This manual provides information on the functionality, basic operation, and safety instructions for the CC-CC charger CHARGER 1 (hereinafter referred to as CHARGER 1).
Please read and understand all instructions contained in this manual before use.

- Use a standard 12V or 24V car battery, or two 12V batteries connected in series.
- Ensure the product's output voltage is within the portable power station's DC input voltage range.

1.2 General Requirements

WARNING - When using this product, always follow basic precautions, including the following:
- Always turn off the vehicle before starting any electrical work.
- Do not clean the product with water.
- Do not disassemble the product yourself.
- Keep the product away from heat sources and high temperatures.
- Do not use the product in an environment with fire, explosive gases, or smoke.
- Do not store the product with flammable liquids, gases, or explosive materials.
- Do not use the product in environments with salt fog or high humidity.
- Do not insert foreign objects into the product's ports and vents.
- Do not put your fingers or hands into the product.
- Do not touch tools or metallic objects while the product is in operation.
- Ensure the product is completely dry before use.
- Use the product in a clean, clear, and well-ventilated area.

1.3 Operating Requirements
- Ensure all screws are securely tightened.
- Ensure positive and negative terminals are correctly matched.
- Install the product before starting the vehicle.
- Connect the input cables to the product first, then to the car battery.
- Before use, ensure the product is securely installed.
- Follow the portable power station's user manual for guidelines on usage and storage when starting it up.

3. Product Introduction
The CHARGER 1 is the ideal solution for rapidly charging BLUETTI portable power stations, utilizing the extra energy provided by your car's alternator. It is perfectly suited for cars, SUVs, and campers, and thanks to its integrated booster module, it can recharge the power station up to 5 times faster than standard car power outlets. Furthermore, it intelligently detects the car battery voltage to prevent discharge, ensuring you never run out of power during your travels.
Attention:
- Do not connect any port of the CHARGER 1 to AC outlets and avoid connecting it to batteries with a voltage higher than 32V.
- Use BLUETTI input cables or purchase compatible cables and a 60A circuit breaker.
- For safety reasons, install a 60A circuit breaker on the input cable.

5. Mounting
5.1 Mounting Location Requirements
Position the CHARGER 1 inside the vehicle's cabin or trunk, near the portable power station. Choose a dry area, free from other substances, and not exposed to high temperatures. Securely mount the CHARGER 1 horizontally on a stable surface.
5.2 Mounting the CHARGER 1
- Select an appropriate location, leaving at least 20 cm (7.87 inches) of free space on all sides of the CHARGER 1.
- Secure the CHARGER 1 in position using 4 self-tapping screws.

Note:
- For products not listed, contact BLUETTI support for assistance.
- If the ambient temperature exceeds 40°C (104°F), the product will not charge AC300, AC500, EP500, and EP500Pro. Store it in a cooler place.
- When charging AC300, AC500, EP500, or EP500Pro, set the DC input source 1/2 to "Other" on the unit's screen.
Attention: Ensure the CHARGER 1's output voltage is within the power station's specifications.
6.2 Battery Charger Connection
Preparation
- Ensure the vehicle is not started and the battery is in good condition.
- Ensure the car battery and the power station are compatible with CHARGER 1.
- Prepare a 2.5mm hex screwdriver and the necessary connection cables as shown below.
Wiring and Operation
- Connect the red input cable (BAT+) to the positive input port of the CHARGER 1 and the black input cable (BAT-) to the negative input.
- Connect the red output cable (PV+) to the positive output of the CHARGER 1 and the black output cable (PV-) to the negative output.
- Connect the MC4 connectors from both the output cable and the solar charging cable.
- Connect the OT terminal of the red input cable to the positive terminal of the car battery and the OT terminal of the black input cable to the negative terminal.
- Securely tighten all screws and turn on the circuit breaker.
- Start the vehicle and wait for approximately 30 seconds. The status indicator will flash green rapidly, about 4 times per second. Once the CHARGER 1 starts correctly, the light will turn solid green.
- Connect the solar charging cable to the power station for charging. The indicator will flash green once per second.
- Use the app to adjust the CHARGER 1's output voltage to match the power station's specifications.
- You can check the charging status on the power station's display.
- Once charging is complete, the indicator will turn solid green.
Note:
- During wiring, avoid high temperatures, sharp edges, or friction points, and securely fasten the cables to prevent wear or loose connections.
- Turn off CHARGER 1 by turning off the vehicle or using the app before replacing cables.
