Installation and Preparation
Procedure for installing SIM
This phone supports hot-swapping of Nano SIM cards (SIM1/SIM2). The phone can automatically recognize a Nano card when plugged in.
- Insert the provided pin into the SIM pin port on the side of the phone and press inwards to eject the SIM card tray. Remove the tray.
- Place the Nano SIM card into the tray, aligning the angled corner of the card with the corresponding corner of the tray.
- With the screen facing up, insert the tray back into the phone following the arrow direction.
Note:
- The back cover is not removable.
- Do not insert SIM cards directly into the phone; use the card tray.
- If the Nano card does not fit, contact your carrier to obtain a standard Nano card.
- The phone uses a "Dual card dual standby single-pass" design, meaning both SIM cards cannot be used simultaneously for voice or data. When one card is in use for voice, the other cannot receive calls. When one card is used for data, the other can also use data. This design improves battery life and energy efficiency. Consider enabling services like "Missed call reminder" and "Incoming call reminder" from your operator to avoid missing calls.
Connect headphones
Plug the headphone plug firmly into the headphone jack.
Charge phone
Connect the data cable to the phone's USB port and the other end to a charger or compatible device. The phone will begin charging. Disconnect the phone and charger once charging is complete.
Note: Use the provided data cable and charger.
Antenna
The phone has a built-in antenna. Avoid touching the antenna during transmission or reception, as this can affect communication quality, increase power usage, and shorten battery life. The antenna is located within the indicated circle. Do not cover this area when holding the phone.
A. GPS antenna; B/C. Wi-Fi/Communication antenna; D/E/F. Communication antenna.
