3 FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions)

  1. Unable to open the router's login page on the browser?

Please check if your phone has connected to the router and ensure you have entered the correct default gateway: http://itotolink.net.

  2. After the SIM card is plugged in, the SYS LED is Red Blinking, and the Internet cannot be accessed.

The SIM card may not be inserted properly. Power off the 4G router and re-insert the card. It is recommended to use a toothpick if the card slot is deep and fingernails are short. Alternatively, the SIM card might not be activated; ensure it is activated according to the card manual's instructions before inserting.

  3. After the SIM card is plugged in, the SYS LED is Red light always on, and the Internet cannot be accessed.

First, test the SIM card in a mobile phone to confirm it works normally. If it does, contact your 4G SIM card provider to check for available data traffic, verify real-name authentication, and ensure the card is not locked.

  4. After using the card, the mobile phone connects to Wi-Fi, but the network speed is slow.

This situation is related to the SIM card's signal strength. In areas with poor signal, Wi-Fi performance will be suboptimal. Try repositioning the router to a location with a stronger signal.
