Read and understand this manual and all safety signs before using this appliance.
Indoor use only.
This device can be used by children aged from 8 years and above, and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the device in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the device. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
3. General Guidelines
Refer to the Velleman® Service and Quality Warranty on the last pages of this manual.
All modifications of the device are forbidden for safety reasons. Damage caused by user modifications to the device is not covered by the warranty.
Only use the device for its intended purpose. Using the device in an unauthorised way will void the warranty.
Damage caused by disregard of certain guidelines in this manual is not covered by the warranty and the dealer will not accept responsibility for any ensuing defects or problems.

5. Installing the Safe
To reduce the risk of theft, the safe can be secured to the floor, wall or in a cupboard. Use the predrilled holes at the bottom and/or back to define the position of the drill holes. Fix the safe using the supplied expansion bolts. Install the safe in a horizontal position.

6. Operation

6.1 First Use/Emergency Mode
The override key will open the safe without need of a code. It is therefore important never to store the override key inside or near the safe. The override key is also the only key with which you can open the safe in case of a lost code or empty batteries.
1. Insert the override key in the emergency lock and turn to the left. 2. At the same time, turn the master lock to the right.

6.2 Installing the Batteries
1. Open the battery compartment and install the batteries according to the indicated polarity. It is recommended to use alkaline batteries only.
2. Close the battery compartment. 3. Change the batteries as soon as the red low battery LED lights.

Removing the batteries will delete the code. Re-enter your personal code. Refer to Setting/Changing the Personal Code.

6.3 Setting/Changing the Personal Code
1. With the door open, press the reset button. 2. When the yellow LED burns, enter a personal code (3 to 8 digits) and press the confirming
button (A, B). The two beeps mean that your code has been validated. Please re-enter your code and confirm if the yellow LED flashes and the safe beeps three times. 3. Proceed with programming the manager code.
6.4 Setting/Changing the Master Code
1. With the door open, press 0 (zero) twice and press the reset button. 2. When the yellow LED burns, enter a master code (3 to 8 digits) and press the confirming
button (A, B). The two beeps mean that your code has been validated. Please re-enter your code and confirm if the yellow LED flashes and the safe beeps three times.
6.5 Closing the Door
Close the door and turn the master lock to the left.
6.6 Opening the Door
1. Enter your personal code and press the confirming button (A, B). 2. As soon as the green LED burns, turn the master lock to the right and pull the door open.
Please retry if the yellow LED flashes and the safe beeps three times.

6.7 Auto Lock
The safe will disable the keypad automatically for 20 seconds after three erroneous code entries. After three more erroneous code entries, the keypad will be locked for 4 minutes and 30 seconds. Disabling the alarm can only be done by opening the safe with the override key and removing the batteries.

7. Cleaning and Maintenance
Occasionally wipe with a damp cloth to keep it looking new. Do not use harsh chemicals, cleaning solvents or strong detergents.

5. De kluis installeren
Om diefstal te voorkomen kan de kluis aan de grond, de muur of in een kast bevestigd worden. Gebruik de voorgeboorde gaten aan de onderkant en/of achterkant om de positie van de boorgaten te bepalen. Bevestig de kluis met de meegeleverde bouten. Installeer de kluis in een horizontale positie.

6. Gebruik
6.1 Eerste gebruik/noodsleutel
Met de noodsleutel kunt u de kluis openen zonder code. Bewaar daarom de noodsleutel nooit in of in de buurt van de kluis. De noodsleutel is de enige sleutel waarmee u de kluis kunt openen bij codeverlies of lege batterijen.
1. Steek de noodsleutel in het noodslot en draai de sleutel naar links. 2. Draai tegelijk het masterslot naar rechts.
6.2 Batterijen plaatsen
1. Open het batterijvak en plaats de batterijen. Respecteer de polariteit. Gebruik uitsluitend alkalinebatterijen.
2. Sluit het batterijvak. 3. Vervang de batterijen zodra de rode led oplicht.

Bij het verwijderen van de batterijen, wordt de code gewist. Voer opnieuw uw persoonlijke code in. Raadpleeg De persoonlijke code instellen/wijzigen.
6.3 De persoonlijke code instellen/veranderen
1. Open de deur en druk op de resetknop. 2. Geef, wanneer de gele led brandt, uw persoonlijke code (3 tot 8 cijfers) in en druk op de
bevestigingsknop (A, B). De sleutelkast piept twee keer om aan te geven dat de code aanvaard is. Geef de code opnieuw in. Bevestig wanneer de gele led brandt en de sleutelkast drie keer piept. 3. Ga verder met het instellen van de mastercode.
6.4 De mastercode instellen/wijzigen
1. Open de deur, druk twee keer op nul (0) en druk op de resetknop. 2. Geef, wanneer de gele led brandt, de mastercode (3 tot 8 cijfers) in en druk op de
bevestigingsknop (A, B). De sleutelkast piept twee keer om aan te geven dat de code aanvaard is. Geef de code opnieuw in. Bevestig wanneer de gele led brandt en de sleutelkast drie keer piept.
6.5 De deur sluiten
Sluit de deur en draai het masterslot naar links.
6.6 De deur openen
1. Geef uw persoonlijke code in en druk op de bevestigingsknop (A, B). 2. Draai, van zodra de groene led brandt, het masterslot naar rechts en open de deur.
Geef de code opnieuw in indien de gele led knippert en de sleutelkast drie keer piept.

6.7 Automatische vergrendeling
Het toetsenpaneel wordt automatisch vergrendeld gedurende 20 seconden na drie verkeerde code-ingaven. Na nog drie verkeerde code-ingaven, wordt het toetsenpaneel automatisch vergrendeld gedurende 4 minuten en 30 seconden. Schakel het alarm uit door de sleutelkast met de noodsleutel te openen en de batterijen te verwijderen.

7. Reiniging en onderhoud
Reinig het toestel af en toe met een vochtige doek. Gebruik geen bijtende chemische producten, reinigingsmiddelen of sterke detergenten.

5. Installation de l'armoire
Pour éviter des vols, il est possible de fixer l'armoire au sol, au mur ou dans une armoire. Utiliser les trous prépercés sur la partie inférieure et/ou arrière pour déterminer la position des trous de perçage. Fixer l'armoire avec les boulons à expansion fournis. Installer l'armoire dans une position horizontale.

6. Emploi
6.1 Première utilisation/clé de secours
La clé de secours vous permet d'ouvrir l'armoire sans le code. Ne jamais ranger la clé de secours à l'intérieur ou à proximité de l'armoire. La clé de secours est la seule clé qui vous permet d'ouvrir la porte de l'armoire en cas de perte ou d'oubli du code ou si les piles sont déchargées.
1. Insérer la clé de secours dans la serrure de secours et tourner la clé vers la gauche. 2. Simultanément, tourner le bouton dans le sens horaire.
6.2 Installation des piles
1. Ouvrir le compartiment à piles et insérer les piles. Respecter la polarité. Utiliser uniquement des piles alcalines.
2. Fermer le compartiment à piles. 3. Remplacer les piles dès que la LED rouge s'allume.

En retirant les piles, le code est supprimé. Entrer à nouveau votre code personnel. Se référer au chapitre Programmer/changer le code personnel.
6.3 Programmer/changer le code personnel
1. Une fois la porte ouverte, enfoncer le bouton de réinitialisation. 2. Quand la LED jaune s'allume, taper le code personnel (de 3 à 8 chiffres) et enfoncer le
bouton de confirmation (A, B). Les deux bips sonores confirment la validation du code. Retaper votre code et confirmer lorsque la LED jaune clignote et l'armoire émet trois bips sonores. 3. Procéder avec la programmation du code maître.
6.4 Programmer/changer le code maître
1. Une fois la porte ouverte, enfoncer le zéro (0) et le bouton de réinitialisation. 2. Dès que la LED jaune s'allume, taper le code personnel (de 3 à 8 chiffres) et enfoncer le
bouton de confirmation (A, B). Les deux bips sonores confirment la validation du code. Retaper votre code et confirmer lorsque la LED jaune clignote et l'armoire émet trois bips sonores.
6.5 Fermeture de la porte
Fermer la porte et tourner le verrou vers la gauche.
6.6 Ouverture de la porte
1. Taper le code personnel et enfoncer le bouton de confirmation (A, B). 2. Dès que la LED verte s'allume, tourner le verrou vers la droite et ouvrir la porte.
Réessayer lorsque la LED jaune clignote et l'armoire émet trois bips sonores.

6.7 Verrouillage automatique
Le clavier sera automatiquement verrouillé pendant 20 secondes après trois entrées de code erronées. Le clavier sera automatiquement verrouillé pendant 4 minutes et 30 secondes après trois entrées de code erronées supplémentaires. Désactiver l'alarme en ouvrant l'armoire et en retirant les piles du compartiment.

7. Nettoyage et entretien
Nettoyer occasionnellement l'appareil avec un chiffon humide. Ne pas utiliser d'agents chimiques agressifs, de solvants ni de détergents puissants.

5. Instalar la caja fuerte
Para evitar un robo, puede fijar la caja fuerte al suelo, a la pared o en un armario. Utilice los agujeros pretaladrados de la parte inferior y/o la parte trasera para determinar la posición de taladro. Fije la caja fuerte con los tornillos de fijación incluidos. Instale la caja fuerte en una posición horizontal.

6. Funcionamiento
6.1 Primer uso/Modo de emergencia
Es posible abrir la caja fuerte con la llave de emergencia sin que necesite introducir el código. Por ello, nunca guarde la llave de emergencia dentro o cerca de la caja fuerta. Además es la única manera de abrir la caja fuerte en caso de pérdida del código o en caso de pilas agotadas.

1. Con la puerta abierta, pulse el botón de reinicio. 2. En cuanto el LED amarillo se ilumine, introduzca un código personal (de 3 a 8 dígitos) y
pulse el botón de confirmación (A, B). El dispositivo emitirá dos señales acústicas. Vuelva a introducir el código y confirme en cuanto el LED amarillo parpadee y el dispositivo emita 3 señales acústicas. 3. Ahora, introduzca el código maestro.
6.4 Programar/cambiar el código maestro
1. Con la puerta abierta, pulse 0 (cero) dos veces y pulse el botón de reinicio. 2. En cuanto el LED amarillo se ilumine, introduzca un código maestro (de 3 a 8 dígitos) y
pulse el botón de confirmación (A, B). El dispositivo emitirá dos señales acústicas. Vuelva a introducir el código y confirme en cuanto el LED amarillo parpadee y el dispositivo emita 3 señales acústicas.
6.5 Cerrar la puerta
Cierre la puerta y gire el código maestro hacia la izquierda.
6.6 Abrir la puerta
1. Introduzca su código personal y pulse el botón de confirmación (A, B). 2. En cuanto el LED verde se ilumine, gire la cerradura maestro hacia la derecha y tire de la
puerta para abrirla. Si el LED amarillo parpadea y el dispositivo emite 3 señales acústicas, vuelva a intentarlo.

6.7 Bloqueo automático
El teclado se bloqueará automáticamente durante 20 segundos después de haber introducido 3 veces de seguido un código incorrecto. El teclado se bloqueará automáticamente durante 4 minutos y 30 segundos después de haber introducido 6 veces de seguido un código incorrecto. Sólo es posible desactivar la alarma utilizando la llave de emergencia y quitando las pilas.

5. Den Safe installieren
Um Diebstahl zu vermeiden, lässt sich der Tresor sowohl am Boden, an einer Wand oder auch in einem Schrank montieren. Benutzen Sie die vorgebohrten Löcher am Boden und oder auf der Rückseite, um die Position der Bohrlöcher zu bestimmen. Befestigen Sie den Safe mit den beiliegenden Verriegelungsbolzen. Installieren Sie den Safe horizontal.

6. Anwendung
6.1 Erstmaliges Öffnen/Notbetrieb
Die Tür lässt sich ohne Code mit dem Notschlüssel öffnen. Bewahren Sie den Notschlüssel deshalb niemals in der Nähe oder im Safe auf. Außerdem können Sie den Safe bei Verlust oder leeren Batterien nur mit diesem Notschlüssel öffnen.
1. Stecken Sie den Notschlüssel in den Notschloss und drehen Sie nach links. 2. Drehen Sie gleichzeitig den Master-Schloss nach rechts.
6.2 Batterien einlegen
1. Öffnen Sie das Batteriefach und legen Sie die Batterien polungsrichtig ein. Verwenden Sie nur Alkali-Batterien.
2. Schließen Sie das Batteriefach. 3. Wechseln Sie die Batterien, wenn die rote LED (Batteriestatus) leuchtet.

Der Code wird gelöscht wenn Sie die Batterien entfernen. Geben Sie Ihren persönlichen Code wieder ein. Siehe Den persönlichen Code programmieren/ändern.
6.3 Den persönlichen Code programmieren/ändern
1. Drücken Sie auf die Reset-Taste. Beachten Sie, dass die Tür offen ist. 2. Leuchtet die gelbe LED, dann geben Sie einen persönlichen Code (3 bis 8 Ziffern) ein und
drücken Sie die Bestätigungstaste (A, B). Es ertönen zwei akustische Signale. Geben Sie den Code wieder ein und bestätigen Sie, wenn die gelbe LED leuchtet und 3 Mal ein akustisches Signal ertönt. 3. Programmieren Sie nun den Master Code.
6.4 Den Master-Code programmieren/ändern
1. Drücken Sie auf 0 (Null). Beachten Sie, dass die Tür offen ist. 2. Leuchtet die gelbe LED, dann geben Sie einen Master-Code (3 bis 8 Ziffern) ein und
drücken Sie die Bestätigungstaste (A, B). Es ertönen zwei akustische Signale. Geben Sie den Code wieder ein und bestätigen Sie, wenn die gelbe LED leuchtet und 3 Mal ein akustisches Signal ertönt.
6.5 Die Tür schließen
Schließen Sie die Tür und drehen Sie den Master-Schloss nach links.
6.6 Die Tür öffnen
1. Geben Sie den persönlichen Code ein und drücken Sie die Bestätigungstaste (A, B). 2. Wenn die grüne LED leuchtet, drehen Sie den Master-Schloss nach rechts und öffnen Sie
die Tür. Versuchen Sie abermals, wenn die gelbe LED blinkt und 3 akustische Signale ertönen.

6.7 Automatische Verriegelung
Die Tastatur wird während 20 Sekunden verriegelt nachdem Sie 3 Mal nacheinander einen falschen Code eingegeben haben. Die Tastatur wird während 4 Minuten und 30 Sekunden verriegelt nachdem Sie 3 Mal nacheinander einen falschen Code eingegeben haben. Der Alarm lässt sich nur ausschalten, indem Sie den Safe mit dem Notschlüssel öffnen und die Batterien entfernen.

Aby zmniejszy ryzyko kradziey, sejf mona przymocowa do podlogi, ciany lub zamontowa w szafie. Okreli poloenie otworów do wywiercenia za pomoc wstpnie nawierconych otworów w dolnej i/lub tylnej czci. Zamocowa sejf przy uyciu dolczonych rub rozporowych. Zamontowa sejf w poziomie.

6.1 Pierwsze uycie/Tryb awaryjny
Klucz awaryjny otwiera sejf bez koniecznoci wprowadzania kodu. Dlatego wane jest, aby przechowywa klucz awaryjny wewntrz lub w pobliu sejfu. Jest to jedyny klucz, który umoliwia otworzenie sejfu w przypadku utraty kodu lub rozladowania baterii.

6.2 Instalacja baterii

Sejf automatycznie zablokuje klawiatur na 20 sekund po trzykrotnym bldnym wpisaniu kodu. Po kolejnym trzykrotnym bldnym wprowadzeniu kodu klawiatura zostanie zablokowana na 4 minuty i 30 sekund. Alarm mona wylczy jedynie poprzez otwarcie sejfu kluczem awaryjnym i wyjcie baterii.

Use os furos feitos previamente na parte de baixo e/ou parte de trás para definir a posição dos furos a fazer. Fixe o cofre usando os parafusos de expansão fornecidos. Instalar o cofre numa posição horizontal.

6. Utilização
6.1 Primeira Utilização/Modo Emergência
A tecla de sobreposição abrirá o cofre sem necessidade de código. É por isso muito importante nunca guardar a chave dentro ou perto do cofre. A tecla de sobreposição é também a única chave com a qual poderá abrir o cofre em caso de perda do código ou falha das pilhas.
1. Introduza a chave na fechadura de emergência e rode para a esquerda. 2. Ao mesmo tempo, rode a fecho principal para a direita.
6.2 Colocar as pilhas
1. Abra o compartimento das pilhas e instale novas pilhas respeitando sempre a indicação da polaridade. Recomenda-se a utilização de pilhas alcalinas apenas.
2. Fechar o compartimento das pilhas. 3. Substitua as pilhas assim que o LED vermelho de bateria fraca acender.

6.3 Definir/Alterar o Código Pessoal
1. Com a porta aberta, pressione o botão de reinicialização. 2. Assim que o LED amarelo acender, introduza o código pessoal (3 a 8 dígitos) e pressione o
botão de confirmação (A, B). Os dois sinais sonoros indicam que o seu código foi validado. Volte a introduzir o código e confirme caso o LED amarelo esteja intermitente e o cofre emitir três sinais sonoros. 3. Continue passando à programação do código de gestão.
6.4 Definir/Alterar o Código Principal
1. Com a porta aberta, pressione 0 (zero) duas vezes e pressione o botão de reinicialização. 2. Assim que o LED amarelo acender, introduza o código principal (3 a 8 dígitos) e pressione
o botão de confirmação (A, B). Os dois sinais sonoros indicam que o seu código foi validado. Volte a introduzir o código e confirme caso o LED amarelo esteja intermitente e o cofre emitir três sinais sonoros.
6.5 Fechar a Porta
Feche a porta e rode o fecho de segurança para a esquerda.
6.6 Abrir a Porta
1. Introduza o seu código pessoal e pressione o botão de confirmação (A, B). 2. Assim que o LED verde acender, rode o fecho principal para a direita e puxe a porta para
abrir. Por volte a tentar caso o LED amarelo fique intermitente e o cofre emitir três sinais sonoros.

6.7 Fecho Automático
O cofre desativará o teclado automaticamente durante 20 segundos, após introduzir três códigos errados. Após introduzir mais três códigos errados, o teclado será bloqueado durante 4 minutos e 30 segundos. A desativação do alarme só pode ser feita abrindo o cofre com a chave de emergência e retirando as pilhas.

Since its foundation in 1972, Velleman® acquired extensive experience in the electronics world and currently distributes its products in over 85 countries. All our products fulfil strict quality requirements and legal stipulations in the EU. In order to ensure the quality, our products regularly go through an extra quality check, both by an internal quality department and by specialized external organisations. If, all precautionary measures notwithstanding, problems should occur, please make appeal to our warranty (see guarantee conditions).
General Warranty Conditions Concerning Consumer Products (for EU):
· All consumer products are subject to a 24-month warranty on production flaws and defective material as from the original date of purchase.
· Velleman® can decide to replace an article with an equivalent article, or to refund the retail value totally or partially when the complaint is valid and a free repair or replacement of the article is impossible, or if the expenses are out of proportion. You will be delivered a replacing article or a refund at the value of 100% of the purchase price in case of a flaw occurred in the first year after the date of purchase and delivery, or a replacing article at 50% of the purchase price or a refund at the value of 50% of the retail value in case of a flaw occurred in the second year after the date of purchase and delivery.
· Not covered by warranty: - all direct or indirect damage caused after delivery to the article (e.g. by oxidation, shocks, falls, dust, dirt, humidity...), and by the article, as well as its contents (e.g. data loss), compensation for loss of profits; - consumable goods, parts or accessories that are subject to an aging process during normal use, such as batteries (rechargeable, nonrechargeable, built-in or replaceable), lamps, rubber parts, drive belts... (unlimited list); - flaws resulting from fire, water damage, lightning, accident, natural
disaster, etc....; - flaws caused deliberately, negligently or resulting from improper handling, negligent maintenance, abusive use or use contrary to the
manufacturer's instructions; - damage caused by a commercial, professional or collective use of the article (the warranty validity will be reduced to six (6) months when the article is used professionally); - damage resulting from an inappropriate packing and shipping of the article; - all damage caused by modification, repair or alteration performed by a third party without written permission by Velleman®.
· Articles to be repaired must be delivered to your Velleman® dealer, solidly packed (preferably in the original packaging), and be completed with the original receipt of purchase and a clear flaw description. · Hint: In order to save on cost and time, please reread the manual and check if the flaw is caused by obvious causes prior to presenting the article for repair. Note that returning a non-defective article can also involve handling costs. · Repairs occurring after warranty expiration are subject to shipping costs.
· The above conditions are without prejudice to all commercial warranties.

Om de kwaliteit te waarborgen, ondergaan onze producten op regelmatige tijdstippen een extra kwaliteitscontrole, zowel door onze eigen kwaliteitsafdeling als door externe gespecialiseerde organisaties. Mocht er ondanks deze voorzorgen toch een probleem optreden, dan kunt u steeds een beroep doen op onze waarborg (zie waarborgvoorwaarden).
Algemene waarborgvoorwaarden consumentengoederen (voor Europese Unie):
· Op alle consumentengoederen geldt een garantieperiode van 24 maanden op productie- en materiaalfouten en dit vanaf de oorspronkelijke aankoopdatum.
· Indien de klacht gegrond is en een gratis reparatie of vervanging van een artikel onmogelijk is of indien de kosten hiervoor buiten verhouding zijn, kan Velleman® beslissen het desbetreffende artikel te vervangen door een gelijkwaardig artikel of de aankoopsom van het artikel gedeeltelijk of volledig terug te betalen. In dat geval krijgt u een vervangend product of terugbetaling ter waarde van 100% van de aankoopsom bij ontdekking van een gebrek tot één jaar na aankoop en levering, of een vervangend product tegen 50% van de kostprijs of terugbetaling van 50 % bij ontdekking na één jaar tot 2 jaar.
· Valt niet onder waarborg: - alle rechtstreekse of onrechtstreekse schade na de levering veroorzaakt aan het toestel (bv. door oxidatie, schokken, val, stof, vuil, vocht...), en door het toestel, alsook zijn inhoud (bv. verlies van data), vergoeding voor eventuele winstderving. - verbruiksgoederen, onderdelen of hulpstukken die onderhevig zijn aan veroudering door normaal gebruik zoals bv. batterijen (zowel oplaadbare als niet-oplaadbare, ingebouwd of vervangbaar), lampen, rubberen onderdelen, aandrijfriemen... (onbeperkte lijst). - defecten ten gevolge van brand, waterschade, bliksem, ongevallen, natuurrampen, enz. - defecten veroorzaakt door opzet, nalatigheid of door een onoordeelkundige behandeling, slecht onderhoud of abnormaal

gebruik of gebruik van het toestel strijdig met de voorschriften van de fabrikant. - schade ten gevolge van een commercieel, professioneel of collectief gebruik van het apparaat (bij professioneel gebruik wordt de garantieperiode herleid tot 6 maand). - schade veroorzaakt door onvoldoende bescherming bij transport van het apparaat. - alle schade door wijzigingen, reparaties of modificaties uitgevoerd door derden zonder toestemming van Velleman®. · Toestellen dienen ter reparatie aangeboden te worden bij uw Velleman®-verdeler. Het toestel dient vergezeld te zijn van het oorspronkelijke aankoopbewijs. Zorg voor een degelijke verpakking (bij voorkeur de originele verpakking) en voeg een duidelijke foutomschrijving bij. · Tip: alvorens het toestel voor reparatie aan te bieden, kijk nog eens na of er geen voor de hand liggende reden is waarom het toestel niet naar behoren werkt (zie handleiding). Op deze wijze kunt u kosten en tijd besparen. Denk eraan dat er ook voor niet-defecte toestellen een kost voor controle aangerekend kan worden. · Bij reparaties buiten de waarborgperiode zullen transportkosten aangerekend worden. · Elke commerciële garantie laat deze rechten onverminderd. Bovenstaande opsomming kan eventueel aangepast worden naargelang de aard van het product (zie handleiding van het betreffende product).

L'appareil doit nécessairement être accompagné du bon d'achat d'origine et être dûment conditionné (de préférence dans l'emballage d'origine avec mention du défaut) ; · tuyau : il est conseillé de consulter la notice et de contrôler câbles, piles, etc. avant de retourner l'appareil. Un appareil retourné jugé défectueux qui s'avère en bon état de marche pourra faire l'objet d'une note de frais à charge du consommateur ; · une réparation effectuée en-dehors de la période de garantie fera l'objet de frais de transport ; · toute garantie commerciale ne porte pas atteinte aux conditions susmentionnées. Condiciones generales referentes a la garantía sobre productos de venta al público (para la Unión Europea):
· Todos los productos de venta al público tienen un período de garantía de 24 meses contra errores de producción o errores en materiales desde la adquisición original; · Si la queja está fundada y si la reparación o sustitución de un artículo no es posible, o si los gastos son desproporcionados, Velleman® autoriza reemplazar el artículo por un artículo equivalente o reembolsar la totalidad o una parte del precio de compra. Por consiguiente, están excluidos entre otras cosas:
- todos los daños causados directa o indirectamente al aparato (p.ej. por oxidación, choques, caída,...) y a su contenido (p.ej. pérdida de datos) después de la entrega y causados por el aparato, y cualquier indemnización por posible pérdida de ganancias; - partes o accesorios, que estén expuestos al desgaste causado por un uso normal, como por ejemplo baterías (tanto recargables como no recargables, incorporadas o reemplazables), bombillas, partes de goma, etc. (lista ilimitada); - defectos causados por un incendio, daños causados por el agua, rayos, accidentes, catástrofes naturales, etc.; - defectos causados a conciencia, descuido o por malos tratos, un mantenimiento inapropiado o un uso anormal del aparato contrario a las instrucciones del fabricante; - daños causados por un uso comercial, profesional o colectivo del aparato (el período de garantía se reducirá a 6 meses con uso profesional); - daños causados por un uso incorrecto o un uso ajeno al que está previsto el producto inicialmente como está descrito en el manual del usuario; - daños causados por una protección insuficiente al transportar el aparato. - daños causados por reparaciones o modificaciones efectuadas por una tercera persona sin la autorización explícita de Velleman®; - se calcula gastos de transporte de y a Velleman® si el aparato ya no está cubierto por la garantía.
· Cualquier artículo que tenga que ser reparado tendrá que ser devuelto a su distribuidor Velleman®. Devuelva el aparato con la factura de compra original y transpórtelo en un embalaje sólido (preferentemente el embalaje original). Incluya también una buena descripción del fallo;
· Consejo: Lea el manual del usuario y controle los cables, las pilas, etc. antes de devolver el aparato. Si no se encuentra un defecto en el artículo los gastos podrían correr a cargo del cliente; · Los gastos de transporte correrán a carga del cliente para una reparación efectuada fuera del período de garantía.
· Cualquier gesto comercial no disminuye estos derechos. La lista previamente mencionada puede ser adaptada según el tipo de artículo (véase el manual del usuario del artículo en cuestión).

· Alle Produkte haben für Material- oder Herstellungsfehler eine Garantieperiode von 24 Monaten ab Verkaufsdatum.
· Wenn die Klage berechtigt ist und falls eine kostenlose Reparatur oder ein Austausch des Gerätes unmöglich ist, oder wenn die Kosten dafür unverhältnismäßig sind, kann Velleman® sich darüber entscheiden, dieses Produkt durch ein gleiches Produkt zu ersetzen oder die Kaufsumme ganz oder teilweise zurückzuzahlen. In diesem Fall erhalten Sie ein Ersatzprodukt oder eine Rückzahlung im Werte von 100% der Kaufsumme im Falle eines Defektes bis zu 1 Jahr nach Kauf oder Lieferung, oder Sie bekommen ein Ersatzprodukt im Werte von 50% der Kaufsumme oder eine Rückzahlung im Werte von 50 % im Falle eines Defektes im zweiten Jahr.
· Von der Garantie ausgeschlossen sind: - alle direkten oder indirekten Schäden, die nach Lieferung am Gerät und durch das Gerät verursacht werden (z.B. Oxidation, Stöße, Fall, Staub, Schmutz, Feuchtigkeit, ...), sowie auch der Inhalt (z.B. Datenverlust), Entschädigung für eventuellen Gewinnausfall. - Verbrauchsgüter, Teile oder Zubehörteile, die durch normalen Gebrauch dem Verschleiß ausgesetzt sind, wie z.B. Batterien (nicht nur aufladbare, sondern auch nicht aufladbare, eingebaute oder ersetzbare), Lampen, Gummiteile, Treibriemen, usw. (unbeschränkte Liste). - Schäden verursacht durch Brandschaden, Wasserschaden, Blitz, Unfälle, Naturkatastrophen, usw. - Schäden verursacht durch absichtliche, nachlässige oder unsachgemäße Anwendung, schlechte Wartung, zweckentfremdete Anwendung oder Nichtbeachtung von Benutzerhinweisen in der Bedienungsanleitung.

- Schäden infolge einer kommerziellen, professionellen oder kollektiven Anwendung des Gerätes (bei gewerblicher Anwendung wird die Garantieperiode auf 6 Monate zurückgeführt). - Schäden verursacht durch eine unsachgemäße Verpackung und unsachgemäßen Transport des Gerätes. - alle Schäden verursacht durch unautorisierte Änderungen, Reparaturen oder Modifikationen, die von einem Dritten ohne Erlaubnis von Velleman® vorgenommen werden. · Im Fall einer Reparatur, wenden Sie sich an Ihren Velleman®Verteiler. Legen Sie das Produkt ordnungsgemäß verpackt (vorzugsweise die Originalverpackung) und mit dem OriginalKaufbeleg vor. Fügen Sie eine deutliche Fehlerbeschreibung hinzu. · Hinweis: Um Kosten und Zeit zu sparen, lesen Sie die Bedienungsanleitung nochmals und überprüfen Sie, ob es keinen auf de Hand liegenden Grund gibt, ehe Sie das Gerät zur Reparatur zurückschicken. Stellt sich bei der Überprüfung des Gerätes heraus, dass kein Geräteschaden vorliegt, könnte dem Kunden eine Untersuchungspauschale berechnet. · Für Reparaturen nach Ablauf der Garantiefrist werden Transportkosten berechnet. · Jede kommerzielle Garantie lässt diese Rechte unberührt. · estão por consequência excluídos: - todos os danos directos ou indirectos depois da entrega do artigo (p.ex. danos ligados a oxidação, choques, quedas, poeiras, areias, impurezas...) e provocado pelo aparelho, como o seu conteúdo (p.ex. perca de dados) e uma indemnização eventual por perca de receitas; - consumíveis, peças ou acessórios sujeitos a desgaste causado por um uso normal, como p.ex. pilhas (recarregáveis, não recarregáveis, incorporadas ou substituíveis), lâmpadas, peças em borracha correias... (lista ilimitada); - todos os danos que resultem de um incêndio, raios, de um acidente, de una catastrophe natural, etc.; - danos provocados por negligencia, voluntária ou não, uma utilização ou manutenção incorrecta, ou uma utilização do aparelho contrária as prescrições do fabricante; - todos os danos por causa de uma utilização comercial, profissional ou colectiva do aparelho ( o período de garantia será reduzido a 6 meses para uma utilização profissional); - todos os danos no aparelho resultando de uma utilização incorrecta ou diferente daquela inicialmente prevista e descrita no manual de utilização; - todos os danos depois de uma devolução não embalada ou mal protegida ao nível do acondicionamento. - todas as reparações ou modificações efectuadas por terceiros sem a autorização de SA Velleman®; - despesas de transporte de e para Velleman® se o aparelho não estiver coberto pela garantia. · qualquer reparação será fornecida pelo local de compra. O aparelho será obrigatoriamente acompanhado do talão ou factura de origem e bem acondicionado (de preferência dentro da embalagem de origem com indicação do defeito ou avaria); · dica: aconselha-mos a consulta do manual e controlar cabos, pilhas, etc. antes de devolver o aparelho.
