Installation Steps
Step 1: Prepare Wiring (Power OFF)
Ensure the power supply is switched OFF at the main circuit breaker. The wiring terminal block is shown in the 'OFF' state, indicating readiness for safe connection.
Step 2: Mount Luminaire Body
Attach the main body of the luminaire to the ceiling. This may involve first securing a mounting bracket to the ceiling surface.
Step 3: Secure Internal Components
Position and secure the LED driver and internal wiring neatly within the luminaire base to prevent damage and ensure proper function.
Step 4: Secure Luminaire to Ceiling
Mount the luminaire base firmly to the ceiling using appropriate screws and wall plugs. Verify that the mounting is stable and secure.
Step 5: Connect Mains Wiring
Connect the mains supply wires to the terminal block: Live (L), Neutral (N), and Protective Earth (PE). Ensure all connections are tight and secure.
Step 6: Attach Diffuser
Carefully fit and attach the decorative diffuser or cover to the luminaire body, completing the external assembly.
Step 7: Finalize Wiring (Power ON)
The wiring terminal block is shown in the 'ON' state, signifying that the electrical connections are complete and the luminaire is ready for operation after power is restored.
