Philips Ambilight Satisfaction Guarantee: "100 Days Ambilight TV Test"
Promotion Period: April 14, 2025 - March 31, 2026
1. Eligibility
Participation is exclusively for private end customers (consumers) aged 18 and over, residing in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland, who have purchased a participating product from a participating retailer in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland. Employees of Philips GmbH, TP Vision Europe B.V., brands alive GmbH, and their relatives are excluded. Retailers, resellers, their employees, and relatives are also excluded. Wholesalers and retailers are not authorized to participate on behalf of their customers.

Participants must obtain an invoice from the retailer that complies with applicable VAT regulations. Delivery notes or receipts are not sufficient proof.
TP Vision reserves the right to exclude individuals who attempt to gain an advantage through false information or manipulation, or who participate more often than permitted. TP Vision may retroactively exclude participants and refuse payments/refunds/returns in such cases.
2. Promotion Period, Participating Products, Promotion Execution
Participants who purchase a participating product for their private use during the promotion period (April 14, 2025 - March 31, 2026) from a participating stationary or online retailer (the purchase date on the receipt and delivery date apply) can return the device within 100 days of the purchase date for a refund at the point of sale or send it back to the participating retailer where it was purchased. The device must be returned in perfect condition in its original packaging with all original accessories and accompanying materials included at the time of purchase.
Participating products are exclusively Philips Ambilight TV and Soundbar models currently available in the market.

To participate:
- Purchase a participating product during the promotion period (April 14, 2025 - March 31, 2026) from a participating stationary or online retailer.
- Register within 100 days of purchase at www.philips.de/ambilight-tv-testen (Germany), www.philips.at/ambilight-tv-testen (Austria), and www.philips.ch/ambilight-tv-testen, www.philips.ch/fr/ambilight-tv-testen (Switzerland), providing your full name, email address, mobile number, the model number/model number, and serial number of the purchased product, and upload a photo of your proof of purchase or invoice.
- After successful registration, you will receive a confirmation email with an included link to the return form.
- You now have the option to test your purchased participating product for 100 days from the purchase date, or to return it within 100 days of the purchase date.
- If you are not satisfied with your participating product, please fill out the return form, submit it, and print it. Then, return the purchased participating product in perfect condition in its original packaging with all original accessories and accompanying materials included at the time of purchase, along with the completed return form and your proof of purchase/invoice, to your retailer within 100 days of the purchase date to receive a full refund. Returning a participating product to some participating (online) retailers may only be possible in physical stores. Participants are advised to inquire about the return process with the specific participating (online) retailer before purchasing a participating product.
Registrations that do not meet these terms and conditions, or are not made via the official websites, or are incomplete, are considered invalid. TP Vision reserves the right to verify information provided by the participant during registration, particularly regarding eligibility and prerequisites, and to request further information or original proof of purchase.
Participants who provide incomplete information or upload incomplete documents during registration will be notified by email and asked to provide the complete documents within a specified period. If participants fail to comply with this request or upload incomplete documents again within 7 calendar days, or at the latest within 100 days after the purchase date of their participating product, they will be excluded from the promotion.
The processing of the registration process, including data verification and sending the confirmation email with the return form link, is handled by our promotional partner, brands alive GmbH. The confirmation email with the return form link will be sent subject to the completeness and correctness of all information to be provided by the participant during registration and the fulfillment of all participation requirements within 7 working days after submission of the complete documents, or at the latest within 100 days after the purchase date of a participating product.
If registrations are made after the 100-day period from the purchase date via the possible registration on the websites, the provided data will not be considered within the scope of this promotion and will be completely deleted.
This promotion is limited to a maximum of 2 (two) participating products per person.
This promotion cannot be combined with other promotions organized by TP Vision.
The promotion is valid only while stocks of participating products last. TP Vision is not liable for the availability of participating products in stores/online shops of participating retailers.

3. Data Protection
Personal data collected within this promotion will be stored exclusively for the purpose of executing the promotion, particularly for notification of the promotion's progress, and will be used or processed in accordance with TP Vision's data protection guidelines. Any evaluation and storage of customer-provided reasons for product returns will be done exclusively in anonymized form.
If the personal data is no longer required for the execution of the promotion, TP Vision will delete or block it immediately, provided that no legal retention obligations prevent deletion. By participating in our promotion, each participant agrees to our data protection guidelines. 5. Final Provisions
The promotion organizer reserves the right to discontinue the promotion without prior notice or to change or adapt the promotion's terms and conditions at any time without announcement in the event of unforeseen circumstances. This applies in particular to cases of force majeure and if the proper execution of the promotion cannot be guaranteed due to technical and/or legal reasons.
TP Vision accepts no claims for damages of any kind arising from or caused by participation in this promotion or the inability to participate in this promotion. Likewise, TP Vision is not responsible for any damages or losses that may arise from technical malfunctions, omissions, interruptions, computer viruses, telephone failures, or interruptions of internet operations due to causes beyond TP Vision's control. TP Vision is also exempt from liability for damages that may arise for participants due to errors, defects, or omissions in the information provided by TP Vision.
TP Vision assumes no liability for the availability and technical error-free and complete accessibility of the promotion page and any links.
If individual provisions of these terms and conditions are invalid or if there is a loophole, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. Invalid or missing provisions shall be replaced by those that come closest to the purpose of the contract and legal requirements.
These terms and conditions are subject to German law. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with these terms and conditions and/or this promotion shall be the court responsible for Hamburg. This choice of law shall only apply insofar as the granted protection is not withdrawn by mandatory provisions of the law of the state in which the participant has their habitual residence.
