MSI Promotion: Buy Selected Monitors or Gaming Computers and Get a BLIK Voucher

§ 1 Promotion Duration and Registration

Promotion Period: The promotion runs from August 4, 2025, 00:01 to October 19, 2025, 23:55. For online stores, the order submission time to the server determines the purchase date. For physical stores, the date on the receipt (paragon or invoice) is decisive. The Organizer reserves the right to end the promotion early if the prize pool or promotional products are exhausted.

Registration Period: Registrations are accepted up to 14 days after the promotion ends, specifically until November 2, 2025, 23:55. However, the promotion may end earlier if the prize or product quota is depleted.

Verification Period: Details are specified in §4, paragraph 2.

Prize Fulfillment Period: Prizes will be sent within 30 days after the Verification Period concludes.

Promotional Products: A list of eligible MSI gaming desktops/computers and monitors, along with their model numbers, EANs, voucher values, and quantities, is provided below:

§ 2 General Provisions

This regulation defines the conditions for participation and conduct of the Promotion, the prizes, and the rules for their collection, as well as the complaint procedure.

Participation in the Promotion implies acceptance of its terms. Participants must familiarize themselves with the Regulations, which become binding upon registration.

Eligible Participants:

• Individuals aged 18 or over with full legal capacity.
• Entrepreneurs as defined by Polish law, including legal entities and organizational units without legal personality that have legal capacity, conducting business activity.

Additional Eligibility Criteria:

• Not an employee of the Organizer or a close family member of an employee.
• Possess a delivery address within the Republic of Poland.
• For entrepreneurs, registration must use the same data as their business registration or the data of their legal representative.

Entrepreneurs can participate once and register a maximum of 10 Promotional Products per promotion, as per §3, paragraph 4.

The Organizer may end the promotion early if the prize or promotional product quota is exhausted. The promotion is valid only in Poland. Each purchase of a Promotional Product qualifies for one promotion organized by the Organizer or its parent company, Micro-Star International CO. Ltd. Duplicate entries for the same product across different promotions are not permitted.

§ 3 Promotion Participation Conditions

Participation in the promotion is voluntary.

Each participant can enter the promotion only once. A single product/model can only be part of one promotion; promotions for the same model do not stack.

To participate:

1. Purchase one of the Promotional Products from a Promotional Partner during the Promotion Period. Keep the proof of purchase (invoice or receipt; pro-forma invoices are not valid).
2. Register for the promotion via the Organizer's website (pl.msi.com) before the Registration Period closes. This involves correctly filling out the form and submitting a scan of the proof of purchase. Required information includes the Promotional Product model, participant's name/company name, email address, phone number, address, postal code, and city. For promotions on pl.msi.com, an account must be created on the Organizer's website.

Entrepreneurs are eligible to register up to 10 Promotional Products. Registering more does not grant additional prizes. Prizes are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis until the limit is reached. Participants who meet the conditions and register correctly will receive a prize, provided the quota has not been exhausted.

§ 4 Organizer's Procedure After Receiving Registration

Registration Acceptance: Registrations are accepted up to 14 days after the promotion ends (November 2, 2025, 23:55), subject to early termination if prize quotas are met.

Verification: The Organizer will assess the completeness and verify the accuracy of submitted data within 30 days of receiving the registration.

Confirmation: Participants will receive an email confirmation within 30 days of registration. If confirmation is not received, participants should contact promocje@msi.com.

Rejection Notification: If a registration is rejected, the Organizer will notify the participant via email within 30 days, stating the reasons for rejection.

Prize Award Notification: Upon awarding a prize, the Organizer will inform the participant via email and send the prize before the end of the Prize Fulfillment Period. Participants will also be notified if the prize quota has been exhausted.

Invalid Registration: Registrations with incorrect contact details preventing prize delivery, or those using falsified proof of purchase, will be rejected, voiding the participant's right to a prize.

§ 5 Prizes and Collection

Prizes are detailed in the table within §1, paragraph 12. The Organizer may increase the number of prizes during the promotion.

One Promotional Product can only be used in one MSI promotion (this or another) or a promotion by the parent company. While a single receipt/invoice may list multiple Promotional Products, only one prize can be claimed per product. Re-registering the same product in multiple promotions is not allowed.

Prizes will be sent before the end of the Prize Fulfillment Period. Prizes are delivered via courier or email (for codes) to the address provided in the registration. Delivery costs are covered by the Organizer.

Upon receiving a prize by courier, participants should check for damage and verify contents. Damaged shipments should be documented with a courier-signed protocol, and the prize refused. For prizes received via email/SMS, participants should check code validity and content. Any discrepancies should be reported to the Organizer.

If a prize is returned to the Organizer due to non-collection at the provided address, the right to the prize is forfeited, unless non-collection was due to reasons attributable to the Organizer or the carrier.

Participants cannot request a cash equivalent instead of a prize. Prizes cannot be exchanged for different items, except as provided by law or in §6.

Promotional prizes are marketing products and are not covered by warranty.

Taxation: Participants are responsible for declaring and paying taxes on prizes according to Polish income tax laws. Prizes for individuals valued under 2000 PLN gross are exempt from lump-sum income tax, unless the prize is related to business activity. Entrepreneurs are responsible for paying tax on their prizes.

§ 6 Complaint Procedure

The Organizer is obligated to provide defect-free prizes. If a prize is defective, the Organizer's liability is governed by the Regulations and applicable law.

Complaints must be submitted via email to promocje@msi.com. The complaint should specify the promotion name, the reason for the complaint, the participant's name/company and address, and the desired resolution. The Organizer will process complaints within 14 days and respond via email. Any missing information will be promptly communicated to the participant for correction.

§ 7 Personal Data Protection

Participant personal data will be processed in accordance with Polish data protection laws and GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) for the purpose of conducting the promotion, including prize fulfillment.

The Organizer is the data controller. Data processing is based on:

• Article 6(1)(b) GDPR: necessary for contract performance (participation in the promotion).
• Article 6(1)(c) GDPR: compliance with legal obligations (e.g., tax laws).
• Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: legitimate interest for marketing purposes, including by group companies. Consent for marketing communications via email/phone is based on relevant electronic communication laws.

Submitted data is confidential. Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary for participation. Consent for marketing is optional.

Only authorized personnel process data on behalf of the Organizer. Participants have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, object to, and port their data, as well as withdraw consent and lodge complaints with the supervisory authority (President of the Personal Data Protection Office).

After the promotion ends (within 90 days), participant data will be anonymized, unless ongoing complaint or claim proceedings prevent it. Data for marketing purposes will be retained until consent is withdrawn. Participants can delete their data via https://account.msi.com/members/accountDelete.

§ 8 Final Provisions

This promotion is not a promotional lottery or a prize lottery under Polish gaming laws.

The Organizer reserves the right to amend the Regulations for valid organizational or functional reasons (e.g., to ensure proper execution, expand the product list, increase prizes, or extend the promotion period). Changes will not be retroactive and will be communicated at least 3 working days before they take effect.

The Organizer is not liable for:

• Incorrect participant data.
• Malfunctions or interruptions of websites.
• Failure to perform obligations due to force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, war, strikes).
• Consequences arising from participant non-compliance with the Regulations.

The Regulations are available at the Organizer's registered office and on the Organizer's website. Polish law governs the Regulations, and any disputes will be settled by the competent courts.
