Quick Use Guide

Preparation Before Use
- Insert Batteries: 2 'CR2032' batteries are included.
- Initial Unit Setting: The scale is factory set to weigh in Pounds (LB). Refer to the instruction manual to switch to other units.
- Positioning: Place the scale on a flat, hard floor surface. Do not use on carpets.
- Start-Up: Press the scale platform firmly once. The display will show "0.0" and then turn off. The scale is ready.
Setting Up The User Profile Information
- Press the "(C)" button to turn the scale on.
- Set Memory: Press the "▲" or "▼" keys to select a memory location (1-8 users). Press the "set" button to confirm.
- Select Height: Press the "▲" or "▼" keys to adjust the height. Press the "set" button to confirm.
- Set Age: Press the "▲" or "▼" keys to adjust the age. Press the "set" button to confirm.
- Select Gender: Press the "▲" or "▼" keys to toggle between the male (✔) and female (♀) icons. Press the "set" button to confirm.
- Select Normal or Athlete Mode: Press the "▲" or "▼" keys to toggle between normal (N) and athlete (A) mode. Press "set" to confirm all settings.
- Measuring: The scale will show "0.0". Step onto the scale with bare feet and stand still while the weight is being measured.
Repeat steps 1-7 to set other pre-programmed Memory Locations.
Using the Scale
For accurate estimation results, use the scale with bare feet. Clean, slightly moist feet provide the best results. Remove shoes and socks before proceeding.
- Press the "(C)" key to turn on the scale and use the "▲" or "▼" keys to select user memory.
- Once the correct user memory is selected, the screen will display the height, age, gender, and athlete/normal mode.
- When "0.0" appears, step onto the scale with bare feet, positioning them evenly on the scale platform with maximum contact with the metal electrodes.
- Stand still while the scale measures your weight.
- Your weight, body fat percentage, total body water percentage, and BMI will display twice sequentially. The scale turns off automatically.
Couple of Reminders:
- After programming personal data into memory, the scale will recognize you by your weight.
- Only reprogram if age, height, or weight has changed (+/- 6.6 lbs/3kgs).
