Important Information

Read these instructions before installation and retain for future reference. This equipment should be installed by a competent electrician.

We recommend that luminaires are installed by a qualified electrician, ensuring the installation complies with current IEE wiring regulations BS7671:2018 & local building control.

Mounting and Adjustments

Rotatable Angle & Torque Settings

The floodlight features adjustable mounting points with specific torque recommendations for secure positioning:

• 600W: 5-8 N.m
• 1200W: 10-29 N.m
• 1800W: 6-8 N.m

Laser Device Mount

Provision for mounting a laser device is included. The laser device and its specific bracket must be purchased separately. Different optic lenses may require different angle laser brackets.

Safety Rope Mount

For enhanced safety, a mount for a safety rope is provided. This typically involves a 3mm x 3m safety steel wire rope and an 8mm x 80mm rigging keychain (components not included with the floodlight).

Visor Mount

A visor can be mounted using M4 screws (6 pieces required). The recommended tightening torque is 1.2 N.m.

Effective Projected Area (EPA)

EPA values indicate the wind load surface area for different tilt angles. Values are provided in square meters (m²) and square feet (ft²).

600W Wiring

Input: L, N, GND

Connections:

• Input Cable (G07RN-F/3X1.5mm², L=1.0M) connects to Junction box.
• Junction box connects to LED board (LED+, LED-) and Lightning Protector.
• LED+ is typically Brown wire, LED- is typically Blue wire.
• ACL Driver is used.

1200W Wiring

Input: L, N, GND

Connections:

• Input Cable (H07RN-F/3x1.5mm², L=0.65M) and (G07RN-F/3X1.5mm², L=1.0M) connect to Junction box.
• Junction box connects to two LED boards (A and B), each with LED+ and LED-.
• LED+ is typically Brown wire, LED- is typically Blue wire.
• ACL Driver is used.

1800W Wiring & Remote Driver Unit

The 1800W model uses a remote driver unit.

Remote Driver Unit Dimensions:

• Length: 490mm (19.2") / 466mm (18.3")

Cable Glands:

• Output Section: M32 Cable gland (Clamping range: 10-13mm or 8-10mm x3). Tightening force: 8NM.
• Input Section: M25 Cable gland (Clamping range: 13-18mm). Tightening force: 7.5NM.
• Control Section: M16 Cable gland (2x) (Clamping range: 6-10mm). Tightening force: 2.5NM.

Connections: Supports AC, DMX, and LED connections for paralleling.

Clearance Distance Recommendations

When gear trays or remote drivers are installed in confined spaces, ensure minimum installation clearance. Make sure that the measured temperature (5 cm far away from each other) is not higher than the Ta max temperature of the lamp. Please refer to the distance instruction on the right.

Recommended Clearances: 200mm, 100mm, 70mm.

Circuit Breaker (MCB) Recommendations

The following table provides guidance on Miniature Circuit Breaker (MCB) types and quantities for connecting the floodlights. This is for reference only; final selection must be based on approved electrical system design.
