Rebate forms and invoice must be postmarked by October 11th, 2024. Please do not staple documents.
Before You Submit
Please ensure you have the following:
- A clear copy of your original invoice (photo or PDF) showing: complete payment, purchase date, model number(s), retailer name and address, and your name and address.
- A valid Serial Number is required. If you are not taking delivery of your product(s) and do not expect to receive prior to October 11th, 2024, please submit your claim by the postmark date without serial numbers.
After Your Rebate is Submitted
- Rebate processing updates and virtual payment option will be sent to the email address provided during submission.
- Check the status of your rebate at nationwiderebatecenter.com.
- Upon approval, the virtual payment option will be sent to your email, or a physical card will be mailed to your provided address.
Important Notes & Exclusions
This offer is valid only on purchases made from Nationwide members. Purchases from Costco, Best Buy, Lowe's, Sam's Club, and The Home Depot are NOT eligible for this rebate.
