Misleading advertisement or misuse of the Safety Certification Mark can lead to suspension or cancellation of the certification.
The Safety Certificate shall be reapplied and reissued for revision in case of:
- Changes in manufacturer, representative, or address.
- Addition, changes, or removals of series models.
- Additions or changes in components listed on the certificate.
Recipients must comply with the following:
- Maintain and preserve the Mark and other certification requirements. Using the mark before issue or after suspension/cancellation is punishable by law.
- Conduct self-testing and keep records to ensure product quality meets safety standards.
Recipients must undergo periodic inspections once every two years as per Article 7 of the Electrical Appliances and Consumer Products Safety Control Act.
Conditions of Certification: In the production of this product, conduct a self-test and do not miss and change the registered components.
