Please read this disclaimer carefully before using the CHASING Hydro4. Your use of this product signifies your acceptance of all terms and conditions herein.
CHASING shall not be liable for any personal injury or property damage (including direct or indirect damage) resulting from the following situations when using this product:
- Damage caused by use by a controller who is not in a sound physical or mental state.
- Personal injury and property damage caused by the controller's intentional actions.
- Compensation for damages caused by accidents.
- Failure to follow the correct instructions in this manual for product assembly or operation.
- Other damages caused by improper use of the cleaner, such as unauthorized modification or replacement of parts not manufactured by CHASING.
- Damage caused by using non-CHASING manufactured products or counterfeit CHASING products.
- Compensation for damages caused by operational errors or misjudgments by the controller.
- Malfunctions caused by natural wear and tear, corrosion, power cable degradation, and other issues with the cleaner.
- Other damages not within the scope of CHASING's responsibility.
Precautions
Warning: Please read the user manual thoroughly and use the product according to the instructions. The company is not responsible for any losses or injuries caused by improper use.
- Warning: Do not allow children to use this product without adult supervision.
- Warning: This product's components can only be disassembled and repaired by authorized and trained professional technicians from the dealer. Otherwise, the warranty will be void, and it may cause personal injury.
- Warning: If the cleaner is used at temperatures higher than the specified operating temperature or exposed to direct sunlight for extended periods, the overheat protection system will activate, causing the unit to shut down. In severe cases, it may damage the product.
- Warning: Do not open, crush, heat, or incinerate the battery to avoid risks of fire and burns.
- Warning: Do not use the cleaner if its internal structure is damaged.
- The cleaner can only be used in swimming pools and not in other environments. Do not allow anyone to enter the pool while the cleaner is operating.
- Do not touch rotating parts directly with your hands while the cleaner is operating.
- Do not use this product in swimming pools where flocculants or other water clarifiers have been added, as the cleaner's filter may become clogged or damaged.

Connection and Operation
Connection and App Pairing
- Connect the cable tie connector on the robot to the cable tie connector on the battery buoy and twist it clockwise until tight.
- Place the robot and the battery buoy into the swimming pool simultaneously. Turn on the power after the robot and battery buoy have submerged in the pool.
- Press and hold the Power button ② on the battery buoy to turn on the robot. The status indicator will light up. Then, press the Power button or use the app to control the robot's cleaning operation.

After Cleaning
- The robot will automatically stop in the pool if the battery is low, or it will stop at the water level of the pool using the "Pick-up" function in the app.
When the robot's battery is low:

- Grasp the robot's handle and lift it out of the water. Hang it above the water for 10-20 seconds to drain any remaining water from the unit.

*Do not pull the cable tie directly from the water surface to avoid breakage and damage.
Battery Charging Precautions
- Please charge the robot only with the official CHASING power adapter.
- Ensure the charging port on the battery buoy is dry before charging.
- During charging, the green light on the Power button will flash, indicating charging is in progress. A solid light indicates charging is complete. Remove the adapter immediately after charging is finished.
- Due to prolonged storage, the battery's self-discharge rate can increase, and its performance may degrade. It is recommended to charge and discharge the battery every three months to mitigate the negative effects of long-term storage and restore its performance.
- The lithium battery in this product is non-replaceable. Please recycle it at designated battery recycling stations. Do not dispose of it in regular household waste.

App Features
Download the CHASING GO3 App
The CHASING GO3 app supports iOS 11.0 and above, and Android 7.0 and above. You can download the app by scanning the QR code or by visiting the iOS App Store, Google Play, or the CHASING website.

Bluetooth Connection
- On the "Device Selection" page, select "CHASING HYDRO4".
- Select "Go to Connect".

- Once a new device is found, click on it to connect. After a successful connection, you will enter the "Home" page.

Remote Control
- To use the "Remote Control" function, you must log in to your CHASING account first.

- In the "Cloud Service" page, follow the instructions to connect the robot to the network, and then use the remote control function.

After connecting to the network and powering on, if the unit is not used for a long time, the buoy will automatically enter standby mode with low power consumption. The system can be woken up via the app or by pressing the power button.
- You can disconnect the device and add a new device in "Manage bound device".

Scheduling
When the cleaner is in standby mode and placed in the swimming pool, you can create a cleaning schedule to perform cleaning operations autonomously.

- Create a timed cleaning schedule.
- Enter the "Create Delay" screen to set a delayed cleaning time.
- Schedule creation successful.
Maintenance
Cleaning the Filter Basket

*To ensure the cleaning performance of the machine, we recommend replacing the filter basket at least every three months during use.
Storage:
- Clean the filter basket thoroughly and place it inside the cleaner.
- Ensure there is no water left in the cleaner.
- Turn off the battery buoy after charging is complete.
- Store indoors in a cool, dry place at a temperature of 5-45°C.
Troubleshooting
