The Promotion will run from 00:00 on July 1, 2025, to 23:59 on July 31, 2025, inclusive (hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion Period").

The Promotion is valid throughout Ukraine on the official website https://www.electrolux.ua/, with the EXCEPTION of the following regions: Autonomous Republic of Crimea, Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, Donetsk Oblast, Zaporizhzhia Oblast, Luhansk Oblast, Mykolaiv Oblast, Odesa Oblast, Poltava Oblast, Sumy Oblast, Kharkiv Oblast, Kherson Oblast, and Chernihiv Oblast.

Participants of the Promotion

Participants in the Promotion can be individuals – citizens of Ukraine, who have reached the age of 18 at the time of the Promotion (hereinafter referred to as "Participant" or "Participants").

Participation in the Promotion by legally incapacitated or partially incapacitated persons is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.

Additional Promotion Terms

In accordance with the requirements of Article 634 of the Civil Code of Ukraine regarding adhesion contracts, namely the possibility of concluding such a contract only by one party joining the proposed contract, by participating in the Promotion, all Participants agree to the terms of these Rules and undertake to comply with them.

These Rules, as well as any changes to them, come into force from the moment they are posted on the Official Website.

These Rules may be amended and/or supplemented by the Organizer throughout the entire period of the Promotion. Changes and/or additions to these Rules are possible in case of their approval and publication in the same manner as defined for the posting of the Promotion Rules. Such changes and additions come into force from the moment of their publication in the manner prescribed by these Rules, unless otherwise specifically provided by the changes/additions to these Rules and terms.

Personal data of the Promotion Participants will be used exclusively by the Organizer and/or the Executor or persons authorized by them, acting under non-disclosure agreements for confidential data in connection with the conduct of this Promotion and exclusively within the scope of awarding the Promotion Gifts, and will not be provided to any third parties for purposes not related to this Promotion.

Regarding all personal data provided by the Participants of the Promotion, the Executor or authorized persons will adhere to the regime of their confidentiality and take measures to ensure the security of personal data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection".

By participating in the Promotion, each Participant confirms that they are familiar with the rights related to their personal data, and hereby confirms that the Organizer of the Promotion and/or the Executor of the Promotion and other third parties are released from the obligation to send the Participant of the Promotion a written notification about their rights, the purpose of data collection, and the persons to whom their personal data is transferred, etc.

In case of a situation that allows for ambiguous interpretation of these Rules, any disputes and/or issues not regulated by these Rules, the final decision is made by the Organizer.
