1. Scope
This inline water trap and filter is designed to catch water and other impurities in compressed air systems and can be installed directly onto the tool inlet or elsewhere in the air line. Part of our core range, this product is suitable for regular use by enthusiasts and tradespersons alike.
WARNING! This product is not a toy and must be respected.

3.1 General Health and Safety Precautions
·Observe all standard safety precautions and good practices when working with air tools.
·Before every use, inspect the tools for missing, broken, loose or corroded parts.
Important: DO NOT use this product if it is damaged in any way. Contact Draper Tools to discuss repair and replacement options.
·Ensure that all accessories and attachments are securely tightened before use.
·Use the product only in the manner instructed in this manual.
·DO NOT modify this product in any way.
·ONLY use spare parts supplied by Draper Tools.

3.2 Additional Safety Instructions for Air Tools
·Compressed air can cause severe injury.
-ALWAYS turn off and disconnect the air supply before leaving the product unattended.
-Ensure that compressed air is not blocked by or in contact with any part of your body.
·ONLY use clean, dry and regulated compressed air.
WARNING! NEVER use oxygen, combustible gases or other bottled gasses as a supply for this product. Use of these substances may cause the product to explode.
·Ensure that the product is compatible with the air supply before use.
·Ensure all connections are securely tightened.
·DO NOT exceed the maximum stated air pressure.

5. Operation
Important: Before using this product, read and understand all the safety instructions listed in this manual.
1. Wrap a length of PTFE tape around the air line inlet of the air tool or other air line component to which the product will be connected.
Important: For a more secure seal, the PTFE tape should be wrapped in the opposite direction to the thread.

2. Screw the water trap outlet (3) onto the air tool or other connecting inlet.
3. Wrap a length of PTFE tape around the inlet of the water trap inlet (2) and attach the desired coupling.
4. Connect the inlet to the air line. After use, hold the product upright and press the valve (4) to release any water from the reservoir.
6. Maintenance and Disposal
Important: Always disconnect the product from the air line before attempting to maintain the product. ·Drain the reservoir weekly and before
storing. ·Replace the water trap if it no longer
creates an airtight seal or becomes visibly dirty on the inside. ·Store the product in a clean and dry environment, out of reach of children. ·DO NOT allow dirt, dust and other debris to enter the product. At the end of its working life, or when it can no longer be repaired, dispose of the product according to local regulations.
