TUYA CONNECTION GUIDE
Follow these steps to connect your SEEING.U Window Cleaning Robot to the Tuya Smart app.
Step 1: Download and Install the App
Download the "Smart Life" app by scanning the QR code provided or by searching for "Smart Life" in your app store.
Step 2: Register or Log In
For new users, register a new "Smart Life" account. For existing users, log into your existing "Smart Life" account.
Step 3: Add Device
Open the app and press the '+' button to add a device, or click the "add device" button. If the device is displayed on the top, you can click "Add device" directly.
Alternatively, you can add devices manually by selecting the appropriate category, such as "Small Home Appliances" and then "Window Cleaner (BLE)".
Step 4: Reset the Device
Power on the device and confirm that the indicator is blinking rapidly. Ensure the network distribution is completed within 3 minutes after resetting the device.
Check "Confirm the indicator is blinking" in the app.
Step 5: Device Added Successfully
Once the device is added successfully, you will see a confirmation message. Click "Done".
Step 6: Select Cleaning Modes
You can now select the desired cleaning modes according to your needs, such as "Fast cleaning", "Deep cleaning", or "Edge cleaning".
Safety Regulations
Important Safety Instructions: Read and follow all safety instructions before using the product.
- Not for use by children under 8 or persons with physical or mental disabilities without supervision. Keep children away from the product.
- Do not use in extreme temperatures (below 0°C or above 40°C).
- The built-in safety backup battery is for power failure only, not for normal work.
- Ensure someone is watching the product during operation. Keep animals away from the working area.
- Use only in home and indoor environments. Do not use in commercial or industrial places.
- Do not use on glass with cracks, advertising paper, or bumps to avoid breakage or falling.
- Use only manufacturer-recommended accessories and adapters.
- Ensure power supply voltage matches the adapter's marking.
- Use on glass with a thickness of more than 5mm.
- Do not use on wet or oily glass to avoid slippage.
- Keep away from heat sources or flammable substances.
- Do not use if the product is not completely adsorbed on the glass or is damaged.
- Do not immerse the product in water or other liquids.
- Do not touch the plug or product with wet hands.
- Battery charging should not be done in extreme temperatures.
- Do not charge the machine in damp places or near fire sources.
- Handle the power cord carefully; do not drag, lift, or use it as a handle. Keep it away from heat sources.
- Do not use with a damaged power cord or outlet. If the product malfunctions, it should be repaired by the manufacturer or authorized service department.
- Damaged flexible cords must be replaced by a professional.
- Unplug the power socket before cleaning or maintenance. Do not pull the power cord to unplug.
- Battery replacement must be done by professionals.
- Dispose of batteries and the product according to local laws and environmental regulations.
- Do not incinerate the product, as the battery may explode.
- The company is not responsible for any loss or injury caused by improper use.
- Children and individuals lacking common sense or experience should not use the product without supervision.
- Supervise children during operation.
- Children are strictly prohibited from playing with or cleaning/maintaining the product without supervision.

Usage / Note Before Use
① Applicable Size
Minimum size: 50x50cm. Maximum size: 3.5x2m.
Note: If the glass is too small, the device cannot move. If the glass is too large, the device may not be able to complete the work due to the limited line length. Please refer to the actual use environment.
② Applicable to Frameless Glass
The frame thickness of framed glass must be more than 5mm.
③ Minimum Distance
The minimum distance between the guardrail or other obstacles and the glass is more than 13cm.
Note: When cleaning windows with guardrails, ensure sufficient space for the device to operate.
④ Inapplicable Scenarios
- Arc-shaped
- Special-shaped glass
- Sticker glass or uneven surfaces (frosted, film, carved glass are also not applicable)
- Cracked glass
⑤ Beveled Glass
Beveled glass requires manual remote control. The applicable range of glass tilt angle (with horizon) is 45°-90°.
Usage / Preparing
① Adsorb the Base Station
Place the base station on a clean, smooth surface (avoiding crevices) of a fixed object. Turn the knob to the adsorption position [⚙️]. The base station will be adsorbed.
② Add Water
Inject purified water or filtered water into the water inlets ① and ② sequentially, up to the water level line. Do not let the water overflow.
Note: Do not add tap water or other cleaning solutions (like dishwashing detergent, disinfectant, glass water) to the water tank to prevent blockage of the spray nozzle.
③ Installation of Cleaning Cloth
Wet the cleaning cloth, wring it out until it's not dripping, and place it in the limit slot of the base station. Place the device and press it to complete the installation.
Note: After the cleaning cloth gets wet, wring it out to a non-dripping state to avoid machine slipping. Ensure the cleaning cloth is firmly installed and does not block the driving wheel and sensor.
④ Fasten Safety Rope
Find a stable object, attach the safety rope to the safety buckle, and tighten it securely.
Note: Ensure the safety lock is secured before use. Leave appropriate length for the device to work. Ensure someone is watching over the device during use.
⑤ Connect the Power and Take Out the Device
- Step 1: Connect the AC cable with the base station.
- Step 2: Plug in the power supply.
- Step 3: Remove the device from the base station.
Usage / Preparing
① Device Adsorption
Press and hold the start button for 3 seconds. After the fan starts, place the device on the glass. You will hear a voice prompt: "Adsorption is complete, you can start cleaning."
② Start Cleaning
Fast Cleaning Mode: The device automatically plans the Z path or N path according to the shape of the windows and wipes once.
Press the start/pause button on the device or the remote control.
Deep Cleaning Mode: The device first cleans quickly, then cleans along the edges.
Press [DI] on the remote control for deep cleaning.

Driving Wheel Cleaning | The device is powered on but not turned on; the driving wheel starts to rotate/stop. |
Edge Cleaning | Wipe once along the edge. |
Spot Cleaning | Wipe repeatedly 3 times on the current position. |
④ Finish Cleaning
After cleaning is finished, the device will return to the starting position and prompt "Cleaning finished, please remove the machine." Grab the device, press and hold the start/pause button for 3 seconds to turn it off, remove the device, and place it back in the base station. Unplug the power adapter and cut off the power supply.
Note: If the device cannot be reached, use the remote control to move it to a reachable position, then power it off. When placing the device in the base station, remove the wet cleaning cloth, wash and dry it before storing.
Indicator
Main Device Indicator:
- White light flashes: Standby mode.
- White light breathes: Device is charging.
- White light remains on: Normal operation.
- White light remains on: Finish cleaning.
- Red light flashes: Device abnormality. Refer to the [Trouble shooting] section.
Base Station Indicator:
- White light remains on: Power on.
Maintenance
1. Cleaning Water Tank
After cleaning, turn the device upside down and pour out the remaining liquid.
2. Wash Cleaning Cloth
Remove the cleaning cloth, wash it, and reuse it.
Note: If using detergents, rinse the cloth repeatedly to ensure no residue remains, preventing marks. If the cloth is worn or no longer fits properly, replace it with a new one.
3. Clean Driving Wheels
Before cleaning, plug in the device (no power required). Use the remote to start the driving wheel rotation. Wipe the dirt along the driving wheel with a slightly damp cleaning cloth.
Note: Ensure the fan is not operating during cleaning.
4. Cleaning Bottom Components
Wipe the sensor and universal wheel with a dry mop to clean dust and stains, maintaining sensitivity.

Trouble Shooting
Failure Description | Possible Causes | Solution |

1. The white light continues to flash | Cleaning cloth is not installed correctly | Remove the device, repaste the cleaning cloth and restart. |
The glass surface is too dirty | Remove the device, wipe a clean area on the glass first, and then replace the device for adsorption. | |
