Safety Instructions
General Safety
- Please read the manual carefully before using the product.
- The manual must be kept by a dedicated person as part of the product documentation.
- The term "machine" as used in this manual refers to the devices controlled by the wireless remote control.
1. Application
- Wireless remote controls are used to control machines. Occupational safety and accident prevention must be observed.
- Read the manual and follow all safety information when in use.
- Wireless remote control is prohibited for use in explosion-hazardous areas and for the transmission of human life, unless expressly authorized by the manufacturer.
- Program changes must be made by CBR authorized and trained personnel. Changes must be documented within the company.
- It is prohibited to modify, remove, or bypass the safety devices in the wireless remote control system. It is absolutely prohibited to make changes to any part of the entire emergency stop mechanism.
2. Notice
- Regularly inspect the casing and buttons; replace immediately if damaged.
- Always monitor and check the transmitter voltage; please replace the battery immediately when power is insufficient or no power is detected.
- Check whether the EMS button is working properly before use.
- The emergency stop button must be pressed immediately when any abnormal status occurs.
- The EMS button should be pressed when the system is temporarily not in use or when the operation is complete.
- Do not use two (or more) transmitters simultaneously to operate the same device.
3. Safety Instruction
- Only electricians can connect the power wiring of the receiver system. Please connect according to the wiring diagram.
- The receiver can only be opened by trained operators. Internal live parts may carry life-threatening high voltage. Power must be cut off before opening.
- No one is allowed to enter hazardous areas, such as under the load of a crane, to prevent personal injury accidents.
- Select a safe place with a good view of machine movement, load movement, and surrounding working environment conditions for operation.
- Please do not place an open remote control launch system in unattended locations. When remote operation is not required, press the emergency stop switch of the launch system to turn it off, especially when the operation location needs to be changed, when the remote control system is not needed, and after rest and work are completed.
- Effectively manage the remote launch system to prevent unauthorized use, e.g., by locking the launch system. In case of an emergency or crane/machine malfunction, please immediately press the abrupt stop switch on the launch system.
- Only operate the remote control system when it is in normal working order. Any malfunctions or defects that affect safety must be eliminated by CBR's trained and authorized personnel before reuse.
- Please note that the direction of operation of the machine may sometimes be reversed depending on the location of operation and the angle of view of the machine, especially for the operation of a rotary crane. If the operator's position changes from the inside of the crane to the outside radius of the crane, the operator must familiarize himself with the directional signs on the machine before starting work.
- Wireless remote control system maintenance must be performed by CBR-trained and authorized professionals. Please use original parts for replacement and maintenance; otherwise, the safety of the remote control system may not be guaranteed, and you may not enjoy subsequent warranty service.
- Before using the wireless remote control system, become familiar with its functions. Please be vigilant when working, especially when using the remote control system for the first time or occasionally.
- Every time before starting work, please check the status of the emergency stop switch. When the emergency stop switch is pressed and the launch system starts, the wireless signal status LEDs will flash a red light, and the MATE version's OLED display screen will show the system's sleep pattern mark. If not, remove the battery from the launcher immediately to turn off the wireless remote control system and contact the Remote Control System Service engineer.

Mode Brief
Customization Function
CBR can customize a dedicated remote control system based on the actual needs of customers on site, while meeting the basic parameters of the remote control.
Operating Modes
The system supports various operating modes:
- Spare Transmitter: The function is identical to the original transmitter without a smart key. When the original transmitter of the HT-NI series malfunctions, the smart key can be removed and inserted into the backup transmitter. The backup transmitter can replace the original transmitter and be used immediately.
- One to Multi: One transmitter can control multiple receivers. By using the selection function on the transmitter, control of a single receiver or simultaneous control of multiple receivers can be determined.
- Multi to One: Multiple transmitters can control one receiver. Select control and release of the receiver through the 'take over/release' function on the transmitter. The receiver can only be taken over by the transmitter in the "released" state.
- Multi to Multi: Multiple transmitters can control multiple receivers. Control and release of the receiver can be selected through the "take over/release" function on the transmitter. The receiver can only be taken over by the transmitter in the "released" state.
Diagrams illustrate these modes, showing connections between transmitters and receivers. For example, "Multi to Multi" shows multiple transmitters connected to multiple receivers, with arrows indicating "Take over and release" functionality.
Transmitter Operation
1. Transmitter Installation
- Batteries Installation: Please check the battery power to avoid inability to use. Pay attention to the direction of the battery during installation and ensure reliable installation. When not using the transmitter for a period, open the battery compartment and remove the battery.
- Transmitter Placement: The transmitter should be placed in a safe and prominent place to avoid falling and damage.
2. Transmitter Start
- Properly place 4 AA new alkaline batteries or fully charged specialized rechargeable lithium batteries into the battery compartment, cover the back cover, and tighten the screws.
- HT-CU Series: Pull out the emergency stop switch (EMS) of the transmitter.
- Press and hold "F1/stars 1" and "F2/stars 2" simultaneously for 3 seconds until the status LED indicator light remains on for 2 seconds or the OLED information screen shows successful startup, and then release it immediately to start normally.
