Thank you for choosing the ROBI Smart Body Analyzer. This scale serves as your personal health assistant, utilizing Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis (BIA) technology to provide essential data for tracking your personal health metrics. These include Body Mass Index (BMI), Body Fat Percentage, Body Water, Muscle Mass, Bone Mass, Protein, and more. We sincerely hope you enjoy using your new product.

Safety Precautions

When using this digital scale, adhere to the following basic safety precautions:

  1. The Bluetooth scale should not be used to diagnose or treat any medical condition. Consult a doctor when undertaking any diet or exercise program.
  2. If you are pregnant or have a pacemaker or other internal device, do not rely solely on the data provided by this product. All data is for reference and is not a substitute for advice from a licensed healthcare professional.
  3. If the scale malfunctions, first check the batteries and replace them if necessary.
  4. Check the device before each use. Do not use the device if it is damaged. Continuous use of a damaged unit may cause injury or improper results.

Important Notes:

  • The scale is a high-precision measuring device. Never jump or stamp on the scale or attempt to disassemble it. Handle the scale carefully to avoid breakage.
  • Place the scale on a hard, flat surface during use. Using the scale on a soft surface like carpet or linoleum may affect the accuracy of the scale readings.
  • To ensure weighing accuracy, gently step on the scale to wake it up and wait at least 10 seconds before weighing. You must also wake the scale if it has been moved. Take your measurements at the same time each day for the most accurate results.
  • When not in use, remove the batteries and store the device in a dry room, protected from extreme moisture, heat, lint, dust, and direct sunlight. Never place heavy objects on the equipment.
  • Before using the scale, ensure all your personal data has been entered via the Fitdays app.
  • Use the scale while barefoot. The scale cannot measure body fat percentage if you are wearing shoes or socks.
  • Ensure your feet are dry before weighing yourself.
  • This scale is not waterproof; never immerse it in water. To clean the surface, use a damp cloth or glass cleaner. Do not use soap or other chemicals.

Display Errors:

  • No display: Change Battery.
  • "Lo": Change Battery.
  • "Err": Overload. Remove weight.
  • "[" (Calibrating): The scale is calibrating.

For Body Weight: Place the scale on a flat surface and wait at least 10 seconds before stepping on. The reading should display 0.0 kg before you step on. ✔️

For Body Fat and Other Body Composition Analysis: Stand straight on the scale and uniformly touch the electrodes with bare and dry feet.

Operating Instructions

The Bluetooth Scale connects with your mobile phone (Android 6.0+ & iOS 8.0+) or iPad via Bluetooth 4.0. Download the 'Fitdays' app for free from the App Store or Google Play.

Download App and Install Batteries:

  • Download App: Search for "Fitdays" on the App Store or Google Play and download it.
  • Register Account: Open the app, register your unique ID, add your personal data, and confirm.
  • Install Batteries: Install the original battery set. Note: The included batteries are trial versions. It is recommended to replace them within 3 months and remove them if the scale will not be used for an extended period.

Pairing the Scale with Your Smartphone:

  1. Turn on Bluetooth on your smartphone. Location services must also be enabled for Android 6.0 or higher.
  2. Press [Device] and then [Device Management] to open the measuring page and find the device.
  3. Power on the scale. Press [+] to select your scale (e.g., "MY_SCALE" or "BAIFROS") to add it.
  4. Return to the measuring page. Step onto the scale and stand for 5-10 seconds with bare feet. The weighing process is complete once the analyzed data appears.

Viewing Reports and Sharing Data

Click "Chart" to view your progress history. Use the calendar to select specific datasets or all data you wish to delete. You can also select different date ranges to compare and share your fitness data with friends via Facebook, Instagram, or SMS by clicking the share button.

At the bottom of the app interface, you can select different types of data to display. Share your fitness data by clicking the share button [+] on the measuring page.

User Management & Basic Settings

Under the "Mine" section, you can add or delete users. To delete an account, swipe left on the account and select "Delete". The "Settings" page allows you to configure Themes, Goals, Weight Units, Weighing Sounds, Languages, and Passwords. You can change the weighing unit via the "Unit" button, which will also control the app's unit setting.

Sync to Fitness Apps

Apple Health:

  1. Open the "Health" app on your iPhone and select 'Data Sources'.
  2. Select "Fitdays" from the list of sources.
  3. Enable all categories to allow the Fitdays app to sync data.

Google Fit:

  1. Navigate to the Settings page and select "Google Fit".
  2. Turn on the "Google Fit" button and log in to your Google account.
  3. You will be automatically redirected to the "Google Fit" page.
  4. Once the connection is established, your "Weight" data will sync to Google Fit.

Fitbit App:

  1. Navigate to the Settings page and select "Fitbit".
  2. Turn on the Fitbit button and log in to your Fitbit account.
  3. Select "Allow" to grant access to the Fitbit app.
  4. After connection, your data (Weight, Body Fat%, BMI) will sync to the Fitbit app. You can view this data on both the app and the Fitbit website.

Maintenance

Recalibrating the Scale:

If the scale has been moved or flipped upside down, it must be recalibrated to ensure accurate results.

  1. Place the scale on a hard, flat surface.
  2. Step on the scale with one foot until the digits appear on the display, then step off.
  3. The scale will show "0.00", indicating that the calibration process is complete.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

  1. Why doesn't the scale work? Why does the data on screen disappear in a flash?
    Please check that the batteries are installed properly and replace them if necessary.
  2. The scale cannot connect with the App.
    • Check that your phone's software is iOS 8.0 or higher or Android 6.0 or higher.
    • Download and open the newest version of the Fitdays App.
    • Enable Bluetooth on your phone. For Android 6.0 or higher, location services must also be enabled.
  3. No body fat is measured when weighing.
    • Step on the scale with dry and bare feet.
    • Ensure Bluetooth is enabled and working.
    • Ensure personal data is entered in the app.
