This document outlines the Limited Product Warranty provided by LOUD Audio, LLC. for Mackie products purchased in the United States or Canada through authorized resellers.
The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the specified warranty period. It does not cover issues arising from improper installation, misuse, neglect, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
Warranty Coverage & Periods
Mackie offers various warranty durations depending on the product category:
- Loudspeakers (Powered) like SRM and V-Class Series: 3 years, plus an additional 3 years with product registration.
- Loudspeakers (Powered and Passive), Studio Monitors, and related electronics: 3 years inclusive of electronics, 2 years for drivers (nontransferable).
- A broad range of audio equipment including mixers, portable PA systems, monitors, interfaces, headphones, microphones, and more: 1 year (nontransferable).
- Accessories such as stands, bags, covers, and earphones: 90 days (nontransferable).

Obtaining Warranty Service
To initiate a warranty claim, customers must provide valid proof of purchase. Service can be obtained by contacting LOUD technical support via phone at (800) 898-3211 or through the support section on the Mackie website.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs to the authorized service center, and it is recommended to insure the shipment.
Important Information
This warranty constitutes the entire agreement between LOUD Audio, LLC. and the customer regarding the product's warranty. It supersedes any terms in operator manuals that may conflict. The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
