Basic Operations
Power ON/OFF and Mode Switch
Press and hold the button (3) for 3 seconds to Power ON or Power OFF. The device automatically enters MP3 mode after powering on. Click the button once for Mode switch. Double-click quickly after Power ON to change the voice prompt language.
Bluetooth (BT) Mode
When music is playing, press the power button (3) once to switch to BT mode. You will hear a tone, and the LED will flash blue and red lights, indicating it's ready to connect. Connect with your phone via Bluetooth using the K8 device name. The device will automatically POWER OFF after 5 minutes of inactivity.
Answering/Rejecting Calls
Click the MFB button (7) once to answer incoming calls when connected via Bluetooth. Click again to hang up. Quickly click twice to reject an incoming call.
MP3 Mode
Press and hold the power button (3) for 3 seconds. The Blue LED light will flash, and the device will enter playback mode. Connect the USB Charging/Transfer cable to your computer's USB port. Your computer will automatically recognize the K8 as a flash disk. You can add, copy, and delete songs like a USB flash drive. Note: Power ON the device first for data sync before connecting to a PC.
Volume and Song Control
Long press (2 seconds) the +/- buttons (2, 4) to increase or decrease volume. Single press the +/- buttons to skip to the next or previous song.
Pause/Play
While music is playing, click the Play Key (7) to pause, and click again to resume playback. The playlists are arranged in the order files are copied to the K8 disk. Long pressing the Play Key will activate your phone's intelligent voice assistant.
Charging and Data Transfer
Charging
Use the original charging cable (included) to charge the headphone. A solid Red LED indicates charging. The Red LED turns Blue when charging is complete. The charger voltage rating should not exceed 5V.
OTG Download
Download music songs using your own OTG adapter cable. Connect the headphones with the original data cable and turn on the headphone. Copy songs to the device as you would with a flash disk after it is recognized. Note: OTG function requires your phone to support it.
Maintenance and Troubleshooting
Wearing Tips
- Charging time should not exceed 2 hours. Charge at least once a month. Keep the device dry.
- Use only the original cable for charging and data sync to prevent damage.
- Safely eject the device after completing data downloads.
Issue Solve
- Automatic Disconnection: The headphone may disconnect if the protective mechanism is activated due to temperature. It will reconnect later for data sync.
- Unresponsive Device: If the device is unresponsive and won't switch on/off, press and hold the power button (3) for 10 seconds to reset.
- Connection Issues: If the LED does not light up or the device is not recognized after connecting to a computer, check if the USB cable is correct and fully inserted. Do not use extension cords; plug directly into the computer's USB port or a charger.
