Important: Use only Zebra-approved and UL Listed accessories, battery packs, and battery chargers. Do not attempt to charge damp or wet mobile computers, printers, or batteries. Ensure all components are dry before connecting to an external power source.

This device is approved under Zebra Technologies Corporation. All Zebra devices are designed to be compliant with rules and regulations in the locations they are sold and will be labeled as required.
Any changes or modifications not expressly approved by Zebra could void the user's authority to operate the equipment.

Restricted Use Locations
Observe restrictions and obey all signs and instructions regarding the use of electronic devices in restricted areas.
Safety in Hospitals and Aircraft
Wireless devices transmit radio frequency energy that may affect medical equipment and aircraft operation. Switch off wireless devices in hospitals, healthcare facilities, or as requested by airline staff to prevent interference with sensitive equipment.

RF Exposure Guidelines
Reducing RF Exposure – Use Properly
Operate the device only as instructed. The device complies with internationally recognized standards for human exposure to electromagnetic fields. Refer to the Zebra Declaration of Conformity (DoC) at zebra.com/doc for international human exposure information.
Use only Zebra-tested and approved accessories (headsets, belt clips, holsters) to ensure RF exposure compliance. Avoid third-party accessories that may not comply.

Handheld or Body-Worn Devices
To satisfy RF exposure requirements, this device must be operated with a minimum separation distance of 1.5 cm from the user's body and nearby persons.
Limb-worn Devices
To satisfy RF exposure requirements, this device must be hand-use only and used with Zebra-tested and approved accessories.
Laser Devices
Class 1 Laser Devices: Not considered hazardous when used as intended.
Class 2 Laser Scanners: Use a low power, visible light diode. Avoid staring directly into the light beam, as with any bright light source. Momentary exposure is not known to be harmful.
CAUTION: Using controls, adjustments, or procedures other than those specified in the product documentation may result in hazardous laser light exposure.
Scanner Labeling:
- Laser Light — do not stare into beam Class 2 Laser product. 630-680nm, 1mW
- Caution — Class 3R laser light when open. Avoid direct eye exposure.
- Complies with 21 CFR 1040.10 and 1040.11 except for deviations pursuant to Laser Notice No. 56, dated May 08, 2019 and IEC/EN 60825-1:2014.
LED Devices: Classified as ‘EXEMPT RISK GROUP’ according to IEC 62471:2006 and EN 62471:2008.
Power Supply
WARNING ELECTRICAL SHOCK: Use only a Zebra-approved, Certified ITE SELV power supply with appropriate electrical ratings. Use of an alternative power supply will invalidate approvals and may be dangerous.
Batteries and Power Packs
Battery Information
CAUTION: Risk of explosion if battery is replaced by an incorrect type. Dispose of batteries according to instructions.
Use only Zebra-approved batteries. Approved battery models include:
- Model BT-000314 (3.6 VDC, 4300 mAh)
- Model BT-000314A (3.85 VDC, 3840 mAh)
- Model BT-000443 (3.6 VDC, 4300 mAh)
Zebra-approved battery packs are designed to high industry standards. Battery life is affected by factors like heat, cold, harsh environments, and drops.
Store batteries at half charge in a dry, cool place, removed from equipment, to prevent capacity loss and damage. For batteries stored over a year, verify charge level annually and recharge to half charge.
Replace batteries when a significant loss of run time is detected. The standard warranty period for all Zebra batteries is one year.

Battery Safety Guidelines

- Improper battery use may result in fire, explosion, or other hazards.
- Charge battery and charger temperatures must be between 0°C and +40°C (+32°F and +104°F).

한국 (Korea)
The Specific Absorption Rate (SAR) of this product meets the standards set by the Ministry of Science and ICT. SAR values are tested at maximum output conditions close to the head. The SAR limit in Korea is 1.6 W/kg, stricter than the international recommendation of 2 W/kg. Actual SAR is typically much lower than test results.
臺灣 (Taiwan)
Low Power Radio Frequency Device Management Regulations: Do not change frequency, increase power, or modify the original design without approval. Do not interfere with flight safety or legal communications. If interference occurs, stop use and improve until no interference. Avoid interfering with radar systems.
