Part 1: Power On the Camera

Connect the power adapter to the camera, and then plug it into a power outlet.

Part 2: Download Imou Life App

Scan the QR code on the device or on the cover of this guide with the Imou Life app, and then follow on-screen instructions to complete the setup (see part 3).

Download from [App Store logo] or [Google Play logo].

Part 3: Set Up the Camera

Open the Imou Life app, and then follow on-screen instructions to complete the setup.

Part 4: Install the Camera

Choose a suitable location for the camera. You can mount it on a wall, ceiling, or place it on a desktop.

Option A1: Ceiling/Wall Mount

Mount the camera on a wall or ceiling.

Drill holes at the desired location. [drill icon]
Insert wall anchors into the holes. [wall anchors icon]
Attach the mounting plate to the wall/ceiling using screws. [mounting plate icon], [screws icon]

Option B1: Desktop Placement

Place the camera on a flat surface like a table or shelf.

Option C1: Pole Mount

Mount the camera on a pole using the provided strap.
