Decathlon B100 EASY Basketball Hoop Installation Guide
Safety Instructions
FAILURE TO FOLLOW THESE SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS MAY RESULT IN SERIOUS INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE AND WILL VOID WARRANTY.
The owner must ensure that all players know and follow these rules for safe operation of the system.
To ensure safety, do not attempt to assemble this system without following the instructions carefully. Check the entire box and all packing material for parts and/or additional instruction material. Before beginning assembly, read the instructions and identify parts using the hardware identifier and parts list in the document. Proper and complete assembly, use, and supervision are essential for proper operation and to reduce the risk of accident or injury. A high probability of serious injury exists if this system is not installed, maintained, and operated properly.
- If using a ladder during assembly, use extreme caution.
- 2 capable adults are recommended for this operation.
- Check base daily for leakage. Leaks will cause the system to fall.
- Assemble the pole sections properly. Failure to do so could cause pole sections to separate during play or transport.
- Minimum operational height is 6'6" (1.98m) to the bottom of the backboard.
Most injuries are caused by misuse and/or not following instructions. Use caution when using this system.

Usage and Maintenance
Regularly check essential parts of the product (backboard, rim, stand, base, fasteners, etc.) to ensure they are in good condition. Failure to perform these regular checks may result in the product tipping over or posing other risks to the user.
Do not hang on the rim, net, or any other part of the system.
Keep your face a safe distance from the backboard, rim, and net during play.
Do not use the base, pole, or frame for climbing, jumping, sliding, or playing.
Do not shake the frame.
The net poses a strangulation hazard.
Do not allow a child to move or adjust the system alone. Moving and adjusting the system is exclusively reserved for an adult.
Before playing, remove jewelry (rings, watches, necklaces, etc.); these items can get caught in the net.
Keep organic materials away from the product. Grass, trash, etc., can cause corrosion or damage to the system.
Check the system's condition (signs of corrosion, such as rust, pitting, peeling) and repaint with an exterior enamel paint if necessary.
If the pole shows signs of pitting corrosion, it must be replaced.
To ensure the longevity of your product, we recommend the following:
- Follow usage and storage instructions.
- Check the system before each use (ballast, loose screws, excessive wear, and signs of corrosion) and perform necessary repairs.
- Regularly inspect and tighten screws and small parts to prevent play and the risk of injury.
- Rinse with clean water or soapy water.
