Operate from the large 5-inch LCD touch screen, even without a PC or smartphone
The scanner features a large 5-inch capacitive touch screen with improved response, enabling intuitive operation. You can view scan profiles created on your PC or smartphone as visual icons on the touch screen. Once a scan profile is imported, you can save data directly to a cloud service or send it via email using the touch screen. Easily switch users to display personalized settings and icons, making it simple to share the scanner between colleagues and family members.

Scan, drag, and drop with our new Quick Menu tool
The iX2500 introduces a new Quick Menu feature that provides easy access to all save destinations without requiring setup. Seamlessly save to dozens of cloud services, scan to email, and more. The Quick Menu also offers a "drag and drop" option to intuitively move your scans to destinations like Microsoft® Teams, Notion®, Google Drive™, Slack®, and more. The Quick Menu learns your favorite destinations and suggests them as integrated profiles, allowing you to simply click the "scan" button to send files directly where you want them, boosting productivity.

High performance as a flagship model
The iX2500 scans at 45 ppm and can hold up to 100 A4 sheets at a time. Even with the Receipt Guide installed, it can load 50 A4 sheets, making it easy to scan large volumes of documents.
Stable paper feeding technology
The iX2500 is equipped with a brake roller and an ultrasonic multi-feed sensor for smooth and stable paper feeding and reliable multi-feed detection. The scanner's skew detection function stops the feeding operation if paper is fed at an angle, preventing damage and protecting your important documents.
Wi-Fi connectivity for both smartphones and PCs
The ScanSnap iX2500 supports Wi-Fi (2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands), enabling wireless saving to smart devices and the cloud without needing a PC.
