Installation

To install your phone:

1. Gently bend the soft top of the case backwards.
2. Slide your phone into the case, ensuring it is securely seated over the lightning charging port.
3. Pull the soft top part back over your phone to secure it in place.

To remove your phone:

1. Peel back the soft top.
2. Use your thumbs or the palm of your hand to push the screen upward to slide the phone off the case.

ATTENTION! When installing or removing your phone, DO NOT REMOVE THE PHONE AT AN ANGLE. This can permanently damage the lightning port. Slide your phone out parallel to the case.

Note on Charging: Charging signals appear on your iPhone screen. When charging is finished, the signal disappears. Use only your iPhone's original Lightning USB cable to charge and sync the battery case with a wall charger or computer. Avoid aftermarket or non-standard cables, as they can cause damage, overheating, or fire.

Charging your Battery Case & iPhone

Together by Cable

• Connect your battery case (with iPhone installed) to your iPhone cable (not included).
• Connect the USB power cable to a USB power source (e.g., computer) to start charging. The battery case is programmed to charge your iPhone first, then the battery case itself.
• Charge until the LED indicators show fully charged (all 4 LEDs are solid).

Using the Battery Case

• Press and hold the power button for approximately 3 seconds to turn on the battery case and start charging your iPhone.
• Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds again to deactivate the battery case and stop charging. This saves battery power for future use.

Together Wirelessly

• Place your battery case (with iPhone installed) on a Qi wireless charging pad (not included). The battery case is programmed to charge your iPhone first, then the battery case.
• Align the wireless charging logo on your battery case with the charging logo on your wireless charging pad.

Note: For best results, use the Alpatronix Qi wireless charger. However, this product should work with any Qi-Certified wireless charging pad.

If the wireless charging logo on the case and charging pad are not aligned properly, charging speed may be lower or charging may not occur. Re-align the case and pad. If problems persist, contact Alpatronix for troubleshooting.

LED Indicators

The LED indicators show the charging status:

• 1-25%: One LED lit
• 25-50%: Two LEDs lit
• 50-75%: Three LEDs lit
• 75-100%: Four LEDs lit (solid)

Notice: Filling out the extended warranty application is not a confirmation. Alpatronix reserves the right to review and decline the extended warranty. Warranty is valid for purchases from authorized sellers within the country of purchase. If unsure about retailer authorization, contact Alpatronix. User damage or tampering voids the warranty. Alpatronix warranty only covers Alpatronix products.

Warnings

• Read all instructions and warnings before use. Alpatronix is not responsible for improper use, which may result in damage, heat, fumes, fire, or explosion.
• Only use your iPhone's original cable to charge the battery case. Aftermarket cables can damage the case, phone, and cause overheating/fire.
• Do not store the battery case in high temperatures, intense sunlight, or expose it to moisture/water.
• Dispose of used batteries at designated hazardous waste collection centers.
• Do not place the battery case in fire or excessively hot environments.
• This is not a shockproof product. Avoid excessive drops, bumps, or impacts. Discontinue use if dents, tears, punctures, deformities, or corrosion are visible. Contact Alpatronix or dispose of properly.
• Do not disassemble the battery case, expose it to moisture, or submerge it in liquid. Keep the battery dry.
• Do not attempt to charge the battery using methods other than the device's USB connector or a Qi-certified charging pad.
• Do not attempt to replace any part of the battery case.
• If the case is intended for minor use, the purchasing adult must provide detailed instructions and warnings. Failure to do so is the purchaser's sole responsibility.
• If the battery case becomes excessively hot, emits odors, is deformed, abraded, cut, or behaves abnormally, stop use immediately and contact Alpatronix.
• If storing the case for more than 3 months, charge it for at least 1 hour prior to storage.
• Never dispose of the battery case in the garbage. Disposal of batteries is unlawful. Dispose of batteries and battery-containing products at the nearest hazardous waste collection facility or recycling center.
