The Karcher B 300 RID simultaneously performs dry sweeping and wet floor scrubbing in a single pass, offering a groundbreaking 2-in-1 combination. This efficiency reduces the need for multiple machines, lowering equipment ownership costs, labor expenses, and consumable usage.
Dry Sweeping and Wet Cleaning in One Operation
The machine effectively completes both dry sweeping and wet cleaning in one operational pass.
Process Flow: Dry Sweeping and Debris Collection
1. The main brush collects dry debris and dust from the surface.
2. Collected dry debris and dust are stored in the dust container.
3. Air is filtered before being expelled outside the vehicle.
Process Flow: Wet Cleaning and Dirty Water Suction
1. Brushes remove dirt from the floor, and dirty water moves towards the rear.
2. The dirty water moving to the rear is suctioned by the squeegee and collected in the dirty water tank.
3. Suction air passes through a filter and is exhausted outside the vehicle.
Wide Area Coverage
The B 300 RID covers a wide area with a cleaning width of up to 1,755 mm, offering class-leading performance. It boasts a theoretical area coverage of 16,550 m²/h.
