3. Accessories Connection

Make sure that the compressor is OFF before connecting the accessories.

1. All accessories are fitted with quick connectors. All accessories are connected to the compressor via the coiled air line using the quick connector.

2. For safety reasons, certain accessories must operate at a specific air pressure indicated in their respective sections. You can check the pressure level by looking at the gauge or the numbered notches on the knob, which represent the related pressures.

3. Make sure that pressure adjustment knob A is turned fully counterclockwise, thus shutting off the air supply before starting the compressor.

4. Connect the coiled air line B to the compressed air outlet C (Figure 1) using coupling D. Push coupling D firmly into outlet C. A clicking noise indicates that the coupling is engaged.

5. Once one end of the coiled air line B is fastened, you can connect any accessory to the other end E by pushing firmly, for example, coupling F into E (Figure 2). A clicking noise also indicates that the coupling is engaged.

6. When the coiled air line is securely connected to both the compressor and the accessory, you can start to use the compressor.

7. Switch on the compressor. Once the pre-set pressure is reached, the compressor will switch off automatically.

8. When you have finished using the accessory, close the compressed air outlet by fully rotating pressure regulation knob A counterclockwise. Test that the air supply is closed by operating the accessory until all air is expelled. At this point, disconnect the coiled air line from the compressor by pulling back outer sleeve G (Figure 1). Disconnect coupling E from the accessory following the procedure explained for coupling D (Figure 1).

It is normal for the compressor to stop and start automatically at intervals as the use of compressed air varies.

Figure 2 Description: Shows the connection of an accessory using coupling F to the coiled air line end E.

4. Paint Spray Gun

Safety Precautions:

Operation:

  1. Connect the paint spray gun to the compressor as explained in Chapter 3.
  2. Adjust working pressure to the value indicated for this accessory.
  3. Position the paint cup A and screw it into the socket B (Figure 1). Ensure the paint cup is securely screwed into the socket to prevent paint leakage during use.
  4. Remove the lid C of paint cup A (Figure 2).
  5. Fill paint cup A with the paint or material to be sprayed.
  6. Replace paint cup lid C by securely pushing it onto paint cup A (Figure 2).
  7. The spray pattern (horizontal or vertical spraying) can be adjusted by loosening ring D and turning nozzle E, then retightening ring D (Figure 3).
  8. The width of the spray pattern can be adjusted by rotating adjustment knob F (Figure 3).
  9. The volume of paint/material sprayed can be adjusted by reducing or increasing the stroke of trigger G, turning adjustment knob H (Figure 3).
  10. To operate the paint spray gun, pull trigger G (Figure 3). Pulling the trigger halfway allows compressed air only through nozzle E, useful for cleaning the gun. Pulling trigger G fully introduces material into the gun for spray painting.
  11. During spraying, release the vent valve I of paint cup A (Figure 4).

Before using the spray gun, practice on a test material to establish the correct spray pattern and material application quantity.

The air spray gun is equipped with a painting tank, a regulator for paint quantity (1), a regulator for air flow (2), and a regulator for spraying mode (3).

5. Air Blow Gun

  1. Connect the air blow gun to the compressor as explained in Chapter 3.
  2. Adjust working pressure to the value indicated for this accessory.
  3. To use the air blow gun, press lever D and direct nozzle B towards the surface to be cleaned (Figures 1-2).

This blow gun can efficiently clean carpets in your home or car mats. It is also ideal for cleaning keyboards, electrical appliances, refrigerators, cameras, TV cameras, glassware, and vacuum cleaners.

Figure 2 Description: Shows the air blow gun being used to clean a keyboard.

6. Inflation Gun

  1. Connect the inflation gun to the compressor as explained in Chapter 3.
  2. When inflating car tires or certain bicycle tires, it is not necessary to attach any adapters (Figure 2). Press tab A and connect the hose to the tire by pushing the fitting onto the valve (Figure 3), then release the tab.
  3. Set the working pressure to the value indicated for this accessory.
  4. Inflate the tire by pressing lever B until the required inflation pressure is reached, as indicated on gauge C (Figures 1-3). In case of over-inflation, press button D to reduce the pressure (Figures 1-3).
  5. When inflating footballs, rubber dinghies, certain bicycle tires, and children's inflatable swimming pools, you may need to use a suitable adapter (Figure 2).
    • Adapter E is used for footballs.
    • Adapter F is used for rubber dinghies, air beds, and children's swimming pools.
    • Adapter G is used for certain bicycles.
  6. Select the suitable adapter and insert it into the inflation hose pressing tab A (Figure 4). Push the adapter into the inflation hose as shown in Figure 5 and release tab A. To secure the adapter, turn it slightly clockwise.
  7. Inflate the required object as described in point 4.

7. Washing Spray Gun

Safety Precautions:

Operation:

  1. Connect the washing spray gun to the compressor as explained in Chapter 3.
  2. Adjust working pressure to the value indicated for this accessory.
  3. Unscrew cup A from the body of the gun B (Figure 1). Pour in the chemical product you intend to use and refasten cup A to the body of the gun B (Figure 1).
  4. To use the accessory, press lever C (Figure 2).
  5. To adjust the jet, turn nozzle D, which is secured by ring-nut E (Figure 3).

The material to be sprayed may require dilution. The dilution formula should be obtained from the Manufacturer. If the product is too dense, it may block the nozzle, preventing use.

When filling the cup with the material used for washing, keep it in a vertical position to avoid spillage.

The washing spray gun is also very useful for spraying disinfectants, insecticides, and plant-care products.

Figure 3 Description: Shows adjusting the jet by turning nozzle D secured by ring-nut E.

8. Transport & Storage

Before storage, the air spray gun should be disassembled and cleaned thoroughly from any remaining sprayed liquids. Do not use solvents, flammable, or toxic liquids to clean the gun.

When transporting and storing the air spray gun, try to protect it from moisture. It is recommended to keep the tool in a dry, cool place with proper ventilation and avoid high humidity, corrosive gases, and dust.

After unpacking, it is recommended to repack the tool if you intend to transport it to a working place or for storage.

9. Warranty

Warranty covers defects in materials and components and does not cover components subject to natural wear and maintenance work.

Only machines cleaned from dust and dirt, in original factory packaging, fully completed, provided with an instruction manual, warranty card with the sales date, shop stamp, factory serial number, and original sales and purchase receipts issued by the seller, are eligible for warranty.

Within the warranty period, the service center will eliminate all detected production defects free of charge. The manufacturer disclaims warranty and legal responsibilities if the user fails to observe the instruction manual, performs unqualified disassembly, repair, or maintenance of the machine, and also bears no responsibility for injuries or damages caused.

The warranty period for the equipment is indicated on the accompanying service tag.
