Offer Description: Upgrade to the latest Galaxy Buds2 Pro and receive up to an additional ₹6000 on exchange of your old Samsung smartphone device. This offer is available on select Smartphone devices, as detailed in the Annexure, and is subject to customer area pin codes.

1. You can exchange your old select smartphone devices for Galaxy Buds2 Pro.
2. The Exchange Offer is provided by Samsung in collaboration with "Manak Waste Management Pvt. Ltd. (“Cashify”). Evaluation and exchange of your old smartphone device are subject to Cashify's terms and conditions. For details, refer to Cashify Terms of Use & Cashify Terms and Conditions.
3. Exchange transactions can be conducted on "Samsung Shop".
4. Please provide accurate inputs regarding the screen condition and availability of accessories when evaluating your old smartphone. Any incorrect information provided may result in the cancellation or rejection of the Exchange Offer, and you will not be eligible to receive the exchange value or any associated benefits.
5. The Exchange Price shown is the Maximum Price, subject to physical verification at the time of exchange.
6. The screen condition and accessories declared by you will be verified during the exchange process. In case of any mismatch, the exchange transaction will be cancelled or rejected.
7. Deferred Exchange Option: If a customer selects the "Deferred Exchange" option at the time of placing the order, the following scenarios may apply:
   • The customer must purchase the product by making a full payment and receive delivery of the purchased product.
   • After delivery, payment details for crediting the exchange value will be sent by Cashify to the customer's registered email and mobile number via email/SMS.
   • Samsung or Cashify shall not be held responsible for non-delivery of the payment link if the customer provides an incorrect mobile number or a number not in use.
   • Upon receiving the payment link, the customer needs to update requisite payment details within three (03) days. Failure to do so will result in the exchange transaction not being initiated and standing cancelled/rejected/forfeited. Samsung or Cashify will not be liable to return any exchange amount.
   • Once payment details are filled, a delivery executive will pick up the old device. If the delivery person rejects the old device at collection due to wrong information, quality checks, or any other reason, the new device already delivered will not be taken back, and no refunds or additional offers will be provided. The exchange offer will be forfeited/cancelled/rejected.
8. A government-approved Photo ID proof (PAN Card, Passport, or Voter ID Card) is required at the time of exchange.

Additional Exchange Offer Details

• The Additional Exchange (up to ₹6000) on Upgrade Offer is provided by Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Ltd. at its sole discretion on the purchase of Galaxy Buds2 Pro.
• If your exchange is rejected for any reason, you will not be eligible for the exchange value or this additional exchange value.
• This Offer is valid on Samsung.com and in select pin codes only, and shall be available until March 22, 2024.
• This Offer is valid in addition to the already running Upgrade Program and shall be available on the exchange of select Smartphone devices only, as detailed in the Annexure, with a new Galaxy Buds2 Pro.

Samsung reserves the right to withdraw, extend, annul, or modify the Offer at any point in time without prior intimation.

This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer or NBFC EMIs unless specifically mentioned.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the state of New Delhi only.
