows for automatic shut-off.
- Press the [timer button] multiple times to set the timer from 1 to 8 hours in one-hour increments.
- Once the time elapses, the fan will stop automatically.
- To cancel the timer, press the [timer button] multiple times until no indicator is lit.
Remote Control Usage
The remote control buttons have the same functions as the corresponding buttons on the fan's control panel.
- Point the remote control towards the remote control sensor located on the front of the fan.
- Remove any obstacles between the remote control and the remote control sensor.
- Do not place the remote control sensor in direct sunlight or in locations likely to be exposed to the sun.
Cleaning and Maintenance
- Always turn off and unplug the fan from the mains socket before cleaning.
- Once the fan is assembled, it is forbidden to disassemble the grills.
- Clean the fan with a slightly damp cloth, then dry it.
- Do not immerse the motor housing in water or any other liquid.
- Do not use chemical or abrasive cleaners.
