The SHIDU S258 is a highly integrated portable PA system with a headset microphone, designed to amplify your voice with high-definition sound quality. It functions as a public address system and a music player, capable of playing audio from a TF card or USB flash disk. Please read these instructions carefully before use.

The SHIDU S258 features various controls and ports for its operation. Below is a description of each numbered component and its function.

Numbered Components:
- Power switch & volume control: Rotate the knob to "ON" to turn on the amplifier; the blue indicator light will illuminate. Rotate towards "+" to continuously increase the volume, and towards "-" to continuously decrease the volume until it turns off.
- Mode: Short press this button to select a working mode (USB or TF). If both a TF card and a USB flash drive are inserted, use the "M" key to select which storage you want to play.
- Play/Pause: Short press to pause, and press again to play music in default mode. Long press the "⏯️" button until the blue light blinks quickly to enter single music repeat mode. Long press the "▶️" button until the blue light blinks normally to repeat all music in storage.
- Previous: Short press to go to the previous music; long press for fast backward.
- Next: Short press to go to the next music; long press for fast forward.
- TF card: Insert a TF card to play MP3 files. It is compatible with most brands, with a maximum capacity of 32GB.
Note: It may be unreadable when the file is large or complex.
- Ø3.5mm Microphone Jack: Insert the wired microphone in any mode to amplify with the current mode simultaneously. To avoid howling, do not point the microphone toward the speaker.
- Indicator:
- Blue light: Stays on when the device is powered on.
- Red light: Blinks when charging; stays on after being fully charged.
Notes: SHIDU suggests fully charging the amplifier before its first use.
- USB: Insert a USB flash drive to play MP3 files. It is compatible with most brands, with a maximum capacity of 32GB.
- Mini-USB Port (DC 5V): Use the charger with DC 5V output connected with the Mini-USB cable to charge the PA system.
Note: Please connect the packed USB charging cable with the USB port of a DC 5V (500mA ~ 1.5A) charger. Unplug the charger as soon as it is fully charged.
- Detachable clip: A clip for attaching the device.
Caution and Troubleshooting
- Aim at the MIC capsule when speaking and keep the distance between the voice amplifier and MIC longer than 60cm to avoid howling.
- Do not insert or plug the connector frequently to avoid looseness of the socket or a bad connection.
- Recharge the device promptly when battery power is low.
- Original accessories are suggested if replacements are needed.
- Non-professional technicians are not permitted to dismantle or repair the product. Please contact the local agent if there are any questions or service requirements.
- The amplifier should be kept in a dry and ventilated area. Rain, water, or strong impacts should be avoided.
- Please keep the product and accessories far away from children.
