Connect Monitor with Devices

1. Connection Condition

This monitor does not have a built-in battery. Ensure it receives sufficient power (5V/2A or above) before connecting to a device.

2. Connect with external power supply

Connect the monitor to a power supply (5V/2A or above) first, then connect it to your device. Insufficient power may result in "Power-Saving Mode" or "No Signal".

3. Connect without power supply

This mode requires a full-featured Type-C port on your device.

4. LAPTOP (With Type-C)

Connection Diagram: Laptop (via Type-C) connects to the Lepow Display (via Type-C to Type-C cable). The Display is powered by a Type C to USB A cable connected to an external power source.

5. PC/Laptop (With HDMI Port)

Connection Option 1: PC/Laptop (via Mini HDMI to HDMI Cable) connects to the Lepow Display. The Display is powered via Type C to USB A cable connected to an external power source.

Connection Option 2: PC/Laptop (via Mini HDMI to HDMI Cable) connects to the Lepow Display. The Display is powered via USB A to Type C cable connected to an external power source.

Note: The HDMI port does not support power transmission. An external power supply (5V/2A or above) is mandatory when using the Mini HDMI port.

6. PHONE (With Type-C)

Connection Diagram: Mobile Phone (via Type-C) connects to the Lepow Display (via Type C to Type C cable). The Display is powered by a Type C to USB A cable connected to an external power source.

Note: Requires a full-featured Type-C port on the phone. For iPhones, a Lightning to HDMI adapter is needed.

7. Other Devices

Connection Diagram 1 (e.g., Set-top box): Device (via Mini HDMI to HDMI Cable) connects to the Lepow Display. The Display is powered by an external power supply.

Connection Diagram 2 (e.g., Gaming console): Device (via Mini HDMI to HDMI Cable) connects to the Lepow Display. The Display is powered by an external power supply via Type C to USB A cable.

Note: Connect the power supply cable first, then the Mini HDMI cable for smooth signal transmission.

Duplicate & Extend Mode Setting

Follow these steps to configure display modes in Windows:

  1. Connect the Lepow monitor to your PC and a power outlet.
  2. Right-click the desktop and select "Screen resolution" (Windows 7/8) or "Display settings" (Windows 10).
  3. In the "Multiple displays" dropdown, choose "Extend these displays" or "Duplicate these displays".
  4. If the monitor is not detected, click "Detect". If issues persist, restart your computer and repeat the steps.

Screen Rotate Setting

Follow these steps to rotate the screen orientation in Windows:

  1. Connect the Lepow monitor to your PC and a power outlet.
  2. Right-click the desktop and select "Screen resolution" (Windows 7/8) or "Display settings" (Windows 10).
  3. In the "Orientation" dropdown, select "Landscape" or "Portrait".

Note: If the "Orientation" option is unavailable, your laptop/PC may not support this feature.

OSD Function Introduction

Use the Roll Key and Power Button to navigate the On-Screen Display (OSD) menu.

  1. Press the Roll Key to activate the OSD menu.
  2. Scroll the Roll Key up/down to select settings.
  3. Press the Roll Key to confirm your selection.
  4. Press the Power Button to return to the previous page.

OSD Setting - Brightness

Adjusts Brightness, Contrast, Black Level, and Sharpness. Each setting has an adjusting range from 0 to 100.

Note: Setting brightness to 80 may cause the screen to turn black if no external power supply (5V/2A or above) is connected.

OSD Setting - Image

ECO: Offers six modes: Standard, Game, Movie, Text, FPS, RTS.

DCR: Enable or disable dynamic contrast ratio function.

Aspect: Adjusts the aspect ratio to 4:3 or 16:9.

Note: Same note as Brightness regarding external power.

OSD Setting - Color Temp

Color Temp: Choose between preset modes (Cool, Warm) or User Mode.

Adjusts Red, Green, and Blue levels, each with a range from 0 to 100.

OSD Setting (Language, Timer, Transparency)

Language: Select OSD language from: English, French, German, Simplified Chinese (简体中文), Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Turkish, Polish, Nederlands, Japanese, Korean.

OSD Timer: Adjusting range from 0 to 100.

Transparency: Adjusting range from 0 to 100.

OSD Setting - Reset

Reset: Reverts all settings to factory defaults.

MUTE: Select ON or OFF.

Volume: Adjusting range from 0 to 100.

OSD Setting - Miscellaneous

Signal Source: Select between Type C and HDMI.

Low Blue Light: Adjusting range from 0 to 100 (options: 0/25/50/75/100).

HDR MODE: Enable or disable HDR mode.

Displays resolution and refresh rate (e.g., 1920x1080 60Hz).

Monitor Standing Positions

The monitor can be propped up using the smart cover in multiple positions.

Care & Cleaning

  1. Turn off and unplug the monitor. Clean the surface with a lint-free, non-abrasive cloth. Stubborn stains can be removed with a cloth dampened with mild cleaner.
  2. Avoid cleaners containing alcohol or acetone. Use cleaners specifically for LCD screens. Never spray cleaner directly onto the screen to prevent electric shock.
