Supplied Parts and Hardware

The following parts and hardware are included for assembly:

Step 1: Assembling the Frame

Assembly Instructions for Step 1:

  1. Align the holes in the crossbar (01) with the holes in the desk legs (02, 03). Insert four bolts (A) and tighten them partially, then fully tighten each pair of bolts using the Allen wrench (D).
  2. Attach the side plates (05) to the desk legs using bolts (A) and the Allen wrench (D).
  3. Slide the rod coupler (08) onto the end of the motor drive shaft on the right leg (03).
  4. Adjusting Desk Legs: Before attaching the transmission rod, ensure both desk legs are at the same level. Insert the transmission rod (06) into the hole in the left leg (02). Use the wrench (09) to turn the rod. Clockwise rotation raises the left leg; counter-clockwise rotation lowers it.
  5. Slide the rod coupler (08) to the left to connect with the other end of the transmission rod (06). Ensure the holes for the set screws face outwards.
  6. Secure the rod coupler (08) using the set screws (C) and the Allen wrench (D).
  7. Ensure the rubber pads are attached to the frame. Reattach any that have fallen off, or use the spare rubber pads.

Step 2: Assembling the Desktop

Assembly Instructions for Step 2:

  1. For 40" / 48" desks, use five wood dowel pins (G) to join the two desktop panels (10). For 55" / 63" desks, use six wood dowel pins (G).
  2. Secure the desktop panels together using the desktop panel connectors (F) and screws (E). You can use a drill or a Phillips screwdriver.

Step 3: Attaching the Desktop

Assembly Instructions for Step 3:

  1. Attach the assembled frame to the underside of the desktop (10) using screws (E). A drill or Phillips screwdriver can be used. Note: Off-center screw holes are for guidance; the pre-drilled holes are not always perfectly centered.
  2. Place the AC adapter (12) into the AC adapter holder (11).
  3. Attach the storage hook (07), AC adapter holder (11) with the AC adapter (12), and the controller (13) to the desktop using screws (E).

Step 4: Connecting the Cables

Assembly Instructions for Step 4:

  1. Connect the motor cables from the legs to the controller (13).
  2. Connect the power cable (14) to the AC adapter (12).
  3. Secure cables using the cable clips (15) as needed.

Step 5: Attaching the Side Pocket

Assembly Instructions for Step 5:

  1. Thread the bolts (B) through the holes in the side pocket (16) and the side plate (05) from the outside. Tighten with the Allen wrench (D).
