How do I manually reset my Jabra Evolve2 Buds to the default settings?

When you reset your Jabra true wireless earbuds, previously paired devices and settings will be cleared.

Follow these steps to reset:

Ensure your earbuds are sufficiently charged.
Place both earbuds in the charging case and leave the lid open.
Simultaneously press and hold (10 seconds) the Left and Right buttons on the earbuds until the earbud LEDs flash pink.
Close the lid of the charging case (5 seconds) to complete the reset.

Note

You cannot reset only one of the earbuds.

After resetting, you will need to re-pair the earbuds with the Jabra Link Bluetooth adapter using Jabra Direct. You will also need to re-pair the earbuds with your mobile device. Remember to delete/forget the pairing in the Bluetooth menu on your mobile device.
